Sorry if this post isn't on correct place and sorry for my poor english. I bought Creative Suit Pack for plantform Win but now I am going to buy a Mac. Is it possible to change my Creative Suit Pack for plantform Mac if I have one serial key of this product? How I do? Can I downloads again the same Creative Suit or Can I downloads trial for mac version and to introduce the same seria key? Thank for all.

If you have CS6 then you can call Adobe and request a platform swap. If you have CS5/5.5 you can buy a cross platform upgrade to CS6 or move to Creative Cloud. If you have anything earlier than CS5 then you'll need to buy a new full price license. If you have CS3 or later you qualify for upgrade pricing to Creative Cloud.

BTW the platform swap is for current version of Adobe software only, if you have older version then you may have to look for Cross-platform upgrade.

Yes. CSS will work on both OS X and Windows. But you must have the correct version for each.
So if you are going to run CSS on both a Mac and a PC, you are going to have to purchase two copies, one for the Mac and one for the PC.

BUT... when your one year Education account ends, I do not think you will be able to renew at the Education rate

I have never heard of that either. Do you need to open/edit Microsoft Office documents? If so, I would recommend you give NeoOffice a try first. It's based on the free OpenOffice, but does not require you to install Apple's X11 windowing system first. It's actually worked pretty well for me. If you find that NeoOffice does not meet your needs, then I would save-up to buy a full copy of Microsoft Office for the Mac.

Hypesuh I would recommend reviewing both Error downloading Creative Cloud applications - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/error-downloading-cc-apps.html and Creative Cloud app doesn't open and hangs on spinning progress wheel - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-app-doesnt-open.html as it appears both documents are applicable towards the difficulties which you are currently facing.
