I ma in the middle of a trial of PhotoShop but now have access to CC work at home. However, the CC apps come up as trials not installs. I don't want trials...

    I have just purchased a new iMac. I didn't want a Time Machine copy because I wanted to install from zero.When I have opened my Creative Cloud account and got ready to download i've seen something weird:it says TRIAL. And yes, once i have downloaded the app I have been adviced that it is a 30 days trial. How can I fix this, and get my Creative Cloud again?

    ....Nnow I cannot download any copies! Today and after  I understood what the problem was, I signed with the right user/password, but the manager application that has downloaded was the trial one, so it keeps me offering the trial ... although in the website I was reading Download not Try!
    So I have desinstalled the manager, restarted the computer....but now it doesn't let me download anything, because the links is not opening.     Uninstall CC desktop from Control Panel.
    Please navigate to C/Program Files(X86)/Common Files/ Adobe/OOBE and rename it to OOBE.old.
    Run the cleaner tool and try installing again: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html.

    Creative Cloud had me update Lightroom. Now have two versions. Neither works. What is Adobe doing?

    1. I have Creative Cloud and Lightroom v5.7.1.
    2. CC offered a new version of LR.
    3. I clicked download new version.
    4. I now have 2 (two) LR shortcut icons on my desktop monitor screen.
    5. The new version doesn't open.
    6. The old version opens. Window pops up - LR catalog can't open. Quit other version of LR. Also - preview of image in LR is blank. Says photo missing.
    7. Computer specs? Don't know what you want. 32Gb ram, i5, 1Tb
    8. LR worked fine before upgrade.
    9. Reached Adobe by phone. Started to talk. Line went dead.
    10. My phone is working fine.

    Would they work? Quite likely. Efficiently? Are you kidding me? From the weak processor to the barely acceptable screen size and resolution I can think of hundreds of reasons why this won't be fun.

    Products which support Hebrew have to be installed in this language from Adobe Application Manager.

    I believe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator have right to left text support now.
    I don't know about your CS3 discount, you can typically upgrade for a CS3 owned product.

    Then the adobe application manager has been installed and the photoshop CS6 started to be installed automaticaaly and after it done , I found it the standard version not the Extended ... So how and where can I get the Extended version for both 32 bit and 64 bit?

    So if you download the trial from the trial page at http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=photoshop you get Photoshop CS6 Extended.  When you then remove the trial and reinstall from the Adobe Application Manager with your trial Creative Cloud you only see the Standard version?
    If this is so you can try reviewing your installation logs by following the steps listed in Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5-cs5.html.  Although your 30 day trial has already begun.  I would recommend for now you just remove the installation and install from the trial page so that you can try the extended features.

    If you are on MAC Open Activity Monitor and check for Creative Cloud, it it Running Quit it
    MAC HD /Applications/Utilities/Activity Monitor
    If you are on Windows check in task manager
    Ctrl + shift +  Esc keys

    What product did you purchase and where did you purchase it from?  I am not sure that Creative Cloud is involved with redemption codes, so you might have some other version.  A redemption code is normally used to acquire a serial number, and the serial number is what activates the application(s) to full use.  But serial numbers are involved with licensed software, not Cloud subscriptions.
