Creative Cloud upgrade storage

I'm loving Creative Cloud so much I want more?  How can I get more than 20 gigs of storage?  I quickly filled mine with less than 800 files....

    I will add that if someone uses the Report abuse link on a file you share it will be accessed per the Terms of Use.
    The only other time a file would be accessed is with explicit permission from the customer for a bug investigation. In that case we would investigate the bug but not use the file for any other purpose.

    Can I edit an Illustrator file that I have saved in Creative Cloud Files without first having to download it to my mac and then re-upload it once I'm finished editing it?

    You cannot access file directly that are stored in the Creative Cloud file storage.
    You can use file syncing and store the file in your Creative Cloud Files folder. That way your changes are synced up to the Creative Cloud file storage. If you do not have access to the file sycning yet you can sign up from the Early Access page at https://creative.adobe.com/earlyaccess.

    Improvements to handling fonts
    The font list in the Font menu has been classified based on system fonts and web fonts. The system fonts are listed first in the menu.
    The Web Fonts Manager (Modify > Web Fonts) dialog is renamed to Web Fonts Suitcase. You can use the Web Fonts suitcase to add web fonts to the fonts list.
    The Add Fonts button is renamed to Add Local Font.
    Can't an "Improvement" like this be pushed out to all versions.  Renaming the interface is only going to cause confusion with people who have issues here.

    Automatically Upload Files to Server on Save
    This option allows files to be uploaded to the server even if a parallel upload or download process is in progress during the save operation. Some issues with this feature in the previous release have been fixed to make it seamless.
    When you say previous release here I assume you mean 12.0 (CS6) which was released as Cloud and non-Cloud.  Correct me if I'm wrong but you say you are fixing issues in the previous release so this would mean this "fix" would be available to all Dreamweaver CS6 owners not just Cloud because you have fixed an issue that was created by Adobe and the feature itself is not new.  Is this correct, or what does Adobe define as a fix or patch if this definition does not constitute one?

  • D/L the creative cloud upgrades fro LR 2015, PS cc and Bridge and came back a 1/2 hour later and CC indicated the d/l was complete.  When I click to start LR 2015 nothing happens.  I cannot get LR or PS started.  Previous versions start.

    Can I switch my plan to this one?  I know I can cancel my plan within the first 30 days then sign up for this, but I would rather just switch.  Can I do so?

    I have access to Photoshop and Lightroom - downloaded to my computer. The new offer I saw last night additionally has Lightroom mobile and web added for the same cost.

  • Struggling to get apps to work after single app to creative cloud upgrade

    Hi All,
    I have had the Photoshop CC for a while and upgraded to full creative cloud today.
    It still says most of the apps have run out of trial period time even though i have now purchased?
    Any assistance on how to fix this?

    Try signing out and back in to the cloud manager.

    My copy of Creative Cloud tells me that it has upgraded my copy of Photoshop CS6 but the program is still registering as ver 13.0.6x64. How do I get the upgrade to work?

    just wondering where to find pricing for increasing storage for creative cloud files from 100GB to 200GB and is it possible?
    I have looked through adobes sites and cant find any information regarding this.

  • Creative Cloud Connection Storage Utilization Not Accurate or Updating

    During the initial testing of the creative cloud connection we were asked to put as much as we could into the folder. I had just under 20GB and soon after I removed it all. I now have next to nothing in the folder. However my Creative Cloud Connection always shows that I am using all my 20GB of storage.

    File deletion is a two-stage process. First you Archive the file (think Recycle Bin on Windows or Trash on Mac OS X). You then Permanently Delete the files from the Archive.
    To the top left of the dark gray sidebar on the right are three view icons - Grid view (the default), List view, and Archive (trash can icon). Check that your Archive is empty.

    Adobe are currently offering a special offer price for people to upgrade from existing Creative Suite versions to the Creative Cloud.  What happens in 12 months time? Do you pay a lower "upgrade" price or do you have to start paying the full price as though you were a new user?
    Does this system effectively abolish upgrade pricing?

    Also keep in mind that at any point Adobe can ( * and no doubt will ) raise prices further in the future once you're switched and locked in to using the Creative Cloud subscription model.

    For some reason my account only has 2GB Creative Cloud storage after accepting the invite for the new desktop storage sync... before this, I had 20GB Creative Cloud Storage.

    Volume license customers are  eligible to take advantage of promotional offer for Creative cloud for teams and retail customers are eligible for the discounted price of Creative cloud for individuals.
    Now if you have volume license and you are trying to buy Creative cloud for individual then you might get the above error message or
    If you have a retail license and you are trying to purchase the Creative cloud team.
    You can please check the kind of license you have and then accordingly you can purchase the subscription.

  • Bug: Keywords wiped out in Creative Cloud File Storage

    Hello,
    I think I may have uncovered a bug in the Creative Cloud Drive. 
    I uploaded over 250 photos with keywords to my CC account however upon upload, CC appears to have deleted all the keywords
    from the meta data.
    Could anyone verify whether this is a CC prfoblem?
    Could anyone suggest a fix, or some way to get those keywords back as it would take a very long time to re-add those keywords?

  • CS5 suite on computer still valid after creative cloud upgrade?

    I have the creative suite CS5 on my computer given to me from my company. I was one of their computers on the purchase. Now the rest of the team has upgraded to the cloud. When i open my desktop version it asks me for a serial number, and when i input says it is no longer valid. Shouldn't my computer version still work even though they upgraded?
    Did the upgrade in validate my programs?
