My ZEN Mozaic front&rear cases were broken by an impact. Where can I buy a new original cases? I don't found it anywhere.

I'm afraid you can't find a case replacement for your Mozaic. There is no casing available for sale for this model. You might want to contact customer support and see what are your options.

You might have misread it but the link that you're looking is actually for the Zen Stone Plus w/ Built-In speaker while the new firmware is for Zen Stone (only) w/ Built-In speaker.

The ZEN Mozaic uses a 3.5mm mini jack connector for audio output. That's where you connect your headphones to the player. You can connect your speakers to the player if it uses the same connector.

Creative Zen Mozaic EZ100 stuck on 'rebuilding' screen

Hi,
I bought my Creative Zen Mozaic EZ00 in February and yesterday, after adding files to it and disconnecting the usb, it went onto the 'rebuilding' screen and became stuck there. I reset it and when I turned it back on, it stuck on the same screen once again. I have tried accessing the recovery menu, but it won't appear.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

:Mine does this sometimes. i tried to recovery mode-nothing worked. tried firmware-nothing. so i deleted everything on my ZEN Mozaic and unplugged and waited for it to load up and then i plugged it on the USB and aded my music and took it off and it worked. but i hate to do this everytime.

They fixed a bug that could have prevented the proper playback with some files. No more video types are supported by this firmware.
This firmware also once again enhanced the X-Fi Crystalizer feature (although it is not stated in the official description by Creative). It unfolds its full potential now IMO. The Creative Zen X-Fi has perfect sound quality.
@ Creative staff: Why is there no possibility to move a single track up/down in my playback list?
Even the old "Jukebox Zen Xtra" had this important feature.
Also why is the Zen X-Fi missing the ability to record from radio? The predecessor - the Zen - can do it (and the devices have many technical specifactions in common).
Also, I hope we'll get a T9 support for the nine buttons in the near future because the input method Creative technicians suggested is very uncomfortable.

Creative Zen Micro Case/ Accessor

I recently purchased the Creative Zen Micro Case. I've had a purple ZM since they came on the market and really haven't had any problems other than one crash where I lost everything. That was annoying but it did force me to put new stuff on which I don't do on a regular basis.
I have the white Capdase case but was looking for something with a belt clip. The quality of some of the cases with clips isn't that fantastic and not terribly stylish. I decided to go with the Creative case because it was finally available, looked nice and the website claimed it had a clip. They say "clip it to your belt or waistband, or wear it around your neck". The website doesn't have any really good pics of the back of the case though.
The case arri'ved this week. This case does not have a clip. It has a leather loop on the back, attached at one end with a snap. So I could snap it around a belt loop on pants, belt (if I wore one), perhaps snap it around my wrist, around a bag or through my clothes (although that doesn't work and I don't want holes in my clothes). I was very disappointed. I called Creative and complained about the difference between clip and snap. They easily gave me a return authorization number and I shipped it back yesterday.
Just thought anyone looking for a case and considering the Creative one should know so they may avoid disappointment.
Anyway, I purchased a custom Vaja (vajacustom.com) case yesterday. I should have it in a month. The company is in Miami but everything is made in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Yes, this is the same company as Vajacases.com but now you can customize your case and make it any color you want for the same price. Mine will have a lavendar front and violet back... and yes it will have a belt clip. I seriously researched the clip it came with to avoid that mistake again.
Other Accessories:
I have the Vivid 60 speakers in purple and they are fantastic. Great for the office or any place where its important to hear what's going on around you (i.e., can't wear ear buds).
But I wish there was a docking station in production. Does anyone know if that guy who did zenmicrodock.com is actually going to produce them?

Oh man, I got that case and I hate it. When my Micro is in it, the case doesn't firmly close, and I'm afraid that it will pop open and my Micro will get scratched worse than just being carried around in my pocket.

Creative zen mozaic 4GB, problems with albums

I have just bought my mozaic, the problem is I put my music in albums, but they are not visible, I can listen to them only as separate songs which is not comfortable as it is more than 700 songs. How to make the albums visible? I would be grateful for any advice. I tried to put them via the programme included and drag and drop but it doesn't work

Creative Zen Mozaic: Conenctivity problems

Good day, I'm using both Vista Home Premium and XP (with SP 3 and WMP installed). While My Zen Mozaic (8gb) works fine on Vista, it can't be connected to XP. The player itself is recognized in Device manager though it is listed under Other Devices. Windows can't find any drivers for it (I've tried reinstalling device, no use). Any help is highly appreciated.

(i dont think it was from my music. i came home from a friends house charged it on my wall charger, took a little nap woke up unpluged it and it would play a song for about 5s then shut-off. and now when i turn it on it does Creative - ZEN and after that it will turn dark blue and i have to reset it again. I think i want to stop using Creative Labs, cause this is my 4th ZEN and i have3 with errors and they wont do the upgrade.

Creative ZEN Mozaic EZ 300 wont play

It was working 2 on sunday morning then i went home and charged it for a while then used it on monday morning and worked fine then after awhile it would only play about 5s of a song and shut off. and when i reset it it does Creative - then ZEN and it wont go past the ZEN part on the screen. tried to hold back button but nothing. and when i plug it in the computer it will work but only for a while.
how can i fix this?
