Creative Cloud stopping me using my newly purchased CD version CS6
Hello, purchased Creative Cloud and works great. Then I was given Creative Suite 6 Master Collection Student by my Univeristy, when the Creative Cloud membership expired it wont let me use my CD installed version. How can I fix this please?

Did it came in a box or were you given a disk and a serial number?
If it is a Student license, you might have to go through this process: http://www.adobe.com/uk/special/education/students/studentteacheredition/order_fulfillment .html but contact your University to get more information about it.

Do you have Lightroom 5 standalone version installed?

Desktop creative cloud stopped working.
As of today, my desktop creative cloud stopped working. could not find icon on desktop. any ideas
conaway designUninstall CC desktop from Control Panel.
Please navigate to C/Program Files(X86)/Common Files/ Adobe/OOBE and rename it to OOBE.old.

Creative Cloud stops after 10 sec
Hi,
I like to update Lightroom and Photoshop, so I start Creative Cloud and after ± 10 seconds Creative Cloud stops without any message whatsoever.
So I tried to uninstall Creative Cloud, but the uninstaller progress bar is standing still even after 30 minutes. The process manager showed the uninstaller was hanging
So I repaired the filesystem permissions, an still the uninstaller was hanging
So I ran the CC Cleaner Tool only for Creative Cloud removal
After that I reinstalled a fresh Application Manager, which downloaded and installed the new Creative Cloud
But the problem is still not solved and Creative Cloud still shuts down (crashes) after ± 10 seconds.
Please what can I do? during my trial perod I had no problem whatsoever, but sinds I start paying this is happening.
Specs:
Creative Cloud subsription
MAC OSX 10.9.4The install of prem. Pro,,,it did install but no desktop icon and none of the icons in cloud work..I was able to go into C drive then into the prem.pro folder,found the icon for the application and that opened the program..It ran ok..I have found no way to reinstall anything from cloud without first removing said program.Thats what I am doing now,uninstalling prem.pro and cloud in hopes of a clean install will fix the issues.Not going to hold my breath tho as I really don't think they have fixed the bug yet.
On the plus side LightRoom did install with a working icon.
PS cc 2014 did not put out a startup icon but as with prem.pro was able to open by going into the file folder.
I am running Win8 64 bit with a 6 core cpu
Modern Tech.....Isn't great when it works...But when it doesn't...Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr LOL
Will post the results of reinstall.
Note....CLOUD STILL claims Pre Pro is there..Guess will have to remove cloud also and reload it before I can get anywhere. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr -

Can this be done without install or perticipate within Creative Cloud, only by using username and PW?I assume you have the S/Ns. The download is at http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html. Be sure to backup the download to CD or backup HD for future use.

I talked to your guys yesterday about installing correct version of Lightroom 5 which I legally owned, and your guy provided me a download link (different from Creative cloud account), but somehow it was for Windows version not for Mac version. I would very much like to download a Mac version, so please send my correct web link. By the way my s. number for Lightroom 5 up is [removed], and I also have s.number for 4 up and 3 full.
The latest non-CC version of LR 5 is 5.7.1 and download links are available on the Adobe Updates page:

Creative Cloud stopped working...on Windows 8
Creative Cloud has stopped working on my Windows 8 laptop. As of last week the CC app was working perfectly. Yesterday I opened the app and nothing appeared in the apps area. All I get is a CC app window and the options under the dropdown menu at the right are "Help", "Pin to Notification Area..." and "Quit". My membership expires in March so that's not the issue. I have uninstalled CC and reinstalled using today's download. NOTHING I have tried from other posts is working. UGH!

In what ways will Creative Cloud subscribers benefit from Adobe's purchase of Fotolia?
I read an article linked below on Adobe's purchase of Fotolia and initially was excited. But as I continued reading, I found that Fotolia is not planned to be a free service to Adobe Creative Cloud subscribers. Subscriber will have to pay for images and video just as they would with any other stock image/video service. My question is, as an Adobe Creative Cloud user, why would I cancel my current stock image/video service and decide to use Fotolia?

Or maybe there won’t be any integration and they are just diversifying their revenue stream.

Creative Cloud Issue After Using Apple's Migration Assistant
I bought a new Mac and used Apple's Migration assistant to transfer everything from the old Mac to the new. Everything works with all apps except Creative Cloud. Creative Cloud states that some files are missing and prompts me to download and install Creative Cloud again. I do that and run the App. The app runs for a minute, acts like it's installing than I get the same error -- Creative Cloud is missing some files or some files are corrupt, please download and reinstall -- it brings me to the webpage to download it again. I'm stuck in this infinite loop!
The old Mac where Creative Cloud runs fine is a 15" Retina Display MacBook Pro. The new Mac is a 27" iMac.
