Creative Cloud year purchasing option

  I am an Instructor of Digital Design at York Technical College in South Carolina. I really like the Creative Cloud/Business Catalyst service and would like my students to participate. I have roughly 25-30 students every year and most of them finance their eduction with some type of Financial Aid which is either distributed in a lump sum to the school or divided out for course books and supplies.
  In order for my students to sign up for the Creative Cloud service and use their Financial Aid award we would need an option to pay the full year up front.
  Is this an option?

Adobe does not directly sell one-year payment cards. You can purchase a one-year card for a student/teacher from Amazon by searching for "Creative Cloud".

  • Creative Cloud Membership purchased but deletet / lost

    I bought the Creative Cloud 1 year full membership with my Adobe ID and made the first payment. After installing a new instance of CC Desktop on a newly installed Harddrive with a new OS (windows 8.1). I wasn't able anymore to download any apps except the free trial versions
    and my account history doesn't show the purchase, which has already been listed there before.
    I tried to log off and on again in my CC Desktop with no success. The Help pages are sending me around in cycles - and to the forum...
    Could I please get contact to some real support or has somebody had the same problem?

    Well, then it looks like my membership is not valid anymore. But I don't see why...
    I followed all the steps and had a little bit of hope with the hostsfile, because I still got the old windows 7 installation on my (now secondary) harddrive. But deleting the adobe entry didn't help.
    Also I can connect to the adobe servers but the test only said: "Alive", not "Test successful.
    The certificate is correct.
    The problem seems to be that my payed membership somehow got lost, although I already made the first month's payment.

    No difference in terms of the products and services.
    Flash CS6 and Flash CC are both available. Flash CS5 is not.

  • How is PS activated in the creative cloud upon purchase?

    I have downloaded and am operating in the 30 day trial do I have to wait for that to expire?
    I have the S/N for my PS purchase but I am unsure what will be required to activate my purchased PS.

    Hi Scully87. Which version of the Photoshop you have installed and which version you have purchased?
    There is no serial number for Creative Cloud products.

  • What happens when I join Creative Cloud years from now?

    Our company has CS6 now and don't feel it's in the books to join Creative Cloud at this point. What happens when we have to join 1 year to 1.5" down the road? Will we have to pay a penalty fee or do we just join at the $69.99/seat team price?

    MAS ART, There is not penalty fees for not joining Creative Cloud subscription. You are free to join it later. Its just that the membership plans may be different then.

  • Fireworks for Creative Cloud has less options under the window menu.

    I am a subscriber to the Creative Cloud and have installed Fireworks.   I am using a windows system.  I was watching a course about Fireworks and the instructor was using an apple computer and showed what is listed under the window menu in the Fireworks interface.   Well, on my windows system and being a subscriber to the Creative Cloud, my Fireworks interface window menu didn't not show all the options that his showed.  Why is this?  Did Adobe take some things out of Fireworks in the Creative Cloud?  I researched this in the Fireworks Community reference, and I couldn't find anything about this issue.  What's going on?

    Regarding Workspace Layouts, this is what I've got at the bottom of the Windows menu:
    The first layout, Default, is actually a custom one that I created (based on the default Expanded mode). The other three are standard.
    The exact same set of options are available from the upper-right hand corner of the interface, next to the Search bar:

  • Canceling Creative Cloud and Purchasing LR

    Hi - I did a trial of Lightroom and then purchased the creative cloud membership (for Lightroom). I just cancelled the CC membership today and am going to purchase Lightroom as a stand alone product. Do I need to uninstall the current CC and Lightroom on my computer first? Or can I just install the new Lightroom? Thanks!

    I signed up for a year of Creative Cloud, but I received an email today saying that my membership is about to expire. It has only been about 2 months. Why is this?

  • Creative Cloud MUST include option for BC Partner

    I'm just looking into starting a Business Catalyst Partner account and am SHOCKED that I can't just do this from within my existing BC account through Creative Cloud!  This is madness.  What gives?  Please tell me there's a fix on the way, and please tell me we'll be able to merge existing BC Partner accounts (since I'm having to set up a separate one) with our cloud accounts. 

    You do in fact have a free partner account if though you're creative cloud customer. It's just that it's hidden from CC customers to avoid confusion. If you provide one of your sites' URL we can give you more details.
