I am able to subscribe to Adobe Creative Cloud (Australia) for commercial use?

Yes, you can use the apps for the commercial purpose.
The EULA remians the same for the Adobe applications even if they are the part of the creative cloud , you use the software like you were use to do earlier.

Refer to the EULA. Generally using it for commercial work is not a problem, but depending on where you live in the world, some extra rules may apply.

I checked you account and I found that you just have 1 seat in your Creative Cloud account. You need to add a license from the top right corner on your Team admin page.
You can follow the article: Creative Cloud Help | Manage your Creative Cloud for teams membership which will help you to add a license in your Team account.

You can install on any 2 computer, suppose you have 2 computers already activated with creative cloud, Now if you would like to activate it on a 3rd computer then you have to deactivate from anyone of the previous 2 computer and activate it on the 3rd computer. So totally you can have creative cloud apps in 2 computer.

Hey I spent quite a bit of time sorting this out so I can answer my own question, maybe will help someone else in the same situation.
Short answer is yes you can.
But if you installed FB 4.7 as part of Creative Cloud then want to cancel CC and use standalone FB 4.7 keep reading...
Bought Creative Suite 5.5 and got FB 4.5
Upgraded for free to FB 4.6
Started Creative Cloud and installed FB 4.7 using that.
Decided that I don't want Creative Cloud subscription, just FB 4.7.
Bought an upgrade to FB 4.7 Premium as a standalone app.
But.... no installer for FB 4.7 Premium from my account downloads page. Adobe assumes you get it from CC
Found a download, installed that and it would not accept either FB 4.7 upgrade serial number or CS 5.5 serial number.
Solution
Call Adobe Support, they will walk you through installing the stand alone version w/o CC and give you a temp key to complete the installation. That only took a few hours on the phone!
Downside is you must call every time you install FB 4.7, not good.
It would be really great if Adobe would put this information in a FAQ.

Download Issue with Creative Cloud Subscription for After Effects

I am having an issue downloading After Effects using the Adobe Application Manager from Creative Cloud subscription. When I click download from the applications, AAM pops up but I do not see AE as part of the files or as an active download.

After Effects and Premiere Pro require 64 bit hardware and operating system.
Are you running a 64 bit operating system? If not, you will not see either applications available for download.

Can I purchase Creative Cloud subscriptions for longer than one year at a time?

I work in the design department of a large business, currently using Creative Suite 6 (Design Standard edition, which includes PS and AI).
I'd like to get the some of the new CC features, but my manager won't commit to a turnkey month-to-month or even annual rental of Creative Cloud apps (it's a pain for our department's purchaser to have to do orders more than once a year). That said, if they could take care of, say, two years at once, I might get the software. Is this an option? I'm one of only a few folks who use Adobe software (it's not a design business; we're just part of a small design department, and all software purchases need to go through this person, after which they're reimbursed). I'm not interested in any of the extra storage or central administration options that come with the higher priced business subscription.

Cancel fee for Creative Cloud Subscription

I want to purchase the Creative Cloud subscription for my current iMac but have plans to purchase a new computer in about 7-8 months. What would the fee be for canceling my subscription and going Creative Cloud on my next computer?

You can use the one annual subscriptioin on two computers.

Creative cloud subscription without internet access

Would there be a way to get the creative cloud subscription for my work with out using the internet monthly by paying the year in full. My workstation is not online and can't be, it is part of a internal network.

An alternative solution for this is to install one or more applications on a secondary computer that you use outside of the internal network, say, a personal laptop. Since the Creative Cloud license allows for use on two devices, you could complete the monthly license check via the applications on your secondary computer. Either way, I'd contact customer support just to be sure.

Creative Cloud subscription and trial mode?

I have a creative cloud subscription for a year, but business catalyst seems to only offer me a "trial mode". I'd like to set up a website (actually, a subdomain off of a current website hosted somewhere else).
I was under the impression that we're given 5 of these sites with a creative cloud membership. Is this a wrong assumption?

All BC site are starting in trial mode. This is our way to allow "free hosting" during site development phase.
When you believe that your site is ready, just log into site Admin console, using "Manage" button from Creative Cloud and in the site admin you should use the "Push Site Live" button.
After that you will be able to redelegate your domain to BC : http://kb.worldsecuresystems.com/000/bc_6.html?bc-partner
At any time, if you need BC support with your site, please use the "Help & Support" button from your site admin to log a case or chat with support.

Active creative cloud subscription but still showing trial?

I currently have an active Creative Cloud subscription for Photoshop. I recently just wiped my PC (Windows 8.1 - custom build), and upon redownloading photoshop, it's asking for a serial number upon Photoshop launch when I use my log-in. I've followed all directions:
- Changing directions to English International
- Logging out/in
- Etc. (from the list of usual culprits)
... but nothing seems to be working. Any ideas?

Student/Teacher edition for commercial use?

I received the student/teacher version of the CS6 Master collection from my school which I am currently enrolled at and I have recently started a production company with some colleagues and will be heavily using Premier Pro, After Effects and other applications for our business. We will be making money for our services so my question is will it be ok for me to use the student/teacher edition or will I need to get a CC subscription for commercial use?
