Creative Connection Update Error

I cannot download the creative connection update.  I receive the error code U44M1P7.    Error log file location: /Library/Logs/Adobe/Installers  I have followed all of the previous posts and updating Adobe Air or rebooting does not correct the problem. How can I correct this error?

If still it does not work please follow the mentioned steps:
1. Uninstall all adobe product from your machine along with adobe air. Uninstall path:
Application/Utilities/Adobe Installer/
Removing all Adobe product after running the uninstaller please remove all Adobe folder manually. Adobe Folder locations are mentioned below:
1. Libray/Application Support/Adobe
2. User/User Name/Library/Application Support/Adobe
3. Library/Preferences/Adobe
4. User/User Name/Library/Preferences/Adobe
Download and Install AAM and try to download/Install and update the software.

  • Creative Cloud Update Error 205

    Good morning.
    I have had Creative Cloud Desktop app running smoothly until recently when I started to get the Error 205 while updating through the app. It always stopped at 12%. Additionally, I have uninstalled the app and gotten the same error as I reinstall it.
    I have looked through the threads here where people are experiencing the same problem. This thread is often referenced: -http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/error-downloading-cc-apps.html. I do not have a firewall and I have tried tried downloading wirelessly and wired. Everything ends with the same Error.
    What am I missing? And do I have the ability to chat with someone with my Creative Cloud membership? It seems that I do but I can't figure out how to get that ball rolling either.
    I appreciate any insight you have.

    That is the link I've been looking at and I have no firewall or connectivity issue.
    I'm trying the CC Cleaner Tool at the moment. I ran the cleaner tool but cannot figure out how to see the log so that I can verify whether not that has worked. I did try to reinstall Creative Cloud and am getting the same error.
    How do I get to talk to someone directly for further troubleshooting?

  • Creative Cloud Connection update error - U43M1D204

    Received an update request from the Adobe Application Manager for the "Creative Cloud Connection".  The error states "The download appears corrupted.  Press Cancel, wait a few minutes and try again (U43M1D204).  I tried this several times receiving the same error.  Please advise how to correct.

    So, found my solution. Guess it was an amalgamation of the solutions here but I’ll try be more descriptive of how to actually do it (in my case I had problems updating a Camera Raw update for Photoshop).
    This assumes you’re on OS X and only have a problem with one update. If you have multiple you’ll have to maybe repeat the steps:
    In your home directory, go to Library/Logs/AdobeDownload and open DLM.log in a text editor that has decent search capability
    With the log file open, search for .dmg and find the last occurrence of it in the log file. You should see a URL similar to http://swupdl.adobe.com/updates/oobe/aam20/mac/PhotoshopCameraRaw8-8.0/9.0.592/setup.dmg. This is the culprit download that CC seems to hang on
    Copy that URL, paste it in a browser and download it somewhere
    Now, in your home directory, go to Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdater/1.0/Install. In my case this directory was empty, so I just moved the setup.dmg file I downloaded in step 2 and placed it in this folder.
    Restart CC and try updating your problematic application again. It should work now, at least it did for me…
    Hope that ties things over until Adobe can fix this ;P

    iMac with 2.93 GHz Intel Core 17 + OS 10.9.1 - I get constant notes that uploads are not possible, while on my macbook everything is okay, it seems - apart from LogTransport2 note I shall "kill" that programm. It's upsetting, really.
    Premier Pro CC / Photoshop CS6 / Lightroom 4

    Am travelling right now and not on my desktop-machine until tuesday.
    I get no "cute little numbers" but a notification that CC can not update software and that I shall contact service. And that is just it. And here I am. Numberless.
    The Logtransport2 issue is a nuisance I do not need to understand right now as I can work around it. It just would be nicer it wouldn't be there to begin with.

  • Creative Cloud Update: Recurring error 205

    Hi all,
    I am trying to download and install the latest update to the Creative Cloud desktop, but keep getting the same error message "205" (suggesting, seemingly, that the file be 'corrupted'). I am pretty sure the download failed the first time when my internet connection cut out by accident while the update was downloading. It got stuck then at 42% and with each retry the file downloads fine until 42% before the error message appears.
    I have tried getting off the wifi network and connecting directly through the modem (as recommended in other threads) with equal results. I live abroad and am on a rather slow connection, however, most updates have been able to download alright until now.
    One thing I expect might be a solution would be to delete the temporary download file in order to reset the apparent memory of those 42% being the critical point. Where can I find the temporary download file?
    Any suggestions are most welcome - as many of you will know, being forced to update the Creative Cloud desktop can effectively render one unable to work, with synchronized assets (fonts in particular) not being recognized in the programs until the update has taken place, so I am eager to get to a solution.

  • Error when installing PS6 Creative Cloud update

    I have been a Photoshop user since version 7, and have updated to the latest version every time a new one was introduced.   Last week, I went ahead and purchased a Creative Cloud subscription for the Photoshop application, and it appeared to install properly (not on the first attempt, however).  My PS6 installation was consequently converted to a PS6 Extended installation, and everything seemed to be working properly.
    However, around June 6 or 7, I received a notice that an update was avaliable, so I followed the instructions to download and install it.  That's when the trouble started.  After taking a couple hours to download and install, the install failed with the following message:
      Errors encountered during installation.  More details (link).  (U44M1P7)
    I decompressed the resulting log file, and it said that "corruption was encountered".  It advised uninstalling and then reinstalling the application, and then retrying the update.  I followed those instructions, which took hours, and guess what: I get the exact same error!  Can anyone let me know how to fix this?
    OS: Windows 7 Home Premium with latest updates installed.  Hardware: Dell Studio XPS 9100 (Core i7 Processor)

    I still don't know how to get CC to find that I have Photoshop CC installed, but running Creative Cloud, going to Preferences and signing out, then signing in again got Lightroom CC to work.
    Since Photoshop CC is still working despite apparently not being installed things are now OK, at least for the moment. But I'm not feeling at all happy with Adobe.

    I have tried signing out and in, still does not work.
    Still just get the previously mentioned "messages".
    I wanted to restore, but then you have to turn off "find my ipad/iphone" but this is not allowed, as I cannot connect to the itunes/icloud or app store. The units work with current apps. EG; email etc, and with apps that do not require current updates.

    I opened my Adobe Application Manager, and I saw there was an update for Creative Cloud Connection and pressed update.
