Creative cloud serial number

Could someone help me? I suscribed to premiere Pro cc 2014 month payment and is asking me for a serial number and activation code. I've tried everything and already read all the help links

I checked & found that you have contacted support for refund. however:
Creative cloud do not need a serial number. it will be using your Adobe ID on which you have purchased the creative cloud membership.
So you need to log in with your Adobe ID and password to activate the cloud membership.
Log out & log back in of the CC Desktop App.
In case it is not signing in successfully please try the following:
I don't know which operating system you are working on so i am giving you some steps windows and MAC OS:
   Windows:
   In windows 7 navigate to following location:
     /windows/system32/drivers/etc
   1. look out for "Hosts" file
   2. Open it with notepad
   3. Check if you have any entry for Adobe
   4. Remove the entries and try again launching any product from CC
    Mac:
   1. Please click on "Go" and navigate to /private/etc
   2. Open "hosts" file and check out for any entries for Adobe.com
   3. Remove the entries and save the file
   4.  try again launching any product from CC

    After signing up and paying for the Creative Cloud, I have just downloaded Lightroom 5, however I have not received the email with the serial number and therefore cannot register the product.  Also Lightroom is not showing up in the Products and Services section of 'MyAdobe'.  Can you tell me how long this is going take????

    There are no serials in CC. You install the Creative Cloud app, sign in, and it will provide the licensing and activation based on your Adobe ID. If that doesn't work, refer to this:
    Sign in or activation errors
    For anything beyond that you have to contact support directly.

  • Photoshop CS6 will not recognize my creative cloud serial number

    application manger asks for a serial number, but when i enter the one on my account for my subscription it tells me its invalid. Mutliple calls to support are disconnected. Chat is a 45 minutes and counting...any suggestions as to how i might be able to use my lisenced software?

    There are no serial numbers for Cloud apps. They're activated via your Adobe ID.
    There should be a License This Software button when you launch the app.

    My computer has died and I've had to by a new one. I have a creative cloud account registered under my email <Removed by Moderator> for both Photoshop CC and Lightroom 5 which I pay for via Direct Debit.
    I no longer have the Creative Cloud app but downloaded both programs to my new iMac. Photoshop works fine but Lightroom is still on trial purchase and asks for serial number. My account page on your site has no record of my CC account and shows no serial number for my purchased products. (It only lists a previous purchase of Lightroom-4)
    How can get the serial numbers to my purchased products when they don't appear on my account settings on your website. Do I need to close my account a open a new one?

    I pay £8.57 for my Creative Cloud purchases of both Photoshop CC and
    Lightroom-5 via my Barclays Bank Account to Adobe in Ireland. The last
    payment was 13 Aprii 2015. Two weeks ago.
    Now I have a new computer. I can sign into my Creative Cloud but it says I
    have a 'Creative Cloud free account' as I'm using trial versions. I do not
    have a redemption code as I must of lost it when my old computer died. I
    can get online so that is not an issue.
    When I sign in to my account the Creative Cloud products do not appear
    under my purchases so I cannot view serial numbers or change the credit
    card I pay with. It seems that your website and my account section do not
    know I am making regular monthly payments for CC.
    If you check I am actually making the payments as I describe can you please
    let me have my serial numbers.

  • BOGUS CS2 Creative Suites serial number need solutions

    So I own CS2 Creative Suites Premium and it has been working a treat on my Macbook Pro with no issues at all. My harddrive did decide to pack in after water damage got it fixed tried my Adobe it did not work, and after tlaking with the Adobe helpline and going onto the CS2 section for an alternative serial number so I can still use my product it also does not work.
    What is the solution?
    Adobe what do you have to say for yourselves?
    And I am not interested in Creative cloud and I cannot afford CS6

    I am checking this old thread in need of a few answers. My iMac G5 (OS 10.5.8) running CS2 Professional had a drive failure. So, right now I am unable to access any of my artfiles. But I had an extra copy of CS2 Professional from a previous purchase and tried to load it on an older G5 iMac (OS 10.5.8). Ran in to the same activation issues. So, went online to the Adobe site, downloaded the CS2 files provided. But, as described earlier, the site did not provide or make available the last 2 Disk Images for the Professional Suite - which includes Acrobat 7.
    I am dire need to complete the Suite. any information on how to obtain the missing files?

  • Creative cloud serial key

    I signed up with the creative cloud 2 days ago, after using the trial with no problems.
    The programs are now asking for a serial key - I have not been given one, and apparently the student membership, shouldn't need it!
    Searched online for a solution and followed all of Adobe's steps, but still asking for a serial key.
    There is no way to contact tech support, only being lead around in circles with their trouble shooting page.
    I have also uninstalled and installed all the apps just in case.. very disappointed it is this hard to use!
    I am hoping someone will be able to help me.

  • Can't install Illustrator from Creative Suite (serial number not recognized)

    Years ago, I bought the first Creative Suite (upgrade). Illustrator was working fine on my old computer. Since then, I've upgraded Photoshop and Dreamweaver individually (I didn't upgrade Creative Suite).
    Now I need to install Illustrator on my new computer, but the installation fails:
    (1) I tried to install Illustrator separately (from the Illustrator setup.exe file on the disks) and I input the only serial number I have (which is for Creative Suite) and get a "this isn't an Illustrator serial number".
    (2) I tried to install Creative Suite but it prompts me for the location of Photoshop ... an OLDER version of Photoshop. I've got Photoshop CS5, but the installation correctly says that isn't an earlier version.
    I believe I purchased my first Photoshop in 1997-ish. Do I really have to start from the beginning and install EVERY VERSION of Photoshop that I ever bought/upgraded in order to install Illustrator from the CS upgrade disk?
    I tried looking for an Adobe phone number, but no joy.

    I have Photoshop LE, Photoshop 4.1 (I think it was -- the first version with layers), Photoshop 5.5, Photoshop 6, Creative Suite, Photoshop CS2, and Photoshop CS5.
    After I purchased Creative Suite, I just wanted to upgrade the individual programs rather than the whole Creative Suite. However, I believe I purchased upgrades all along the way.
    For Dreamweaver (though not the issue here), I started with the Macromedia programs, so the upgrade line started 'way back at Macromedia (and the installation of Adobe DW upgrades requires live tech support; unfortunately, as I can no longer find a phone number for Adobe, I guess I'd better hope nothing ever happens).
    Anyway, does that help? You can see why I don't want to reinstall all those versions just to install Illustrator.

    I bought Creative Suite 4 student edition  awhile back when I was a student. It is working fine but I am worried that if my computer crashes I will lose it. I can't find the serial number anywhere ( I have looked in all the usual places). It didn't come on the box like other Adobe products.
    Can anyone please help me.

    From my University of Wisconsin school system I purchased Adobe Creative Suite 3 Web Premium. The box provides me with a coupon code which I need in order to obtain my serial number. It says to go to www.adobe.studentlicensing.com to get the serial number. However, this website does not work. Is the because I cannot activate the product until fall when school starts? Or did the website simply get changed? I've been searching the Adobe website for a while now and I cannot find a place where I can enter my coupon code to get the serial number.

    John, don't you have to install the AAM first?
    And then don't you have to actually download the Apps from the License Manager?
    And then INSTALL them.
    And then START them.
    In other words, none of the above work if using a "box" install or without the AAM.

  • How do you deploy adobe acrobat xi from creative cloud for enterprise?

         We purchased Creative Cloud Enterprise and our new supervisor wants adobe acrobat on all computers.  I downloaded the package through Creative Cloud and used the customization wizard to customize the msi in the exceptions folder just like the instructions said.  I followed the steps and deployed it out using Dell Kace.  When a user tries to open Acrobat, it tells them they have a trial version and they must register the product.  The instructions for the customization wizard said not to put the creative cloud serial number into the customization tool.  Is there something I'm missing with deploying adobe acrobat and creative cloud?

    I'm not a CC expert, but I think normally admins configure Acrobat and then deploy everything via the Creative Cloud Packager. Acrobat certainly needs to be licensed, so when you only have a CC license, it's best to deploy in a standard way so that Acrobat get serialized with the license you have.
