Creative suite 4 not working

Hi, my name is Yehudis Kleiman. I am having trouble with my Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium. I've been having trouble with it ever since I got the programs. I was on the phone many times with adobe and nothing was ever fully solved. I though in the beginning that the problem was coming from my graphics card so I went out and bought a new one (which Adobe told me which ones were supported by) The graphics card is a GeForce GTX260 Core 216 896MB. Once I got this card things got a little better for a short while. Now my photoshop just tells me all the time NOT RESPONDING....... It takes a really long time for it to do anything and it shuts off on me a lot. Illustrator doesn't always open up for me, and when if does open it gives me problems. I also should mention I tried my programs on another computer to see if It was my computer that was causing trouble and no It didn't work either on the other computer. I really need my programs I am a trying to be a graphic artist and I am loosing out on money from all the problems here.

I think that this is crazy and if it is not resolved soon I think Adobe should send me a free upgrade of CS5.

If CS4 don't work then CS5 won't work either.
This is a user to user forum and nobody from Adobe will read this.
You put nothing in here for anybody to help you with anyways.
What operating system? 32 bit or 64 bit?
How much RAM?
How much hard drive space remaining?
Go to the Nvidia website and update the video card drivers from there?
What does Windows event viewer say about errors? You need to post the errors here for people to look at.

Lion does not support PowerPC, Rosetta was removed.
CS2 was always a problem on Intel macs, many waited for CS3 and above to come out before moving to a Mac Pro.

CS4 Design Suite not working after OSX 10.7.5 upgrade

I recently upgraded my Mac OS to 10.7.5 from 10.7.4. I also upgraded Java from SE6 to 7. Now my cs4 design suite will not open. I click on the Illustrator alias but nothing happens. I get the Rainbow Pinwheel that spins for 2 seconds and then stops. This also happens when I try using Photoshop, InDesign, and Dreamweaver. I've also tried opening using the .app file in the applications folder, but the same thing happens.
A side note: I tried to revert back to Java 6 with no luck. and I do not have a back up of my OS to revert back to 10.7.4. Everything was working great prior to the upgrades.
Please Help

Will the creative suite CS5 work on yosemite

I'm just wondering if Photoshop CS5, After Effects CS5, Illustrater CS5, etc. will work in OS X 10.10 Yosemite.
I'd love to upgrade but right now i'm a little bit scared of not being able to use my creative suite anymore after installing yosemite.

Most likely not, though the latest Beta at least seems to have fixed the install issues. Either way, you are on your own - it's called a Beta for a reason and Adobe does not support legacy versions one way or the other...

Does Creative suite CS3 work on windows 8??

I need to buy a new laptop, but no way can afford to buy new software. I have adobe creative suite CS3 - does this work on Windows 8??
I use only photoshop and illustrator.
I've read mixed reports - help is most welcome my laptop is on its last legs!!

You won't know until you try - that's why there are "mixed reports". Officialyl it's not supported, but if you know your way around your computer, you may get it to work...

Creative Suite 6 - work on Mac?

I recently purchased the Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design. I checked the Adobe website for a specific Mac version of this software and did not see it.
I assumed that it worked on both Windows and Mac. Is this the case? Or do I need to get Mac specific software?

If you purchased CS6 Design & Web perpetual license for Windows then it's Windows only and you must pay separately for a Mac only version of the same software. Or swap your Windows only version for a Mac only version.
You can install and activate on up to 2 computers but both must be running Windows.
If you join the Creative Cloud and pay a monthly fee, you can install on both Win and/or Mac on up to 2 machines for no extra cost: i.e. Win/Win, Mac/Mac or Win/Mac.

Which Creative Suite will work for a G5 2.5ghz PPC Dual?

I'm using OSX 10.5.8 on a G5 2.5ghz PPC Dual Core Mac that is not intel-based.
I have 4gb of RAM, 500gb HD and I'm mainly interested in using Photoshop & Illustrator but,
all other apps would be welcome. Which Creative Suite can i buy for my Mac?

You can't. The last version of CS that was usable on a non-Intel machine was CS4. With the release of CS5 a year or so ago, Adobe stopped selling CS4. You will be hard pressed to find a legitimate copy of CS4. Sorry, but the sad truth is that you'll need to buy a new computer at this point.

Help me Nokia 6111 Pc suite not working :(

I have got the Nokia 6111
And i have installed reinstalled etc the pc suite but every time it does not work.
In Saying it does not work~ i meen once connected to the computer it doesnot recognise on the connecting wizard my phone. It just has the timer for ages and ages.
It also pops up saying instlal new hardware but fails every time.
Please help me

Here is something what you could try to do:
1. Uinstall Nokia PC Suite 6.82.22 (or 6.7 or 6.8x) and restart PC.
2. Go to Windows' Control Panel and open "Add or Remove Programs" application.
3. If there are "PC Connectivity Solution" (or "Nokia PC Connectivity Solution" and/or "Nokia Connectivity Cable driver", uninstall those and restart PC.
4. Install PC Suite 6.82.22 and restart PC.
If problem happen again:
1. Go to Windows' Control Panel and open "Add or Remove Programs" application.
3. Select "PC Connectivity Solution", click "Change" and then "Repair".
4. After Repair, restart PC.
And if no help again:
Save RegPCSuiteComponents.bat file to C:\Program Files\PC Connectivity Solution\ folder. Then go that folder and run it (double-click that file). After that restart PC.

Bluetooth connectivity pc suite not working anymor...

After problems with upgrading to pc suite 6.8 i got the advice from Nokia to re install version 6.6.
The installation of the pc suite 6.6 was successfull and I could synchronise via USB cable DKU-2.
The bluetooth connectivity is not working anymore. Before the upgrade I had the bluetooth connectivity working (WIDCOMM BT, Belkin dongle) but after re-install version 6.6 I only can select the Bluetooth windows option in the connectivity manager.
Is there a solution to add the widcomm bluetooth driver again (like it used to work in version 6.5 and 6.) in the pc suite without re-installing the pc suite

The repair did'n work. I've installed the pc suiten on 2 pc's and on 1 pc the bluetooth is working correctly.
The ssytem info on the working pc is:

On the computer with the bluetooth problems the WIDCOMM bluetooth-stack is missing. On both pc's i've installed the same pc suite and the same belkin bluetooth dongle

Creative Suite stopped working

My Photoshop has suddenly stopped working. When I try to open it I get this message..."You cannot use this product at this time. You must repair the problem by uninstalling and reinstalling." I have tried to reinstall but it still does not work. Please help.

Creative Mediasource Not Work

I have Creative Mediasource 2.x which came with my Soundblaster audio card. It was working fine until I tried to update it over Creatives automatic update. While?it still plays music, it has lost access to all of it's add ons:? graphic equalizer, EAX, surround sound, THX, etc. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall and the same problems exist. I get the error message:? "the audio device supported by this application is not detected". I just want my old capabilities back. Thanks.

CS5 Photoshop/Bridge/Suite not working on new Retina Macbook Pro, running Mavericks 10.9.2

I recently purchased a new Retina MacBook Pro laptop running Mavericks OS X 10.9.2. I had Apple perform a data migration of all my apps and files from my older laptop onto the new one. Now when I go to open Photoshop CS5 I receive the following error message, "Could not synchronize the color settings because of a program error." Photoshop will then open but I can't do anything in the app. When I go to quit Photoshop I get this error message: "Could not save Preferences because the file is locked or you do not have the necessary access privileges. Use the 'Get Info' command in the Finder to unlock the file or change permissions on the file or enclosing folders."
I am able to open Bridge, however the app in entiretly is noticeably lo-res and pixelated looking, so clearly something is not up to speed there either.
InDesign and Illustrator are also having issues.
I have run the System Update and it does not show anything in the CS5 Suite needing to be updated.

I do not get the Airplay icon on my Macbook's menu bar. I have checked the box in the Display settings to show mirroring options but still no icon. Airplay Display shows 'No device Detected'. Both AppleTV and MacBook Pro are on the same physical Network (192.168.1.0/24) and connected directly to my home ethernet switch (not wirelessly). I also made sure MacBook's Firewall is disable. Airplay feature use to work before upgrade to 10.9.2. As far as Home sharing from my AppleTV has a similar issue; it just does not find my MacBook after a while of loading and searching my music library. I am logged in to icloud on both devices (appletv and macbook). Also use to work before upgrade. Any ideas or recommendations. Thanks.

There are few steps that I could suggest that might be resolve the conflict for you, Please follow the below mentioned steps and do let us know if this worked or not.
1) I can see that Time Machine is active in the background. Can you please open the Preferences for Time machine and disable TIme machine and try again.
2) If the step 1 doesn't work, please try a different network and check again.
3) If none of the options above works, please navigate to Utilities> Adobe Application manager and make sure that we have full READ & WRITE permission on this folder and Utilities> Adobe Creative Cloud folder.
Also, navigate to /LIBRARY/APPLICATION SUPPORT/ADOBE and give the READ&WRITE permission to the all the user accounts.
4) Post this, try again.
Do let us know if this worked for you or not.

Oracle BPA suite NOT WORKING

I download BPA suite today and installed in Window XP. But when I click create new model and group, it goes on starting standard database and error saying "unable to run local business server" What am I doing wrong or what I have to do to rectify this.
I ask my coworker to install this. He has the same problem as I have.
Not sure how to do about this????????????
