Creative Suite Design Premium Student: Language German- English

I've recently bought CS Design Premium Student over the amazon-store and registered it over the adobe online community.
The Creative Suite FAQ states
"I purchased an English-language license, but would prefer to have another language. Can I switch languages?
    CS products can be configured using your computer's localization settings.
    For full support of a language different from your licensed language, contact
    an Adobe sales representative for assistance"
So my question is: can I change the language of my products from german to english?
I would really like to do that because most of the tutorials are in english anyway and it is much easier to work with them if the application is configured in english as well.

Thank you very much for your answer. May I point out that if find the FAQ unclear regarding this issue. Actually in my comprehension it sounds as if it would either be possible to configure the software depending of your computer's localization settings ("CS products can be configured using your computer's localization settings.") and/or it is possible to contact Adobe sales for support of a different language ("For full support of a language different from your licensed language, contact an Adobe sales representative for assistance")
This is somewhat a little bit dissapointing, considering the superb support in all other regards I have experienced so far from Adobe, especially if you count in the fact that the suite is a very expensive professional product (even the students version ;-) ). I guess I might be by far not the only one wanting to change the language of his product post-buying.

    I purchased from Adobe Creative Suite Design Premium CS5.5 Student Edition. The deal Adobe had promised was a free upgrade to CS6 as soon as it became available to do so, if i bought the package before a stated date, i did so and installed it. My question is how (or when) do i access my free download of CS6 versions of the software contained within Creative Suite Design Premium CS5.5. My pruchase of the product hinged on this promised free upgrade so it is very important to me to find out how/when i can expect the download.

    If you purchased CS5.5 within the offer period then you might have already been upgraded to CS6. However, you don't have to worry at all.

  • I have purchased adobe creative suite design Premium and it will not properly load onto my other laptop because my ist laptop crashed.

    I purchased adobe creative suite design premium as a student and was supposed to be able to download it onto one more computer if needed and now because my other laptop has crashed I still need to use the software on my new laptop. the files load and I get the read only files but it won't set up like the original installation. What kind of company doesn't have customer phone representative service on software we pay big money for?         

    Since you say you are having a problem with files not downloading properly, below is an alternate site where you can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.  If you are not able to find your version, if you identify it then a more direct link might be available.

    メモしておいたシリアル番号を入力しても違うようです。
    何年か前に購入してずっと使っていたのですが、こういうふうになったのは初めてです。
    パソコンにはあまり詳しくないので問い合わせ方法などもよくわかりません。

  • Problems with Creative Suite Design Premium.

    Does Freative Suite Design Premium 3 work on Window 7 Pro 64 bit?

    I initially installed Creative Suite 3 Design Premium on my PC with Windows 7 64 Bit Home which was upgraded to Professional in December last year so the full prgramme has been running fine until the evening of May 13th then on Monday 14th nothing would open. I uninstalled and reinstalled several times but with no success. Photoshop open but with a windows error message then closes down no other programme will open. I have tried installing without acrobat as it always seemed to want a Vista dll which I have never had ( having said that it will install on it's own after cancelling the vista request box and runs okay). I tried various suggestions from a helpful person on the Adobe chat helpline but then someone else withdrew the compalint saying that CSD 3 did not work with 64 bit which is patently untrue as it had been running successfully for over a year, but suggesting I buy an upgrade. I am quite happy with CSD3 for the moment but given the sudden failure this proposal did make me wonder if soome Adobe upgrade that has come throgh is interferring with 64 bit systems perhaps to get people to upgrade. I would hope not!
    In any case perhaps you can let me know how I submit a formal complaint to Adobe as there does not seem to be a function to do so. I have spent a significant amount of money for this prgramme and I expect it to work.
    So CDS 3 does work with 64 bit the question is why should it stop now? Intriguing but extremely frustrating.

  • Creative Suite Design Premium - Flash Builder Upgrade

    Hi, I bought the Design Premium product last week and I'm keen to investigate mobile development side of things (we develop Mobile Apps at YARG) but it looks like you need Flash Builder, which you don't get with Design Premium.  I'm new to the Adobe development side of things and a little confused.  With the Flash Professional it says we can build iOS for Air?  What's the main difference between Flash Builder and Flash Professional, is Flash Builder for of a development IDE or can I still build Mobile Apps with Flash Professional?   If you already have the a creative suite can you purchase extra products (like Flash Builder) at a discounted rate - probably no.

    In the Suites, Flash Builder is in Adobe Creative Suite Web Premium version (NOT Design Premium) or the Master Collection. (I'm not sure whether it's too late to do an exchange: You'd have to call Customer Service.)
    As for your other question, it like a better question for the Flash forums than you'll get here.

  • Serial number provided from Adobe comes up invalid for Creative suite Design Premium S&T

    Hello can you please help. After going through the process of receiving a serial number for my Adobe Student and Teacher edition of Creative Suite 5 Design Premium Mac OS (to use in the UK) I am getting an invalid error trying to activate it. My Computer system is Mac OS X 10.68 and I am not sure what to do now. Their are no letters within the serial number and have only recently been issued with it so im at a bit of a dead end here.

    You need to talk to/ chat with support via web or phone. Nobody can do anything about serial number issues here, much less on a weekend.
