Creative Cloud Student Setup Error with Payment?
I have attempted to purchase a student Creative Cloud Subscription for $14.99 per month. I've verified my email address yet in My Account on the Adobe website it says that I have no subscriptions or products. I also had an error pop up saying my payment method was not valid. The issue is, my account has been charged $1.00? I was still able to get access to Adobe Creative Cloud but I think I must be on a free version as I attempted to install Adobe Photoshop but it said that my trial had expired?

I have been paying for the Creative Cloud Student and teacher editions of the Adobe suite. I have two laptops. The cloud application installed fine in both, but I could not download the apps into my preferred machine, receiving a "Download Error" for my pains. The other laptop, with its small memory size, was not suitable for the programs and has recently crashed and passed on! So now I'm still left with half of my year's commitment to go and have still not been able to benefit from the programs. i have tried every which way to get them on my main computer, taking advice from the net but to no avail. I started a Creative Cloud abonement and try to install applications. But the download of the "adobe creative cloud desktop" always stops with error code 207 (No answer from server, try later). I am trying for 6 hours but the problem is still the same. What can I do?

I have purchased the Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition and I now need to install illustrator on Windows Vista. All the new versions are not available for Vista. I have managed to find older versions for download but it is asking me for a product key. Is it possible to get the product keys for older version with Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition?
You cannot purchase older versions of Adobe software thru Adobe. If you have a full subscription you can acquire the CS6 version thru that. I have had CS6 running on a Vista system for years without problems.

Is use of Lightroom Mobile included with Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition?
I am enrolled in the Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition. However; Lightroom 5.4 on my mac says I can only use Lightroom mobile for a 30 day trial period. It seems to me my Creative Cloud membership doesn't entitle me to the use of Lightroom Mobile. Is this indeed the case?

I'm paying monthly for Creative Cloud (student pack). It worked well, but when I switched my computer and redownloaded the creative cloud with its apps, it told me I was on trial and that I had to pay for the full version. The strange thing was that I was still paying at that time. I did log in properly when I downlaoded Cloud. I don't know what is wrong here. Please help, or I'll be losing my money in a flash.

I received a redemption code for Adobe Creative Cloud for ETLA from my school and signed up with the redemption code but now it is saying that I only have Online Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition (one-year). What can I do to change it to the Adobe Creative Cloud for ETLA that I need for my college courses.
I do not understand your issue, ETLA is just a educational form of CC, you have redeemed CC using redemption code on Jan 20, 2015, it valid for an year.
Are you talking about how to use it offline as desktop app, then you can use the CC without internet for up-to 90 days, you need to log in once in 90 days to keep the CC active.

To clarify, I bought the Creative Cloud student edition today cause I needed illistrator for a class asap and there were also some other programs I wanted and I couldnt afford to buy them all seperatly. Thats why I bought creative cloud but then a couple hours later I find that the CS6 production premium student edition has all the programs I initially wanted. After crunching some numbers I relized that I should of bought that instead of the creative cloud because I would of ended up paying a lot more for contiuous years of using it where as if I get the Cs6 production premium then I could save myself alot of money which I dont really have alot of already. So I guess what im asking is can I cancel my subscription that I just bought today and get the CS6 production premium stedent edition without haveing to pay the 50%? or what is the best way for me to go about this where I lose the least amount of money? I have looked through the help forums and tried my best to find the answers or help I need but couldn't. Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work
