Creative Cloud won't download at all
Hey, so I've been trying to download Creative Cloud so that I can start a free trial of Adobe Premiere, anyway the problem that I'm having is that Creative Cloud will not download at all. I've started running the creative cloud set up several times now and each time the installer fails and I get a message saying that Creative Cloud set up has stopped working. Any ideas how to fix this?
Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details like the actual crash info.

Photoshop via Creative Cloud won't download
I have a subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud. When I attempt to download Photoshop, it just clocks forever and never downloads to my iMac. No errors, messages, or any indication of what the problem might be. Any ideas on why I am having this trouble?

Can you please check the security & privacy settings in system preferences, In the general tab make sure Anywhere is selected in 'Allow applications downloaded from'.

Creative Cloud won't download apps
I downloaded the creative cloud app and launched it. It loads, but never shows any apps to download. It's just a white application box with no content. I went to my account through Adobe, clicked on Desktop and selected download for Photoshop from the applications that way. It reopens the creative cloud app but still just shows a white box with no content and never downloads anything. I checked my system requirements and they far exceed the requirements to run the most demanding applications. I can't figure this out. Any help would be much appreciated.

Creative cloud won't download onto Windows 7
When I click "download creative cloud" I get a dialog box that asks to RUN. I click run, and then the windows are flashing really quickly and after a few seconds...nothing. I've clicked it a few times, restart my computer, and tried to download it again. Can anyone help??

The error message means that the installation of the Creative Cloud Application was not successful. I would recommend uninstalling the application, manually removing the folders mentioned below, and trying the installation procedure again.
WINDOWS
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE & C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\AdobeApplicationManager .
MAC
/Library/ApplicationSupport/Adobe/OOBE & /Library/ApplicationSupport/Adobe/AdobeApplicationManager.

Creative cloud won't open at all...
Is this the only way to download Lightroom? I just bought it, after a few it finally says Lightroom is downloading now. But it seems to stay at that for awhile and I start over again. I just want to start editing my pictures already I had the free trial and don't have a serial number, just signed up for the monthly plan... I closed and can't even find how I got it to start downloading before. Why can't I just do LR and not Cloud?
Download from Amazon for ten times the cost... But problem solved. Can't even uninstall CC.

The remote server is not responding in a proper manner. What should I do?
I have the same problem. Windows7, and trying to download application Manager. I don't have any other networking problem. I'm don't know if I have a firewall or proxy, but I guess so, and there is nothing I can do about that.

Creative cloud quit, says "download again" and still no joy, same message. Camera raw gone, Existing Lightroom 4.3 and PS-12 won't talk. What's up? Looks like Creative Cloud trial botched up something. iMac
Tried a number of "fixes" from blogs. No joy. Deleted all my adobe apps, rebooted, and Creative Cloud says it needs to reload. Went through that process, and it quit near the end, saying it needed to reload and directed me back to same Adobe site. Hmm. Round and round we go. How do I get off of this loop and get my Adobe Lightroom and PS working fine again? Whole episode started after loading CC and then PS said it didn't have Camera Raw. Went and downloaded that, wouldn't load and said I needed Adobe Download Diagnostic (or something like that) went to suggested link, whereupon it tells me it is no loger available.
Looking forward to cleaning everything off and starting over!! Any input gratefully accepted and I will NOT be trying CC again. I am sure it is just fine, just not for me, now.

Evert time I hit reload, It keeps saying download error.
I uninstalled the cloud, and Re installed it, and still have issuesQuading2390 make sure that you are browsing to the User/<UserName>/Library folder. You can see an example screen shot below.

It turned out that there was a fragmentary Uninstall of cc desktop that was being installed by startup routine ( .exe or .dll only?) that was not showing in task manager that was preventing me or fresh install from deleting old files. When I went through startup list and removed all adobe startup installs I was able to reboot and run "cc clean" and get it to completely remove cc desktop. Was late and went to bed at that point. Before I was getting message that cc clean was unable to remove all of cc desktop.

Hi Robert,
Did you succesfully download and install the creative cloud desktop and are having issues downloading apps, or are you stuck on the desktop part? Are you getting any specific error message? What steps have you taken so far and what do you see on the screeen?
Can you tell me if you are using a Mac or PC and what OS version are you running?

My Creative Cloud won't recognise Apps I already have installed. I have since installed 1 more and this is the only one recognised and therefore updatable. I've tried logging out of my account and quitting Cloud then changing the opm.db file to opm.db.old in Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE and restarting but still the same. Any help much appreciated!
