Creative Cloud Sync Not Available?
I notice that the Creative Cloud Sync function isn't working (I'm in the UK).
All I get is the message "Coming Soon".
It's been saying that for months so when is 'soon'?

Creative Cloud, photoshop not available to install.
I have purchased a creative cloud monthly sub and commenced the download, however the main photoshop app is not available to install, just tutorials ect. How do I access the main app?

Do you have a 64-bit operating system? IF not, that might be the reason you have no apps offered fro download.

Please check if the Creative Cloud Connection is Active or Not?
How large are the files?
If you can find the logs at the following places, and paste them here, it would be good.
Here's where to find the log:
Windows - c:\users\<yourusername>\AppData\Roaming\CloudSync\CloudSync-2013-05-0 9.log
Mac - /Users/<yourusername>/Library/Application Data/CloudSync/CloudSync-2013-05-09.log -
Creative cloud Ideas not syncing
I have made a drawing on my iPad in Ideas. Now it won't sync to my creative cloud. Why is it not working.
Have a MacPro OS X (Lion) version 10.7.5Turned iPad fully off and started again, syncing stopped at 88%. Then made new project and it synced again, also the previous halted project, Everything works now fine

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a sync problem but appreciate you letting us know that you have faced an issue with sync to Creative Cloud,
Can you provide some additional information so that I can investigate further:
Which version of Ideas do you have installed? What iPad/iOS have you created the Ideas drawing on? Do you receive an error message related to the inability to sync?

My Creative Cloud does not work anymore. When I try to reinstall it I receive the message "AAM cannot initialise". I have tried all the instructions but it still does not work. Robert
Try perform below steps.
Open task manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc keys. Click on more details if the option available.
Then end all Adobe related processes, including Creative Cloud and Coresync ( if running )
Then hold windows key on your keyboard and Press R key.
It will open Run window
In Run window, type Appdata and click on Ok
Open Local > Adobe folders
Delete AAMUpdater and OOBE folders
Then navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
Delete Adobe Application Manager and OOBE folders
Go back to Program Files (x86) and Open Adobe folder
Try deleting Adobe Creative Cloud folder, if it is not allowing rename it to Adobe Creative Cloudold
Download and install Creative Cloud App from below link

Well that's fine, but Adobe generally doesn't read this forum, and "feature requests" don't belong in this forum either.

By the way, I'd be willing to bet a huge amount of money that Adobe already knows there is demand for Android support, they're not totally clueless there even though some people think they are clueless -

I pay for the full collection in anual plan. I did login whith the same ID I purchase. In creative.adobe.com My account -> Plan information -Order details I can see the confirmation of my purchase.
But in Adobe application manager still ask for a serial number.
I so worried. I need to complete urgently a job.
I would greatly appreciate it if I had this problem solved as soon as possible.

Adobe Creative Cloud does not support APPLE latest IOS operating system, but does allow Windows 8.1 to be accepted. This seems a shame to me, as
Apple IOS is the leader in graphics, photography. The advertising states it is usable under both APPLE IOS and Microsoft 8.1 windows operating systems. Adobe Support Chat Sooraj tells me on 02/19/2015 that i must buy two computers to have it operate on both operating systems. Adobe will not support apple's Boot CAMP allowing both operating systems.

Creative Cloud is not acknowledging installed apps, is there a solution?
Creative Cloud is not acknowledging installed apps since the upgrade, all I am seeing is "install" or "try" buttons even for the apps already on my system. Nothing under "installed apps"
