I'm calling my local news station FOX 6 and they help people who are being screwed by big companies. This will be all over the local area and will give them a bad rep, must let people know they do not take care of thier customers. Man they remind me of this government and I am saying both sides of it. And what is funny is that I called the other day to find out why my mic won't work in the front when speakers are plugged in the back. The lady daid she could not help me since my time was up for the free Tech Support and could not help because she would lose her job if she did. And this is no bull and was shocked that something like that would happen for just helping me with my question. I was told to go to the forums and find the answer......What a joke that is. And i'm not saying people in here do not help but CL gave me info on what to do and it did work then it did not??
HOW LONG DOES ONE HAVE TO WAIT FOR A FIX, I JUST GOT THIS CARD FOR MY 34 BIRTHDAY SO DO I HAVE TO WAIT TILL I'M 35 IN JANUARY???

If you aren't receiving any auto-responses, chances are your email never arri've to Customer Support or it's trap within your email spam filter/trap(if you have one). If there is a spam trap or spam filter on your e-mail, check there to see if the replies might be there.

However I continue to receive the error "We are currently experiencing some issues, please try again later. If the problem persists, contact customer support."
What is going on here?
Is there another way to access Creative Cloud download and installation?

If you continue to face difficulties then I would recommend beginning the installation process through the Creative Cloud Desktop directly. I have installed and uninstalled creative cloud app multiple times. Each time I get the same error. "download error Please contact customer support. I have checked to see that the aamdetect plugin is installed. I have restarted safari. I have read every help page I can find. I am using a new MACPRO and transferred files from my IMAC. HELP

Trying to update creative cloud, comes error: The installation program could not access the important files / directories. Try to run the installer again. (Error code: 43), please contact customer support. The same error comes updating Muse. Mac 10.9.5. What shall I do?
Alauda_positos I would recommend reviewing your installation log files to determine the exact directory which the installer is unable to access. You are welcome to post any specific errors discovered to this discussion.

Hi, I am trying to install 4 Adobe apps onto a new iMac but Apps in Creative Cloud doesn't list any apps but says there is a download error and to contact customer support.
I can sign in fine with my username and password.

Apps tab of Creative Cloud desktop helper constantly displays "Download error. press retry or contact customer support". As well as reloading, I've also quit CC desktop helper, restarted computer, checked network settings, relogged in. Cannot download any new apps or updates. please help.

I have a fully paid Creative Cloud membership. but when I click on Creative Cloud it says an update is available. When I click to get the update it starts, then stops at 43% and I get Error Code 1. Contact Customer Support and when I click on that I am sent in an unending circle with never any option to get chat, or phone support!! There is apparently no way to reach real support or to get Creative Cloud to update normally. What a terrible lack of customer service!
