Creative Cloud wont install Flash?

I try and install Adobe Flash CC and creative cloud keeps failing /:

    Welcome to Adobe Forum,
    You have purchased CC for Team for 3 seats on April 2nd 2014, you need to log in to www.creative.adobe.com , send invite from admin console, in case you want to use it, you have to assign one seat to yourself.
    Once the invite has been send, it needs to be accepted from the e-mail(check the junk & spam also)
    When you accept the invite then it take to www.creative.adobe.com
    Now the CC can be downloaded & installed.

    I am interested in what is going on, not what it could be.  The processor is AMD Athlon XP 2600 2.17GHz.  It is working fine with a solid state drive and windows 7 prof.  If it rejects this processor then there ought to be some message somewhere. There is nothing.

    If this is the same problem i had, all you need to do is uninstall the creative cloud desktop app and then re install it.

    Cloé lavrecque this is as designed.  The Creative Cloud Desktop application will need to be installed to your primary drive.  You can customize the install location of many of the Adobe Creative applications included with your membership.  You can find more details at Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html.
    Finally please be aware that shared resources from the applications will still get installed to your primary drive. In addition the downloads will be temporarily be downloaded to your temp directory also on your primary drive.

    To check for activation you need to go to all the machines in which you have installed CC apps, launch any of the CC software, go to help and you will see the email address mentioned by which you are logged in to that machine.

    A12E5 is a download error. Please follow the mentioned steps:
    Mac:
    Navigate to Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE and rename to OOBE.old .
    Navigate to Applications/Utilities and trash Application Manager and Creative Cloud desktop folder.
    Download and install CC desktop again. If still the issue persists then restart Mac in safe boot and try installing again: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/start-safe-boot-mode-mac.htm l .

    I'm using PC with Windows 8.1. I got onto the Creative Cloud and downloaded "Flash Professional CC and Mobile Device Packaging (2014)". <--- That would be the file. I can't open or run it from CC and I couldn't find a file in my computer either.
    I've also found direct downloads for the trial version and hit the set-up button, it loads up, and then nothing happens.

    I have NOT yet tried to un-installed my old CS 5.5 Design Standard
    package.I have also not un-installed my Lightroom 4. Is it necessary
    also to remove those programs?
