Creative MuVo 64 MB is NOT Work

Hi,
I have the Creative MuVo 64 MB which is not working since 3 months. The problem is when I power on the Player, the Red Light glows but then I am not able to play the player.
Please help me in sorting out the problem.

    I received no error message. The application was just trying to find applications unsuccessfully.
    I am using MAC OS 10.10.1
    I tried to uninstall the application  but it seems that a kind of deamon is still installed thus providing me to reinstall properly. Do you know where are the elements to remove in order to get my machine just like before ?
    Otherwise I would have to reinstall everything and this would be a pain.

    I can't sign in to my Creative Cloud  desktop application. It opens, I enter my info, and then, I have a message you are no longer signed in. I tried to close the app several times, and also reinstall it. Nothing doesn't help.
    Uploading is not allowed bacause Creative Cloud desktop does not work, fonts are missing because Typekit does not work!!!!!!!!

    sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, don't use your own resources, that's insufficient!

    On this way it is not easy to say what the problem is. I assume that you got some installations software for your external device. Install it and it should works.
    As far as I know functionality of external mouse doesn`t depend on touchpad settings.

    my adobe presenter redemption code (creative cloud) membership does not work.  Each time I input my presenter code at creativecloud/redeem it returns a message 'ooops, this code has been redeemed.'

    I got both installed but on installing Presenter keeps giving errors that a previous version is installed on the computer and cannot proceed.  I verified that there is no previous version and keep redoing the install and get stuck AGAIN and AGAIN at this point.
    I also verified that I have the latest version of Flash on Chrome and I have the latest version.  Why is Adobe so all over on downloading/installing their products.  I (and other paying customers)  cannot waste more time on this very simple procedure just because the software packages are not packaged properly or. the teams in charge of ensuring the products DID NOT correctly package the products securely (with the updates included) and more importantly, ensured that the products were linked to user accounts who purchased them.

    I have an Audigy SE with latest drivers, windows 7 64, and I'm using headphones
    When accessing the Creative Console Launcher, the volume control, eax, everything has no effect on my sound, and it is clearly labeled 'headphones' at the top.
    If I go to the Audio Control Panel, it has EAX functions that DO work, though, there are no bass adjusting functions etc.
    Clearly, the EAX etc works, though it and the other features do not work in the Console Launcher, so I hope there is a way to fix this~

    hallo, what thje hell is happening with creative Zen V+ I got it back from assistance for the second time and it's still not working!!!!!!!!!!! I want my money back now, I'm gonna spam the whole of the internet with this unfunny joke, what the hell I'm suppoised to do I really fed up, since I bought the unit it worked for less than one month and for another one it's been back to the assistance for two times!!!! And still it's not working!!!! Now let me tell you this creative zen V + is a worthless, costly, cheap piece of crap, and I mean crap, what the hell am I supposed to do now Send it back for the third time 249 euros for this crappy piece of cheapo plastic Please is it allowed me to send it back and having in change some olther player I don't mean it to be trendy or flashy or all of the usual marketing **bleep** coming with these, I just want a player that actually play my music, a player I can load all my music without the application to freeze, the player to freeze and me having to format and reboot again and again. Is it creative capable to accomplish such task, do they still know how to build an mp3 player that actually work without me having to buy and install windows vista Or they don't Do creative have some old player still in stock zen touch wasn't stilish but worked well until the HD dyied, zen V plus isn't working as it is supposed to do, plain and simple. What do I have to do now in case you are wondering the malfunction is still the same.

    For the Zen V, as it states on the box, you need Windows XP Service Pack or 2, or Windows Vista. You also need Windows Media Player 0 or . As long as you have that, you should be fine there.
    You may also have a corrupted file that is causing the problem. Try not transferring them all at once, transfer it in blocks instead. If one block fails to transfer, try and narrow it down and see if it's a specific file in that block causing the problem.
    When you try it on another PC, do be sure that PC meets the system requirements, especially the Service Pack if it's Windows XP. You'd be shocked how many times people try it on a 2nd computer, get angry when it doesn't work, call tech support, and find out the 2nd PC doesn't even have SP on it.
    All else failing of course contact Support. They can't help you if you don't let them know what's going on, and if you don't yell at them they'll do their absolute best, trust me.

    hi i got an old creative platinum sound card, with the white front bay.i have installed all of the software, but have no luck in getting the remote control to work. I have the power connector, connected to the box, and the ide cable connected to the sound card from the box, installed the latest software but still no joy

    Thanks! What a cool way to test IR remotes. It turns out that the remote was not working, as I suspected. I tested other remotes (TV, DVD) and I could see pink flashes on my digital camera LCD screen. So I removed the battery, played with the contacts inside, put the battery back in and the remote started working. Now everything works! I suspect that due to cheap construction the battery was not making proper contact with the contacts inside.
    This is something that Creative should put in their FAQ since I suspect this is a fairly common problem.

    send/take it back to where you bought it from for an exchange ... sounds like it could be a problem with the hard dri've ... dont worry too much , and i know its a pain but it'll be worth it in the end !!

  • Creative Cloud Muse Sites Not Working HELP!!!!!

    I have a lot of sites in Adobe Business Catalyst and with in the last 45 min, any sites that are not uploaded through an FTP no longer work. When you google the web addresses google just says "Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to ____________". I need these sites to be up and working ASAP please help!!!! If I can even get the site to load, it just crams everything in the top lefthand corner. The sites look like trash at the moment so I had to put up blocker pages to keep people from being able to get into the site for right now. If anyone knows whats going on please help ASAP! Also if I try and log into business catalyst to figure out whats going on I get the same "Oops!" message from google. The sites are not working in any other browsers ether.

    I installed Windows 7 on my computer, then attempted to download Creative Media Organizer 5.     I have selected 2 fonts in typekit to use on my desktop. When I view my account synced fonts I see this:
    But in my creative cloud fonts tab they don't show:
    I have turned syncing off & then back on, rebooted etc. but they still don't sync.

    I'm sorry that you ran into trouble with this.  I've confirmed that the font selections are added to your account correctly.  We'll need to take a look at your Creative Cloud log files and see why they are not getting transferred to your computer.
    On OS X:
    * Open the Finder
    * under the Go menu, select "Go To Folder"
    * in the window that opens, type:  /Users/(username)/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync/
    Remember to replace "(username)" with your own account name.
    (Or if you are comfortable working from the Terminal, cd to $HOME/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync/)
    On Windows:
    C:\Users\user name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CoreSync\
    Please attach the 3 or 4 most recent CoreSync-yyyy-MM-dd.log files to an email and send them to [email protected] (Don't send a zip file, as they often get flagged as spam.)

  • Bold shortcut key in Creative Cloud InDesign Does not work -- What to do?

    I installed InDesign Creative Cloud on a Windows 8 machine.  Most shortcuts appear to work. I am using the default set, but ctrl + shift + b fails to bold highlighted text.  Is there a workaround?
    Currently I am trying to reinstall.
    I tried looking at shortcut key forums, but could not see anything relevant.

    After doing what she asked, I deactivated, and uninstalled my Adobe Creative Suite 2. Everything. So after all this, I reinstalled, entered in the new serial I got through their webpage for the special version after creating an Adobe ID. Guess what? After an unpleasant re-installation process (there is three downloaded parts you have to download for CS2 in which disc2 and disc3 are set on a default path that is separate from disc1 which you need to converge being it creates two folders with similar naming structures), and I ended up opening Adobe Photoshop only to find it say the very same thing I meant to avoid: your serial, name, organization, yadha, yadha, is incorrect/missing. Adobe will now close.
    So frustrated with this company, and its support.

    Well, now I cannot reproduce the error because I cannot install it again! Woohoo! For some reason, all three discs executables try installing the folders, files, etc... into a different folder making it when I try installing CS2 impossible since it asks for Disc 2, Disc 3, etc..
    ANYWAY, my main issue was began with when I somehow managed to install it correctly, I got the very same message I contacted you guys over: Adobe Photoshop will now close because missing serial number something like that, and following it saying it will close.
