Creative Cloud Sign out Issues

I recently paid for creative cloud on a different account. I try and download Premiere Pro but I don't want trial, I'm using a different account. I want to use the PAID account.  When I go to prefrences and general, it won't let me press on "Sign Out from Creative Cloud". Please help.

  • Creative cloud signing out constantly

    Hi,
    I am running an iMac on OSX 10.9.2. Over the past month or so I have had the issue where I get signed out of creative cloud every 5 or so minutes.
    I have all the latest updates but no joy, every 5 minutes I am signed out and have to enter my password to open apps and get the TypeKit fonts back.
    I dont beleive this is a connectivity issue as I dont have this problem on my MacBook Air.
    I have tried renaming the the SLStore and OOBE to SLStore.old and OOBE.old respectively. Tried opening photoshop and it said Adobe Application Manager needed to be installed. I did this, signed into Creative Cloud and shock, around 5 minutes later I am signed out again.
    It sounds like I am not the only one with this problem. If anyone can help it would be appreciated as I cannot continue to work like this.

  • Creative Cloud Signing Out When I Sign In??

    When I opend the creative cloud app on my desktop, it prompts me to sign into my creative cloud account. I'll put in my username and password and it will then tell me that I've been signed out. I've tried downloading the Creative Cloud app again and that did nothing. I'm confused and I haven't been able to find anything on the forums. I will admit though that it's been a busy day at the office and I haven't been able to do too much searching on the matter. If anyone has any ideas, please help.

    Please try these steps and let us know if it works.
    Rename OOBE Folder to OOBE.old from this location.
    C:\Users\(Your Username)\AppData\Local\Adobe
    Rename SLStore and SLCache to .old from this location
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
    Once done please try launching the applications and it will ask you to accept the license agreement and Sign in option again.

  • Creative Cloud sign out during activation ?

    So I opened up creative cloud as I wanted to try out Illustrator... but I don't understand:
    It is showing me a random email and it says that I have to activate the account before using CC. But it is not my account, and I cannot sign out; I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling but it keeps showing me this email address and the activation. I'm lost. Is there any way to get off this e-mail and just sign in with my account?

    Strange thing : there were no sign out button. I looked everywhere. But I finally found a way to sign out.
    I decided to download Illustrator CS6 instead of CC and the installer asked me before I start installing; if *strange email of before* was my account, I, of course said no and I was able to change my ID so things went back in order. Thanks anyway for the reply!

  • Creative cloud signs out by itself

    Some times when I reopen my computer, creative cloud would not auto sign in. So I type in my e mail address and passowrd, and yup, I sign in. But after a while, I notice the icon is greyed again, and yup, I need to sign in again.
    Is this a common issue?

    No as discussed I don't feel you are affected by the issue based off your activation history.  Users who are affected by this issue will actually display in the activation history as activating from two separate computers, when in fact they are activating from one Windows 7 or 8 computer, which is causing them to be prompted to reactivate.  Your activation history however had the same unique identifier for each of your activation requests.
    If it does work successfully in a new user account then you can try adjusting the file permissions on the C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe folder.  You will want to make sure and apply the file permission change to all child objects.  You can find more details regarding adjusting file permissions at Error "Exit 6" or "Exit 7" | Install log | Read, write, system file errors | CS5, CS5.5 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/error-exit-6-exit-7.html.

    Here are the steps:
    Logging out and logging back in to the Adobe Creative Cloud resets the account information, which allows the CC application to launch.
    Mac OS:  Go to Applications > Adobe Creative Cloud > Adobe Creative Cloud.
    Windows:  From the Start Menu, click Search, and type Adobe Creative Cloud. 
    In the upper-right corner, click the Gear icon.
    Choose Preferences from the pop-up menu. 
    In the Preferences Menu, under General, click the Account tab. 
    Click Sign Out From Creative Cloud.
    When prompted, sign in with your Adobe ID and password.

    Hi Kapil, so maybe this could be the cause? Every time I start my computer the Adobe Creative Cloud asks me to sign in (without even touching any Adobe program, I just have installed a few of the CS6 suite to test them). If I press 'cancel' and then start the Adobe Application Manager, it asks also to prompt the Adobe ID AND every time I have to agree to the license agreement, not only once.  I'm just in the 30 day test phase, maybe this could also be a cause for that? Or ist this a hint for an improper installation?

  • Having sign-in (creative cloud wont update/open/forever signed out) issues? look here! (win7/8)

    First download the latest version of creative cloud desktop here: https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud (you will need to sign in with your adobe id and pw),
    Run the installer, itll get about 50% done and say you need to close a running instance of creative cloud,
    Press "control+alt+delete", click task manager,
    In applications tab close adobe creative cloud (**don't close the cc setup that you have just ran to 50%**),
    In processes tab close anything related to adobe except the setup process, for me this was "core sync" and "adobe CEF helper" and "adobe CEP service manager" (they should be labeled as being adobe in the descritpion),
    Close task manager, bring up the installer window that should still be at 50% and click "retry", it should now take a minute or two and finish installing to 100%,
    Creative cloud will open automatically after install, I personally didnt need to login, it remembered my details and auto signed in .
    Confirmed working on Win8 and was able to update my photoshop and illustrator without issue and its staying signed in! The process should be more or less identical on Win7. Hope that helps some people!

    Creative Cloud has started signing me out every time I start my computer. The sign in dialog doesn't work, it only shows the sign in button but no input fields. To fix this I need to stop CC and go to to the C:\Users\yourUserName\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE folder, then delete the file named "opm.db", then start again to log in. I have to do this EVERY DAY! It is highly annoying.
