Creative Cloud Widget shows options to install apps even though they are present on the system already. (Retina MacBook Pro - OSX Yosemite)

Finding that the Adobe Creative Cloud Widget/Launcher that drops down from the 'system bar' at the top of the screen now is not showing the apps that area clearly installed. It was accurate immediately after install, but I have noticed that it only shows two of the thirteen installed applications for the past week or so. Any ideas how to fix this and make it accurate again?

Hez_Godfrey please utilize the steps listed in CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html to restore the list of installed applications. I would recommend beginning with solution 2.

Purchased movies no longer showing up in my itunes, even though they are in my past purchases.

I am trying to figure out why movies I purchased (not rented) are no longere in my library. There are quite a few of them missing. Any ideas on how to get them back?

HT4613 Is it normal that closed captions do not show in the trailers and other promos, even if they are present in the movie? I don't want to pay to rent a movie that supposedly has CC if it doesn't show up on the samples.

I want to rent some iTunes movies with closed captions, but in order to confirm that the CCs work, tried watching the trailers first. I have CCs enabled on the iPod touch, but no captions showed up on the trailers or promos. Is this normal? Can I be sure that if a movie is marked with CCs, that they will be there if I rent it? Thanks.

Unfortunately you will likely end up implementing either a totally manual system (meaning you just add a line at the top of your topic with your breadcrumb trail as you wish to display it, then link as needed) or you will have to resort to some third party solution that isn't part of RoboHelp's features.
You might also take a moment and suggest to the RoboHelp development team that we need some flexibility with this aspect. (Link is in my sig)

Some of my songs don't show up on my iPhone, even though they are in Match.

I can access the full library if I sign in to iTunes from a desktop computer. Most of my songs are accessible to be downloaded, but several songs I recently added are missing. In one case, only one of the songs on an album is visible to be downloaded. What do I need to do to access my full library of songs?

The button will switch to the "Installing" button quickly and then go back to the "Free" button and thats it. No workie!

If you've downloaded them on the iPad then they should be in the Videos app - iTunes on the iPad is just the iTunes store (the Purchased tab shows what content that you can re-download from the store and rentals can't be re-downloaded, and non-rental films can only be re-downloaded in some countries).

Not all my songs are showing in itunes even though they are in the itunes Media Dir. I have spent hours trying to find out why so I moved the songs out of the Music/itunes/itunes media and uninstalled itunes. I then restarted my pc and re-installed itunes. When I opened itunes the same songs are still there (but cannot be played as cannot find location) even though I have not put anything back in the itunes media dir. To me there seems to be a refreshing problem as itunes is not looking at the directory even through the advanced preferences area is mapped to the correct area.

Apple's official advice on duplicates is here: Find and remove duplicate items in your iTunes library. It is a manual process and the article fails to explain some of the potential pitfalls such as lost ratings and playlist membership, or that sometimes the same file can be represented by multiple entries in the library and that deleting one and recycling the file will break the other.
Use Shift > View > Show Exact Duplicate Items to display duplicates as this is normally a more useful selection. You need to manually select all but one of each group to remove. Sorting the list by Date Added may make it easier to select the appropriate tracks, however this works best when performed immediately after the dupes have been created. If you have multiple entries in iTunes connected to the same file on the hard drive then don't send to the recycle bin.
Use my DeDuper script if you're not sure, don't want to do it by hand, or want to preserve ratings, play counts and playlist membership. See this thread for background, this post for detailed instructions, and please take note of the warning to backup your library before deduping.
(If you don't see the menu bar press ALT to show it temporarily or CTRL+B to keep it displayed.)
The most recent version of the script can tidy dead links as long as there is at least one live duplicate to merge stats and playlist membership to and should cope sensibly when the same file has been added via multiple paths.

This is normal under iOS 7. The App Store app shows all apps you have updated and are displayed in an "updated" list. The apps will drop off of the list in a few weeks or so. If they show as being updated, then they have in fact been updated. They will remain in the "updated" list until they are dropped off after a time.

All downloads from iTunes are tied to the account that downloaded it, you can't re-download content via a different account. You checked the spam folder on yourr old account as well as the Inbox, and depending upon how long ago you did it, have you retried getting it reset : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password' ?

Also, what are the source of your contacts? are they created on the phone, or you synced from yahoo/hotmail etc.
If thats the case, the circular arrow wont be visible but instead show "groups"

Office 365 ProPlus App-V 5.0 Package installs Lync, Outlook, Infopath and Onenote even though they are not selected for publishing

I have created an App-V 5.0 Package for Office 365 ProPlus using the documentation provided here:

I am able to load the App-V Package into my SCCM 2012 SP1 environment and deploy the package to a test machine
Within SCCM, I have configured the deployment type to only select a couple of applications. Notice that Lync, Outlook, Infopath and Onenote are not selected.

For my deployment type, I only selected Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Looking at my test machine, those 3 applications now show up in my start screen.

I don't see any of the other Office applications be default on my start screen, so I would think all looks good. If I type another Office application, lets say access at the start screen I get, "No apps match your search."

But if I type Lync, Outlook, Infopath or Onenote, it shows me that those applications are available, and I can launch them as an App-V application just as I could Excel, Word or Powerpoint, the applications that I wanted to have available.
This is not what I was expecting when I went through the trouble to create an App-V package. It looks like almost all of the apps become available on my client machine, all App-V is doing is making the application button in the start screen a little
harder to find.
What is interesting is that for the applications I did want published, I can search for them by just entering a few letters of the application name, and they show up with the 2013 version label, see below for an example search for Word.

For the applications that I did not publish but still show up on my client, I have to type in the full name of the application for the launch button to come up. For example, I can't type lyn and expect to see Lync, but if i type lync I will get an
option to launch the application. The same goes for Outlook, Infopath and Onenote, and when you do type in the full namke of the app, it doesn't show the version number like Word does as Word 2013, it just shows Lync, or Outlook, or Infopath, or
Onenote.

Can anyone from Microsoft confirm that this is expected behavior. If this is to be expected this is pretty disappointing, because a main point of the App-V package is it is the only way to limit which applications are deployed via Office 365 ProPlus
but from what I can tell, it really isn't limiting anything beyond the start screen for most cases.

Font(s) unavailable in Apple Apps (even though they work in other apps)

I recently installed a new set of fonts via FontBook. The fonts appear correctly in FontBook and are active. All files (FFIL and LWFN) are present in the Fonts folder, as they should. The fonts do also work perfectly in 3rd party applications, e.g. in Word or in Adobe Illustrator.
However, the fonts will NOT show up in Apple Applications, e.g. Keynote or Pages. They do also NOT appear in the (Apple-T)-Menu, which is used by those apps. The computer has been restarted many times since installing the fonts, but the situation does not improve. Any idea what's going on here?

Generally people do not have to follow the procedure you did, so nothing is likely to get "fixed" unless you want to document your problem in more detail for Apple, especially what the specific fonts were and where exactly they were first installed (there are numerous "Fonts" folders), etc. The feedback channel is here:
