Creative suite download error from india (student teacher edition)

I recently purchased Adobe Creative Suite and keep getting an error when downloading.
I have tried phone support, chat support, and posting support, but am still unable to download my purchase~

I have purchased the "download" version of Creative Suite Master Collection Student Teacher Edition. I have paid for it and sent in my Teacher/Student documents. They were approved. Now I navigate to a page that has buttons for downloading it - its about a 7gb download. My IT guy tried downloading it last night but the download did not complete. He tried a second time and the download came to 100% but again the file did not work. I have contacted him to provide more details for you. T
I just spoke with my IT guy he says "unable to complete" downloading

Trying to add my adopt creative suite 5.5 design standard-student teacher to my new computer since my old one crashed, but the new computer has no CD Drive. We transferred the files to an SD card, moved to desktop but it won't load. I also tried to download the online version but when it gets to the part where I add the license it errors stating serial number not valid for this version. Dear Jeff, it seems I have a similar problem. I have a CS 5.5. Design Standard on CD, student edition. Now my new laptop does not have a CD drive.
I have been trying to find a download at the Adobe site, but under the heading of CS 5.5. it gives access to a newer version. So I guess my license wouldn't work (I did not bother to try this).
So any help is welcome:

I bought a copy of photoshop cs5 a while back and never loaded it. It is a student edition and I am still taking classes in which I need to use the program. I am no longer able to complete work in the class room so I do need to load it at this time. It looks like where I got into wants me to buy another copy. How do I load my student verification so I can get to the right place.

Dosaigeon I would recommend reviewing the I have a Student and Teacher Edition product section of Find a serial number. The process varies depending on how you purchased the product and what country you are located in.

I had purchase Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 design standards (Student and teacher licensing), but I lost the disk and still have my product code. I tried downloading from the available downloads but the product code i have doesn't work. Where can i find a CS5.5 design standard student and teacher licensing download?

There is no specific version designated for student/teacher versions, the software you get is the same as any other 'version'... the serial number is what designates the version status. You might have used the wrong product code or maybe you need to adjust your approach to the attempt to acquiring the download.
Make sure you have cookies enabled and clear your cache. If it continues to fail try using a different browser.
You can also download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.

Creative Suite 5.5 Design Standard Student and teacher edition-Reinstall

I need to know where to go on the Adobe site to re install the above titled software.
When I download and try to install the software it will not allow me to fill in the serial number. It shows the space but it will not allow me to enter my serial number.
I think the problem may be that I am not going into the student/ teacher portal for this product.
I need your help please.

I have the serial. I get to point of installing, but the serial is not allowed to be entered. Maybe the teacher edition is between product than from the general public. Thanks! Gordon

If you purchased the software from Adobe directly, Contact Customer Care - they can tell you if there is a chance to get a replacement disk. But most likely they will tell you to download the software.

I'm not clear what you are saying here. Since for S&T versions registration is mandatory, you have a permanent serial on your account and those function just liek any normal serial number of a comemrcial package.

Serial number is invalid when trying to install Creative Suite 6 (Student/Teacher Edition) on my new mac?

I have deactivated CS6 on my old laptop, but every time I try to enter the serial number to re-activate it tells me that it is invalid. Is there a period of time that I have to wait before it becomes able to be activated again? It's been about 24 hours. Or could the problem be that it was previously installed on a PC, but now I have upgraded to a mac? Is there any way to fix this? Please help! Thank you!

Normally a PC serial number is not valid for a Mac version. I don't know if the following holds for Student/Teacher editions though there should be something similar...
Change product platform or language

Creative Cloud downloading error

I see that 4 updates are available for some of the softwares in the CC suite but am unable to link to the CC server. Does anyone know why I get such error message? Am unable to see any apps in the Creative Cloud window in the menu bar. I have all the soft of the CC suite but can't do any update. I have tried uninstalled the CC app, thrown the OOBE content from the Adobe folder in the Applications support directory, restarted my computer before reinstalling the CC application, but the same message remains and am still unable to perforn any update of the CC softwares.

Please find attached a JPG file showing the mean error. Also please note that am using a Mac Pro with OSX 10.8.5.

Not sure where you're getting this idea from but it doesn't matter how you purchase the software (Suite or standalone) the answer is still, no.
One license, one platform (Mac or Win)
Mac software works on Mac only.
Win software works on Win only.
From the End User License Agreement (EULA)
2.11 Dual Boot Platform. The Software is licensed for use on a specific operating system platform. You
must purchase a separate license for use of the Software on each operating system platform. By way of
example, if you desire to install the Software on both the Mac OS and Windows operating system platforms

separate licenses for the Software. This is true even if two versions of the Software, each designed for a
different operating system platform, are delivered to you on the same media.

How do I upgrade Creative Suite 5.5 Web Premium STUDENT

Hi,
I have Creative Suite 5.5 Web Premium STUDENT and I want to upgrade to CS6.
Is there a astudent ugrade price, or do I have to pay the full commercial upgrade price (pretty much the cost of the CS5.5 suite)? If I have to pay the full commercial upgrade fee, do I now have a full version (non-student) of the suite?

But if you are no more eligilble for STE version , but own STE version of CS5.5 then you can upgarde to CS6 and the pricing would be the same as for other.

From LR3 Student/Teacher to LR4 Standard Upgrade

I'm currently using LR3 Steudent/Teacher Edition and I want to upgrade to LR4; however, I'm no longer a student
and I would have to do the upgrade with the standard edition.
My question is: Is this possible? Can I use the standard update to LR4 from a teacher/student edition of LR3?
