Creative cloud simultanément sur mon imac et mon laptop

Bonjour,
J'ai téléchargé les logiciels sur mon imac, tout va bien. La suite fermée, j'ai téléchargé à nouveau les logiciels sur mon laptop. Ils ouvrent en mode trial.
Que dois-je faire pour que ça fonctionne?
Je crois avoir compris que les logiciels sont disponibles sur devices multiples du moment qu'ils sont ouverts sur un seul poste à la fois.
J'ai ouvert un billet chez Adobe la semaine passée, mais peronne ne répond. J'aurais besoin d'aide svp! Merci de vos réponses.

La boîte de dialogue du procès devrait avoir deux boutons Licence Ce logiciel et continuer l'essai. Cliquez sur License Ce logiciel et vous serez invité à vous connecter avec votre ID Adobe. Cela devrait prendre soin du problème d'activation.
Sinon, vous pouvez lancer le Gestionnaire Applicatioin Adobe, cliquez sur votre nom en haut à gauche et choisissez Déconnexion. Vous verrez alors une boîte de dialogue vous identifier ou vous inscrire. Vous reconnecter avec votre ID Adobe

Tried a number of "fixes" from blogs. No joy. Deleted all my adobe apps, rebooted, and Creative Cloud says it needs to reload. Went through that process, and it quit near the end, saying it needed to reload and directed me back to same Adobe site. Hmm. Round and round we go. How do I get off of this loop and get my Adobe Lightroom and PS working fine again? Whole episode started after loading CC and then PS said it didn't have Camera Raw. Went and downloaded that, wouldn't load and said I needed Adobe Download Diagnostic (or something like that) went to suggested link, whereupon it tells me it is no loger available.
Looking forward to cleaning everything off and starting over!! Any input gratefully accepted and I will NOT be trying CC again. I am sure it is just fine, just not for me, now.

How would I setup the catalogues so I can edit the same picture(s) from the two machines? For example, I have a PC in my office upstairs, but sometimes I want to work on my Mac in basement? would I store the photos and catalogues on an external drive and point to that from both machines? Neither machine is portable.

First of all, I absolutely love Creative Cloud and have been a backer of the "subscription" model from day 1. I love that I am always running the latest version and it is easier on the wallet than large upgrade fees every couple years, for those of us who always stay current. I work in Pro-AV but do it all - video editing, audio engineering, graphics design, web, etc. So, I use the whole Suite.
I would like to see if there is any traction on Adobe possibly upping the number of personal computers we can be logged in on to 4-5 PCs. You see, I understand the logic of 2x PCs, one desktop and one laptop, but the fine print is that they aren't used simultaneously, and I think THAT is what the limitation should really be.
It's 2015 and many of us have more than two PCs. I personally have two laptops (Windows), a desktop with Windows, and a Hackintosh with OS X. I use them all for different things but one thing is certain- I'd like to have Creative Cloud installed on all of them. Having to constantly sign out of all devices and sign back in as I switch back and forth is a REAL pain! It's only me on the license and I never Adobe software on more than 1 at a time. I could understand if we have to re-sign in every 30 days or something.
I might even be willing to pay say $5/month more for an additional 3x PCs...
Anyone else feel the same way? Anyone around here from Adobe to chime in?
One thing is for sure: I cannot afford a 2nd subscription just to satisfy logging into more PCs simultaneously.

Kindly try the below mentioned steps.
Close all the instances running for Adobe Creative Cloud from Task Manager(Win)/ Activity monitor(Mac)
Restart the machine
Retry the installation.
If you get the same message again Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6

I cant finalize the Creative Cloud Installer on my new iMac 27 iCore i7 RETINA with YOSEMITE Os X :(

I just adquired a license to use Photoshop & Lightroom CC.
Unfortunatley, when I start the CREATIVE CLOUD INSTALLER, the installation bar reach maybe 70% and then everything desappear and nothing results installed on my iMac
I checked DESKTOP and APPLICATIONS directory... but, no Adobe CC there:(

Yes, as Shootistbond007 said, this is a user's forum. Adobe staff does come on here to help out once in a while, but for the most part it's just us users.
Where is says "member" on my icon it will have an orange box that says "staff." There is also the MVP badge for "Most Valuable Participants" which is orange too.

Installer Creative cloud en entreprise sur plusieurs PC avec le même compte

Récemment, nous avons eu besoin du logiciel Adobe Scout. Ce dernier n'étant pas disponible en licence séparée (ou alors je n'ai pas trouvé), nous avons été obligé de prendre une licence complète Cloud.
Cependant, cette licence offre une multitude de logiciels. Adobe scout est destiné à un poste de développeur, ce dernier n'a pas besoin de photoshop et Cie.
Est-il possible d'utiliser un abonnement "formule complète" sur plusieurs PC en même temps ?
Le but étant, avec une licence:
- installer Flash Builder et Adobe Scout sur un PC d'un développeur
- installer Photoshop sur le PC d'un designer
- installer Edge Code CC sur le poste d'un développeur WEB
Tout cela en utilisant la même adresse email utilisée pour l'enregistrement de la licence.

Bienvenu sur les forums Adobe.
Il faut savoir que lorsque vous souscrivez à une licence Creative Cloud, cela ne peut-être n'utilise que par un seul utilisateur.
Si vous avez opté pour le type de licence entreprise, encore une fois il faut que la licence achete soit utilisée par l'unique utilisateur.
Si vous souhaitez plus d'utilisateurs il faudra dès lors augmenter le nombre de sièges si cela est une version entreprise ou souscrire à d'autres formules pour les types de comptes dit classique.

I have for instance a computer downstairs, and one on the 1st floor. Is it possible to run Lightroom on both computers at the same time? (I use it upstairs, and my mother downstairs)

A Creative Cloud membership is assigned to a specific user. That user can install & activate the desktop applications on 2 computers, but they cannot be used at the same time.
Each person who wishes to use the Creative Cloud apps would need to have their own individual membership.

Creative cloud app wont install on iMac

I'm the admin for our group and I have a user who can't seem to download the creative cloud app, she can run the install and pick which programs she wants but it wont put the actual Creative cloud icon on her machine. Without this she can't run any add on and now her photoshop wont even open.

How do I transfer my Creative Cloud subscription to a desktop cpu? My laptop is too antiquated.

My laptop computer is too old to run Creative Cloud programs without Microsoft constantly closing it.
Actually, Illistrator seem to work okay so far, but Photoshop continually crashes after certian moves and sometimes even upon attempting to save after one simple move that I'm working on.
I've already paid for the subscription for a couple months (forgot to check requirements firt), but now can't find how to move it to another computer.
I had a stroke awhile back, and I'm not up to full speed yet, and on zero budget. But my boss at my part-time job has allowed me to use his older desktop computer (still far newer than mine) that was repurposed to run as a dedicated DVD duplicator in his video production studio.
I think I may need to perhaps discontinue CC on one machine first and download it onto the borrowed desktop cpu.
How do I transfer my subscription?

On the laptop, sign in to your Adobe account and download the Cloud app.
