Creative Cloud splash screen

Every time I open my computer (MAC) the Creative cloud spash screen comes up and says sign in.  First I don't have Creative cloud on my computer, or don't think i do.  When i go to sign in, it says you are signed out.  sign in again,.All this is very annoying.
Does anyone have a solution!!
thanks
tim

Please try below steps :
Open Creative Cloud desktop application, click on the Settings button at the right rop corner, go to Preferences -> General Tab -> Settings and uncheck "Launch at Login" option.
Or
Navigate to System Preferences ---> Users and Groups ---> Login Items
You should see Adobe Creative Cloud in a list. Check the box to prevent it from loading at start up.
For  You have been  signed out error :
First trash opm.db file and try to sign in .
Still same ?? Uncheck Proxies and try to sign in .
Still same issue ?

It's not launched from the CC app.
If you have Windows, look under Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop CC
If you have a Mac, look in the Application Folder > Photoshop CC

  • Creative EAX Splash Screen Star

I have read in several places about how to disable the Creative EAX Splash Screen upon each bootup. I am an opposite person who would like to ENABLE it. (I am using a 5.Li've! card). I once did have the CTEAX splash screen activated upon every bootup, but after a recent computer crash, I can not get it going again via the Demo32.exe - CTEAXSPL.dbd -"Load at Startup" box checked off.
My sound card drivers are all updated again following the computer crash. I did have a separate type of CTEAX startup splash screen problem when I updated Quicktime to version 7.02, but that problem is gone with the recent Quicktime 7.03 version.
I could be wrong, but I am guessing that the reason the startup splash screen will not activate upon startup with the three EAX "bong-bing-bong" sounds has something to do with a missing windows registry statement. I hope an easy fix exists.

Have you tried to just make a shortcut to it in your startup group?

  • HELP! Creative Cloud Blank Screen Windows 8.1

Whenever I try and open creative cloud, all I see is a blank white screen (picture below). I have tried renaming the OOBE folder but nothing has worked. I am running on a windows 8.1 64bit pc with an NVIDIA GeForce 860m graphics cards. The whole reason I bought this computer was so that I could edit footage on it. I edit with premiere pro and cannot install it if creative cloud does not work. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me. There has to be a solution to this.

    Hi BoyZestUK,
Please update CC desktop from: https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud, right click and run as admin and try to sign in.
If still the same error then kindly uninstall CC desktop from Control Panel, run the Cleaner tool: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html and try to sign in.
Additionally try running CC desktop in hidden admin account and check whetehr the issue still persists.
    Hidden admin: http://www.ghacks.net/2012/06/11/windows-8-enable-the-hidden-administrator-account/.
Kindly let us know whether it worked.

  • Why is my Creative Cloud login screen showing a black window and nothing else?

After using the Creative Cloud installer and the download looking like it was working, what I presume is a login in window has launched but it's just a black window with a white logo at the top. There is nowhere to enter any information and the only button that works in the window is a cog icon which allows me to quit.

  • Creative cloud black screen

I just got my creative cloud but I have no app panel all it looks like is this just a black screen with nothing on. I followed the advice from similar post regarding renaming the opm file but it didn't work. I tried deleting opm file and even entire OOBE folder to no success. I have followed the advice from adobe help page and made sure that all fields in my adobe ID are filed in with company name, my name etc there is no special characters in any of them.  I tried reinstalling CC and restarting windows several times to again unsuccessfully. I have been at it for 4 hours now and I am frankly fed up I have never had so many problems with what seemed to be straight forward operation. I would be grateful for any help because I am really on a verge of just uninstalling the fing and going back to using open source.

You Deserves cookie. YOU DESERVE COOKIE!!!!!
Adobe could never figure out why people were experiencing the problem, telling them to go to appdata rename this, uninstall this that, and the freaking coresync x64 wouldn't erase.
I was lucky that I born in the SSD era that it didn't take me that much time restarting my computer, I had to restart my computer so many times...and all my efforts was unnecessary.
I couldn't find this thread until today. Thanks. Adobe should request Google to move this thread up.

  • Creative Cloud Blank Screen

After downloading Creative Cloud, I only have a blank screen when opening the app.  I have installed, uninstalled and reinstalled and still have the same blank screen.  Any advice?  I am using a computer with Windows 7.

    Hi jensena05,
Please quit CC Desktop app and rename OOBE folder to OOBE.oid from this location and try launching CC Desktop apps again.
    C:\Users\(Your Username)\AppData\Local\Adobe
Please let us know if it helps.

  • Creative Cloud Black Screen - Resolved

I found a fix for me that has nothing to do with the OOBE folder. The issue seems to be caused by dual display adapter laptops.
I am running the intel 4600 and an AMD adapter. After disabling the intel in device manager the CC App launches fine. This obviously is not a permanent solution so I went into catalyst control center and attempted to force creative cloud to open using the amd adapter figuring the intel one was the one casuing problems, however I still got a black screen. So instead of setting it to high powered, I set to power saver (the intel card) and the app now opens fine without any hacks or workarounds.
I hope this helps someone else.

    Yep that's correct

  • Repeated Error Report on Creative Cloud Checkout screen

When I try to purchase a creative cloud month-to-month membership for AE and Premier Pro I get this report on the checkout screen:
    Error in Your Order
We’re sorry, but a system error occurred.
To complete your purchase immediately, please call Adobe Phone Sales at (800) 585-0774 to place your order, or try Adobe.com again.
I retried adobe.com several times withthe same result.
I phoned the support number for my region but when they put me through to sales the office was closed.
I have two Adobe accounts, one for adobe.com and another for the South African Adobe store. The South African store however does not have cloud options.
Is it possible that the two ID's are clashing?

OK, I figured it out. It was the firewall at work. Installed correctly on the first try at home. What is strange here is that other applications installed just fine. It appears that Photoshop does some extra validation online that the other apps don't do. So, if you see this error, know that one cause of it can be firewall issues.

  • No app show in Creative Cloud, white screen only.

I uninstalled the Creative Cloud program and renstalled as per Adobe"s instructions and still get the same empty Creative Cloud window. This on a Wdos 7 machine and was working good until the last CC update.

RCM and SC36DC please try implementing solution 2 in CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html to resolve your current difficulties.
