Creative Suite 6 Acrobat Pro wont let me register.

Hey folks!
I got a problem which I am encountering now for a longer while but havent the time to get rid of this issue.
So... I got my Creative Suite 6 a longer time ago and with the purchase I got Acrobat Pro as well but it crashes all the time so I removed it and downloaded it again. I used the trial version for 30 days. But now I wanted to register the product with my CS6 key but the serial wont work.
I've read a couple of topics about this issue but I only found solutions which includes PCs not Macs.
So is there anybody who can help me out with this?

PS: I tried to chat with the support but the link is kind of broken I guess. After clicking onto the chat thingy nothing happens. Maybe this is a bug that needs to be fixed. I tried it with firefox and chrome but both wont allow me to open a chat session with the adobe support.

First, you have to download AA X, not AA XI that I suspect you got (see http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html). You also have to activate the remainder of CS and open one of the applications to activate Acrobat (or something like that -- CS has a different activation process for Acrobat than the standalone version).

  • Reinstallation of CS6 Creative suite Acrobat X only

    My CS6 Creative Suite Acrobat X stopped working. I have uninstalled Acrobat X with a view to re-installing it.  Having started the process it looks as if it will take almost 1 hour. Is this just Acrobat X or is it going to try to reinstall the other products as well?  How can I reinstall Acrobat X only - the other products in CS6 seem OK.

  • BB 9000 Tmobile branded wont let me register my vodafone sim with BIS plan! (Allready unlucked)

    I think i`m going crazy! I`ve been searching and calling both Tmobile and Vodafone to get this problem fixed! Since the phone used to be Tmobile i called their helpdesk to see if they still had anything locked on the phone. They said they don`t and that i could use any carrier for my phone as long as it has a BIS plan linked to it. So i called Vodafone and they are telling me that it could be because it`s tmobile and that it`s hardware related! Wich of this is true? They also say that the phone is registered nowhere. I`ve checked everything APN is adjusted to Vodafone and i`m using software 5.0. Still i can`t see anything and it wont let me register to the network..

    You need the orignal system discs or an upgrade DVD that has Snow Leopard 10.6.3 on it and you must erase, or better Re-Partition, the drive to get rid of any Newer version of OS X first.

    hi my i phones silencer wouldn't work so i just got a replacement phone today... and when i went into my computer to register it and put all my apps and music and stuff back on it wont let me saying something about i cant do it cuz i have windows or something??? except i have a mac book pro and do not have any windows applications... i don't know what to do in order to get this phone registered and get all of my settings back on... any help would b greatly appreciated! thank u!

  • Firefox wont let me register for anything.

    Everytime I try to register for anything and press enter it just clears everything I typed and stays on that screen. For example I tried to register to ask a question and everytime I tried to register on firefox it just cleared it out and wouldn't do anything. I had to go on explorer (which I hate) It wont let me post stuff on craigslist, bid on ebay, sign into facebook or anything. Someone pllllease help me fix this problem it's driving me CRAZY

    If clearing the cookies doesn't help then it is possible that the file <i>cookies.sqlite</i> that stores the cookies is corrupted.
    Rename (or delete) <b>cookies.sqlite</b> (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete <b>cookies.sqlite-journal</b> and <b>cookies.txt</b>, if they exist, in the Firefox Profile Folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.

    I would like to know if there is an add on that will let you open a newer version indesign document in my CS6 version?
    Instead of asking the customer to save a copy in interchange format?
    I was thinking of upgrading, until I found that you have to pay forever for this software.
    I would rather pay one time and use the software like the CS6 version.

    Compatibility will depend on application. InDesign for instance needs to be saved back via IDML. But it will be the responsibility of the Creative Cloud user to take care of this for the most part.

    I suggest posting in the various application forums to find out details on compatibility.
    Keep in mind that Creative Cloud will become more and more incompatible with CS6 and earlier versions as time goes on and features are added to the software.

  • Creative suite, acrobat issue

    This is for info for adobe.
    I was able to successfully install PS CS6. When I tried to do Acrobat I got a failed message. Telephone support had me go into msconfig and disable services then try again (which was successful).
    Later, I got an update-ready notice and had to do the disable again.
    PS is fine.  (So is LR, tho not in the suite, of course)
    I'm running Win 7/64 and will do any experiments I can to help, if you like. Contact me offline; I'll only check here intermittently.

  • Final cut pro wont let me export

    so im trying to export a video I made but its not letting me. ive tried using difrent codecs (h.264, apple proress and a few others) but everytime I try to export it, its gives me a  error message every time I try (error -1 and error -5) I dont really know what to do know. what can I do?

    It indicates nothing. literally all it said was "Quicktime error - 50"
    as for the BG processes, nothing. It was stick at 5% n not move. just disappear after the Error message.
    HOWEVER,
    the problem is solved.
    I went to the project. Clicked on Duplicate > duplicate the files and video clips. (so a complete duplicate with every single file).  >>> Tried Exporting. Worked!!! took almost the whole night, but it worked out!
    I don't know how that makes any sense.
