Creative Cloud's trouble while accessing programs

hello i am a member of creative cloud's as Ekingen Elektronik. As an unusual error occur suddenly and i can't launch programs. Please help me:(

    I wonder why when it would be a downgrade form the version 4.7 my subscription give me access to. There does not seem to any training that uses 4.7 I was lucky enough to find some that uses 4.6 and it covers things about the design view. I thinking since a lot of the material to learn it is kind-a-outdated (and still referrers a lot to design view) that it would be good to learn it with access to design view. This way I will understand what they mean and can distinguish between features. Thanks

    messages says computer off-line or clock not up to date.
    The internet connection works fine, and I reset the syncronisation of the clock.
    The message persists.
    I went through the checks proposed by adobe in such situation all are OK
    I was deconnected twice during writing this mesage with adobe message from the server indicationg failure.
    On my other computers this did worked fine.
    Any idea ?
    PS this badly affects me since i am out of office at country side with work for the WE on my computer with premiere pro and photoshop.
    Aditionnaly the very same computer, in the very same location did worked fine just like WE, and before.
    (windows 7, Internet explorer).

    I would suggest you to sign in with your Adobe ID during installation and your product will automatically recognize your membership details.

    Generally this error message comes up when the connection between your computer and Adobe server is blocked . There could be different reasons behind the same like Antivirus-firewall-proxy blocking the internet connectivity or there are enteries for Adobe in the host file of your computer. I would suggest checking the Host file first and if it comes out to be clean , please turn off any active AV/Firewall/Proxy/Online backup and then try.
    Location of host files is mentioned below.
    Windows:
    Choose Start > Run, type %systemroot% \system32\drivers\etc, and then press Enter.
    Right-click the hosts file and select Open. Select Notepad for the application to open the hosts file.
    Back up the hosts file: Choose File > Save As, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
    Search the hosts file for entries that reference activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
    Save and close the file.
    Mac OS
    Log in as an administrator to edit the hosts file in Mac OS.
    In a Finder window, choose Go > Go To Folder.
    Type /etc.
    Select the hosts file and open it.
    Back up the hosts file: Choose File > Save As, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
    Search the hosts file for entries that reference activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
    Save and close the file.

  • Creative cloud installer clashed while downloading

    Dear Adobe,
    Week before I get a notification from my creative cloud asking me to update my creative cloud, I having trouble updating it and a get error message but I can't recall the error message and it closed, after since then I can't launch my creative cloud app, once I launched creative cloud it closed automatically. Then I thought reinstall might help, so I uninstall creative cloud desktop app and reinstall it with adobe installer I downloaded from adobe website.
    It can't download any further and it clashed without any error message prompt, I can't search anything from internet, can anyone help?
    I been trying this for a week, adobe can  you please look into this issue? Thank you very much.

    I'm the account manager for Creative Cloud for Teams, but my account is now showing that I just have a free trial. The other member of my team has full access still but no admin rights. How do I correct?

    If you wish to use the Adobe products with your Adobe ID then you need to send an invitation to yourself and accept the same. After the KInvitation is accepted you can activate your subscription.

    Would there be a way to get the creative cloud subscription for my work with out using the internet monthly by paying the year in full. My workstation is not online and can't be, it is part of a internal network.

    Hi there - the Creative Cloud FAQ states that you must have internet connection at least once a month:

    Do I need ongoing Internet access to use my Creative Suite applications?
    Because your Creative Suite applications are installed directly on your computer, you will not need an ongoing Internet connection to use them on a daily basis. However, you will need to be online when you install and license your software, and at least once every 30 days thereafter. The software will alert you when you need to connect to the Internet for a license status check.
    ...however, you may be able to call Customer Support to update your license status in person. I would try contacting customer service:
    800-833-6687 (M-F, 5am-7pm EST)
    or live chat.
    An alternative solution for this is to install one or more applications on a secondary computer that you use outside of the internal network, say, a personal laptop. Since the Creative Cloud license allows for use on two devices, you could complete the monthly license check via the applications on your secondary computer. Doing so would validate your whole memberhsip, and all devices/applications linked to it.
    Either way, I'd contact customer support just to be sure.

  • Can i upload photos to the adobe creative cloud so i can access them in photoshop touch?

    using photoshop touch on my android tablet (motorola xoom), i can't seem to directly access photos located in various folders on the tablet, on my pc, or on my mac.  if i upload photos to the adobe creative cloud, can i then bring them from the creative cloud into photoshop touch on the tablet?  if so, how do i upload photos to the creative cloud?  thanks.

    however, if i try to upload to the creative cloud using a motorola xoom,
    there seems to be a very limited number of folder/file choices/locations
    from which i can perform the upload, whereas if i attempt the same action
    by accessing the creative cloud site via a pc browser, i seem to have
    access to all of the pc's folders & files.
    specifically, if i attempt to upload from the xoom, here are the choices
    provided ...
    - Camera
    - Camcorder
    - Sound Recorder
    - ASTRO
    - Bluetooth File Transfer
    - ES File Explorer
    - Gallery
    - QuickPic
    - Select music track
    ... of course some of these are android apps i've installed onto the xoom
    ... but are you aware of any reasons for this limitation, and whether this
    set of choices can be modified (either via photoshop touch or the creative
    cloud or the xoom)? for example, i use dropbox on all my devices (pc, mac,
    droid, & xoom), & it's my preferred location for many pics ... i'd like to
    be able to upload from dropbox to the creative cloud using photoshop touch
    on the xoom ... do you know whether this is possible, and if so, how to do
    so?

    I bought the Creative Cloud program and recently tried to download the Creative Cloud Installer but in the middle of the download it just dissapeared. I tried this numerous times and it is not working. I thought that it was because I needed to update my Macbook pro so I did but even now it won't download. Please help ASAP .   • Creative cloud desktop interfering with windows programs

    Thought all should be aware, We use a secure communication terminal esker persona thinterm.exe,
    The program would run in the process window, but not on the desktop windows.
    After turning off all the Operating System startups using the msconfig.exe (startup tab),
    I found that C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\ACC\Creative Cloud.exe --showwindow=false --onOSstartup=true 
    was preventing at least that thinterm.exe from running properly.
    I disabled the creative cloud.exe during the startup, however when the desktop creative cloud is manually started, the same problem occurred.
    We have been using thinterm for almost 8 years, and thought ya'll should be aware of this.
    My operating system is Windows 7 Pro, PC, Intel I7, 64 bit

    You are a lifesaver! I can't think of how many additional hours of frustration you just saved me - but Thank You!!
    After posting, I had determined (like you said), that Explorer must be doing that for a reason. I created a new user profile on the system (added a user temporarily) and observed the same behavior of Windows Explorer (stopping/starting) but then continuing to work as it should. At that point I knew the answer was somewhere in the user's profile but I would have had no idea where to look. The opm.db file was indeed the culprit.

    However, if the product is unable to verify your license at the 30 day mark, a 7-day grace period will begin giving you a little extra time. If you are not able to access internet within those 7 days, your applications will be blocked (Source: http://forums.adobe.com/message/4513667#4513667)
    Unfortunately, there is no way to "force" the verification process to make sure that the check doesn't happen right as you are starting your 2 weeks away.
