  • Why does my preordered album say it's downloaded when it's not on my list

I purchased a track from an album which wasn't out until the end of aug then preorderd the remaining album. It now says I have downloaded the remaining tracks but they do not show on my purchased list. I have tried to purchase again but it says they already downloaded. Help?

Get OmniDisk Sweeper and run it as root. This will allow you to see the size of any other users' home folders.
    http://www.omnigroup.com/products/omnidisksweeper/
To run as root, copy/paste into Terminal in Utilities.
    sudo /Applications/OmniDiskSweeper.app/Contents/MacOS/OmniDiskSweeper
Then hit return. After a scary warning about using the sudo prefix, you will be prompted for your admin password. You won't see anything on the screen as you type it in. Then hit return again.
Also, from the Finder menu, use Go>Go To Folder and enter  /volumes. With all external drives unmounted and disconnected, you should only be seeing your startup disk as an alias.
Another possibility is your logs have become huge from repeated logging of error messages from some runaway process or app. Open Console in Utilities to check that out.

In the future you may want to use the uninstaller/s instead of trying to manually delete Adobe applications.

What OS version? What's the exact error? Exactly when does the error occur? What previous versions? What is on the screen when the error displays? Does Photoshop get fully open?
Try opening Photoshop holding down Shift key immediately to turn off plug-ins. Lots of good suggestions here: Photoshop: Basic Troubleshooting steps to fix most issues

It's important to keep in mind that the picture files are NOT stored in the Organizer. They are not stored in Lightroom or Bridge either...
The organizer is based on a catalog which stores the pictures properties, mainly the location of the pictures on your drive(s). It's the same idea of catalogs in Lightroom, and the nice thing is that Lightroom can convert organizer catalogs to its own format. The most obvious way for you will be to use Lightroom.
Bridge is a file browser which is a different way than to use catalogs.
