I received an e-mail saying that I need to submit proof of student status within 7 days to verify my eligibility for creative cloud student membership, otherwise my membership will be cancelled. I purchased creative cloud at the beginning of October and have been using it since then. I believe that I showed proof of eligibility via my student e-mail address back when I purchased it. There is no information in the e-mail regarding where or how I submit this information. All it tells me is what is acceptable for verification (including student e-mail address). I started a creative cloud student membership but Premiere Pro and After Effects are not in the app and won't download from the adobe website, all that happens is that the creative cloud app opens and sends me to the list of programs available for download which still do not contain Premiere Pro and After Effects

Premiere Pro and After Effects are 64 bit only apps.
They require a 64 bit computer and a 64 bit operating system.
If you're running Windows 7 32 bit or Windows 8 32 bit then you will not be able to download, install or run Premiere Pro or After Effects.

Creative Cloud Student Membership - Apps

I have recently signed up for the Creative Cloud membership for student/teacher paying $14.99 p/m. I am having difficulties downloading adobe illustrator because it says i my trial has expired (this is because i have already done an illustrator trial) but I had understood that when signing up to this membership it would enable me to have access to a range of FULL apps but im being offere trials for all of them. If this is correct and it is just trials for a year membership? i will consider cancelling my membership. I really need help because this is a very important program for my university studies.

Monikacorrea did you already order your Creative Cloud subscription? I am finding no records of any orders under the EDU e-mail address you used to log into this forum. Please make sure that when ordering your Creative Cloud subscription that you use a .edu e-mail address. If you use a non school specific e-mail address then you will need to submit your proof of eligibility.

Renewing Creative Cloud Student Membership

I currently have a student membership to Creative Cloud that is due to expire in November.
When my membership comes up to the year mark, will it charge me the full price, or will it cancel?

Creative Cloud Student Membership Rate

Hello! I have a CC Student Membership, and I usually pay about $21 and change a month for the programs. I'm a student at AiO and I use all the programs that come with it for my classes. I just got notification that my rate will be jumping up to 29.99 plus tax, so I'll be paying over $30 now. I'm just wondering if it's because my student membership is expiring, if there's something extra I have to do to renew it as a student membership, or if we're only allowed to receive the student rate for 1 year and then have to pay full price? Or are everyone's rates going up? I'm just kind of lost - checked my account for information and found no explanation on my bill or notification it was going up except for the e-mail I received this morning. Help!

Students get the full Cloud for US$19.99/month - same price everyone else pays for the Single App plan.
There is no Single App plan specifically at Student rates.

I currently have a macbook and am subscribed to creative cloud (student). I am looking at buying a second machine (desktop) and want to know if I can use CC on two machines under my one membership? Obviously I am a single user and will not be using the two machines at the same time.

To clarify, I bought the Creative Cloud student edition today cause I needed illistrator for a class asap and there were also some other programs I wanted and I couldnt afford to buy them all seperatly. Thats why I bought creative cloud but then a couple hours later I find that the CS6 production premium student edition has all the programs I initially wanted. After crunching some numbers I relized that I should of bought that instead of the creative cloud because I would of ended up paying a lot more for contiuous years of using it where as if I get the Cs6 production premium then I could save myself alot of money which I dont really have alot of already. So I guess what im asking is can I cancel my subscription that I just bought today and get the CS6 production premium stedent edition without haveing to pay the 50%? or what is the best way for me to go about this where I lose the least amount of money? I have looked through the help forums and tried my best to find the answers or help I need but couldn't. I dont mean to waste anyone time with my sob story but any help would be appreciated

Is use of Lightroom Mobile included with Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition?

I am enrolled in the Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition. However; Lightroom 5.4 on my mac says I can only use Lightroom mobile for a 30 day trial period. It seems to me my Creative Cloud membership doesn't entitle me to the use of Lightroom Mobile. Is this indeed the case?
