Creative Suite CS5 sagt Seriennummer sei ungültig

Nach Aktivierungsproblemen mit Acrobat 9 habe ich mit dem Adobe CC cleaner tool alle alten installationen entfernt und versuche gerade neu zu installieren aber die zuvor funktionierende Seriennummer wird als ungültig abgelehnt. Hat jemand eine Idee woran das liegen kann?

Weder das Betriebsystem noch die Programmsprache wurden geändert.
Ich habe das MacBook komplett von Acrobat bereinigt, weil sich ursprünglich Acrobat 9 nicht aktivieren lies - die CS5 Suite dagegen schon.
Nach dem Deaktivieren der Suite und einer Neuinstallation von Acrobat 9 (Empfehlung von Adobe) lies sich Acrobat 9 aktivierten. Als ich dann wieder die Suite aktivieren wollte kam die Meldung Seriennummer ungültig.
Darauf manuell alles von der Suite abgeräumt (uninstall hat nicht funktioniert) und mit Adobe CC cleaner tool noch mal drüber. Dann Versuch einer Neuinstallation aber auch wieder die Fehlermeldung bekommen die Seriennummer sei ungültig. Danach schon mal als Testversion ohne Seriennummerneingabe installiert.

When I install the CS2 with the CDs I cant activate it.
I got the information to download a version from the Adobe-Server an install it.
I do so.
But the serial-number from the adobe-Server don't work.
I get the error "Die eingegebene Seriennummer ist ungültig. Überprüfen Sie die Nummer, und geben Sie sie erneut ein."
I'm sure it's the right number! I fill in without blanks, with blanks and with "-"... No result.
Can anyone helb me with this problem?

How do you transfer your adobe creative suite cs5.5 from one laptop to another. I bought downloadable files from the Adobe website; I did not own physical cds.

I bought a downloadable file when I bought Creative Suite CS5.5 for my laptop, which has now become slow and laggy. So I bought a new laptop and have downloaded trial versions of CS5.5 on to it, as suggested by information online, only to type in my serial number and it tells me that it's unvalid. I'm a college student and spent a lot of money to have this compliation of programs, and I do not have the money to invest into CS6 quite yet, as my needs are met with the previous version.
Is there any way to transfer the creative suite from one computer to another, as I've tried many and have been unsuccessful.

There's no 64 bit TWAIN so you need to use the 32-bit version of Photoshop. Personally I'd recommend that you use the scanner software as a standalone application and forget TWAIN, which is rapidly becoming obsolete and more or less abandoned everywhere. All it does is call up the very same scanner software, only from within the PS UI, and tying up Photoshop in the process.

Well, considering bang for the buck, CS6 is about $700 USD to buy outright, which is fine but users have to be aware that Adobe's only going to put out critical updates for that version for the time being. No new features, etc. Even its Camera Raw doesn't have any of the new features inherent in Photoshop CC's Camera Raw.
Contrast this with paying about $120 USD/year (about $10 USD/month if one chooses to go that route) for Photoshop CC, Lightroom and any and all updates and new features to those programs via the Creative Cloud Photography Plan. By the time you've paid the equivalent that you would just for CS6, you'd have updates and new features that are leaps and bounds ahead of CS6. (CC itself has gone though several major updates that contain new features.) IMHO, there's no contest.

In the past I uninstalled adobe creative suite cs5 from my laptop, used the adobe creative cloud cleanup tool, restarted and then reinstalled the programs and everything worked again for about a week. Now everything has gone back to the way it was again and this time the uninstalling and reinstalling isnt helping.
Any ideas?

I'm having exactly the same problem. Uninstalled CS4 and reinstalled the 30 day trial of the Creative Cloud and it's stil having the same glitches, not opening in photoshop and not being able to drag/move objects in Illustrator or inDesign.

Installation problems with Creative Suite CS5 (Error (-1))

I'm trying to install the Adobe Creative Suite CS5 on a Windows XP 32-Bit laptop.
After entering the serial number, the installation begins and stops at around 7%. Each time I get this error: The Setup encountered an error(-1) during install. Please restart the machine and try again.
I've tried restarting the machine, uninstalling Adobe Reader, and using the Adobe Cleaner tool. None of these things have worked.
I've tried searching and can't seem to find any solution to this problem. I provided the error summary below. Any help would be appreciated.. this is driving me crazy.

I usually start from the bottom of the log and search for Error and Fatal. I then search for the error in the Adobe knowledge base, the search bar at http://www.adobe.com/ accesses this.
You can try using the Adobe Support Advisor - http://www.adobe.com/support/loganalyzer/. There as an option there which allows you to package for support. You can then post the token to this thread.

I am the licensed owner of Adobe Creative Suite CS5.5. Unfortunately, I recently had a hard drive failure and had to have my MAC hard drive re-imaged. Adobe Creative Suite CS5 is acting up. In Illustrator i was unable to move objects with my mouse and tried solving the problem in different ways - it still didnt work. So i opened up photoshop. I was unable to open a file in photoshop (new or old) and when i finally did manage to open something, I am unable to do many things.
1) i cannot crop canvas
2) i cannot resize canvas
3) text dissapears after i type it
4) brush strokes dissapear after i release mouse
etc
What should i do??

Nobody can help you without system info or otehr details. From your description this could be driver issues with a tablet if you use one or similar issues with a programmable custom mouse... Most definitely not an issue within the programs. Unplug your mouse and tablet, uninstall and reinstall the drivers, try another input device...

Problems loading creative suite cs5.5

I purchased creative suite cs5.5 in February 2012. It was installed on my macbook pro laptop. My laptops harddrive crashed. I got a new harddrive. I need to reinstall it. When I sign in to my adobe id I do not see the purchased. I have a copy of my credit card statement showing the purchase. Not sure what to do. Please help.

- OS Windows 7
- Intel Pentium P6100
- Intel HD Graphics
- 4 GB DDR3 Memory
- 500 GB HDD
I am not so sure if I can install and use the Creative Suite CS5 on this machine.

The answer is the same as in your other thread: It will work, but it's not gonna be much fun. It's still a pretty weak processor and the intel graphics will very likely prevent hardware acceleration features in Photoshop (required for 3D) and InDesign (Flash encoding and interactive authoring) from working properly or at all.

Creative Suite CS5.5 re-install error: Install can't be opened. You should eject the disk image.

I am trying to reinstall the Creative Suite CS5.5 as I have lost my disk.
As soon as I try to open the installer I get the following message:

I have deleted and redownloaded, downloaded from both safari and chrome and also downloaded it on different network connections.
I have also checked my privacy settings to 'Allow applications downloaded from: Anywhere'
Anyone have an answer to this problem?

Right-click (CTRL-Click) that dmg
Choose Open from the context menu.
Click Open in the warning dialog that appears.
