Creative Cloud special offer

Hi there
I've ordered Photoshop+Lightroom in frame of speciall offer. After I installed Creative Cloud I found that Lightroom is out of the list inside application. So I installed only Photoshop.
Can you please help me with Lightroom installation?

  • Creative Cloud special offer and Lightroom 5 Perpetual license

    hi,
right now there is a special offer with photoshop CC and lightroom 5.
I understand that photoshop CC is limited to the duration that you are a member - but does this offer include a perpetual license for Lightroom?

    Hi sagene ,
The special price for $ 9.99 is only for photo shop cc and light room 5. No , this offer does not include a perpetual license for light room .
You can contact us using the below mentioned link -

  • Creative Cloud - Special Offer (Business)

Does anyone know if Adobe's "Special offer for CS customers"-promotion (the one that requires prior purchase of CS3 or later) is permanent or just a time-limited offer? I wonder if the offer is still there in a couple of weeks, 'cause I'm waiting for a new desktop computer to run the thing before I subscribe.

  • Adobe Creative Cloud Membership offers 5 websites hosting?

I am having extreme difficulty in trying to build a website applicable to the 5 websites offered within Adobe Creative Cloud Membership? I have been told by Adobe Support options that Creative Cloud Membership does not offer hosting for any websites despite what I read of the 5 websites being offered in the Adobe Creative Cloud Membership? I have a year memership and when I call support no one so far can answer me on how to utilize these 5 websites hosting. No one knows anything about these 5 websites offered in the ad! I ask if I use any specific product as maybe Muse and I am being told that any specific adobe product CS6 that I have installed through my Adobe Creative Cloud membership has therir own individual support offered not through Adobe Creative Cloud membership anyway? I am very aggravated after being disconnected with assorted support members over the phone. I don't even suppose what I am talking about? Correct? Anyway, I find I cannot get an honest answer to my problem after all. Is this the place I might find conscientious help and understanding with my Adobe created dillema? Please reply as I am a very nice guy that has patience in learning what my Adobe Creative Cloud really offers now after being sold on it for a year?

You get 5 webBasic level sites with Creative Cloud. Here is more info here:
    http://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-2152
    and
    http://tv.adobe.com/watch/learn-creative-cloud/publishing-your-site-to-business-catalyst/
Frankly Adobe Support is some of the worst support I have ever seen. They do have a few shining stars and some do have good experiences. (I have had good and bad) and I will add Business Catalyst Support is top notch and is also separate from regular Adobe Support.

  • Creative Cloud Promotional Offer

I received msg that I don't qualify for the CC promotional offer because there's no products associated with my AdobeID.
But I have a list of products in my profile page under My Products including:
    Production Premium CS3
    Design Standard CS3
The promotional offer for Creative Cloud Complete is for existing customers requires any prior purchase of CS3 or later.
Anyone has the same problem and how can I solve this?
    Thanks for any help.

    Thanks for the reply.
Moving to Creative Cloud Team subscription would be ideal.
As I have already a CC individual subscription, please can you tell me what I need to do to be sure that I will not be without my apps for any length of time. I cannot afford to wait a day or two (or an hour or two!!) without apps, while the process is completed.
    Should I:
Use my existing Adobe ID to sign in and purchase the upgrade team price plan.
    OR
Create a new Adobe ID, buy the Team Subscription, and then cancel my individual plan?
The most important thing is that I cannot be without the apps at all.
    I intend to have the team subscription on 2 x macs at my office and my laptop at home;
Altogether, there will be 2 x 'Seats' .
Can you help clarify please which route I should take.

  • Creative Cloud Email Offer

    I have two questions.
    1) Are the email newsletters and offers I receieve from the email address:-  [email protected] from a legitimate source. Are these sent from adobe either directly or third party, but most of all , are these legitimate and not spam or phishing, correct?
    2) One of the offers says that as a sony vegas user I can crossgrade over for a 40% discount to the creative cloud. It doesn't say which version of sony vegas I need to qualify with, but it does mention no student or beginner versions.
I did follow a link from this email offer which did re-direct to the proper creative cloud page (verified) and after logging in offered me a reduced price so I'm sure the link was fine but I wanted to double check.
    Thankyou all.

Wow 5 days and not one answer, thanks.
A simple question was asked. I've even used live chat and got sent around in circles just for a simple question.
Do adobe.com use the email address above to send newsletters and email offers, for products?
Is this offer genuine or spam? To think I actually wanted to give you guys some money as well, this has put me off big time.

  • Creative cloud redemption offer

Hi.  I have a 1 year free creative cloud redemption I received with a Canon product.  I have redeemed the code and signed up, but don't appear to be able to download any software without paying.  Any ideas?

Are you facing issue with downloading the product from Adobe.com or Creative Cloud App?

  • Why does Creative Cloud keep offering me previously installed updates?

I respond to prompts to update my Creative Cloud client and Photoshop CC whenever I receive a notification that an update is available. (Mac OSX 10.9.2)
However, over the next few weeks I will receive further notifications for what appears to be be the same update, even though I have already installed it two or three times before.
Are these really further updates (sometimes every few days) or am I getting the same reminder multiple times?
How can I fix this please?

    Hi,
Please try to update the CC desktop to the latest version form the URL mentioned below and then try.

  • Why won't CS6 suite open after closing the creative cloud update offer window?

Just updated to Maverick 10.9.3 but problem existed in 10.9.2 also. Was able to open them all just fine three days ago.

I figured it out. I had to re-enter my serial number to re-activate the programs.

  • Creative cloud existing customer offer question

    Hey there,
Just wondering, if I subscribe to creative cloud using the existing customer discount offer, will I still be able to use my existing CS5, or will that serial number no longer be valid?
    Thanks!
    Ian

    Hi Ian,
You would be able to access your CS5 even you purchase creative cloud discounted offer.
It will be valid and your new creative cloud susbcription will not effect your CS5 product or its serial number.
Let me know if you need more info.
    Thanks!

  • How do I set up multiple Creative Cloud accounts for the same login?

I have a number of Macs of various flavors.  I want to install Creative Cloud apps on four of these units.
I have a subscription currently which I am using for my MBP 17, and a 27" iMac.
I want to add an account for my MB Air and Mac Pro, and I'm willing to double my subscription fees to do it.  (I use different apps on each of the computers, though I like the idea of having the ability to use them all on each.) How do I accomplish this addtional subscription without having to add a new Adobe account?
    Second Question:
I have the one-year special on my current subscription due to licensed PS 5.5. ($29.95/mo).  Would I be eligible on my second subscription for the same deal due to the license on the PS 5.5, or would I qualify due to being a Acrobat Pro 8 owner... or Licensed owner of previous versions of PS?  OR.... would I immediately be paying $49.95/mo for the second account?
Either way, I'm in. Just want to do it all under one account if at all possible.
Thanks in advance for resolution.  Cheers.

Currently all subscriptions (with the exception of Team Ready) require a separate Adobe ID for each Creative Cloud Membership. Its not possible to have two memberships under the same Adobe ID.
Adobe has a Team Ready offering for customers interested in a volume license for Creative Cloud. This is a TLP volume license to Master Collection CS6 and includes licensing for Lightroom and Muse. Customers with this will transition to Creative Cloud Team once available later in 2012. This product uses only a single serial # and Adobe ID. It's not the same as Creative Cloud Membership like what is currently available, but rather a means to get customers setup with something now to transition to the volume license Creative Cloud Team offering once available. If this sounds like something you would be interested in please contact a local Adobe Reseller for more info.

I just read over the terms of the introductory offer and it is a 1 per customer offer, so it would be 49.95/mo for a second account.

  • Lightroom 4 does not qualify for creative cloud 29.99 price?

Can someone explain why the Lightroom 4 product does not qualify for the discounted 29.99 membership for creative cloud?
Offer available to all registered users of individual products and suites, CS3 or later.

Lightroom is not considered a Creative Suite individual product. Same for Photoshop Express and Premiere Pro Express.
The wording on the full promotional terms from the link at the bottom of https://creativecloud-specialoffer.adobe.com/special-offer/ is: "This offer is only available to customers who own a Creative Suite edition or individual product, version CS3 or later (CS3.x, CS4, CS5.x, or CS6)..."

  • Adobe Illustrator CS 6 but did I really buy Creative Cloud?

I am confused all my license info says i bought Illustrator CS6. But when I go to download it I must agree to terms before i get to the download page, in these terms it mentions the Creative Cloud Team offer, and how this expires in 12 mo and is a subscription. This has me worried that I might have actually purchased the CC which i did not want, i wanted CS6 so i could download it and buy it straight out without a membership. I proceed to download it and before installing i have to agree to another set of terms, this agreement also mentions Creative Cloud. I am concerned i somehow bought the CC or CS6 is not sperate anymore. How do i know if this is the subscrition that might end in one year? When i open the program it does say Illustrator CS6.
