Creator Name row,it is emplty

hello:
     I have a qustion about livelink for sap solution.
     After I choose creat a <u>store business document </u> in the services for object, I view the attachment list.But in it there are many documents just I stored,in the Creator Name row,it is<u> empty</u>.
    when a user want to find document that he stored,it is very difficult.
   Anyone can help

ARCHIV_CREATE_FILE - creator name not filled

Hi,
I'm using FM ARCHIV_CREATE_FILE to upload a file in the generic object services (GOS). Works fine, except the creator name field is not filled when displaying the attachment list from GOS.
Has anyone encountered this problem? Is there a better FM or method to use?

GOS - Store business document - creator name

Hi All,
I am attaching archive documents to BUS2081 - Invoice.
I am doing it thru FBD3 transaction.
I am using Generic Object services toolbar to attch the document.
When I attach thru Attachment button and display by clicking on the attachments list, it is showing Creator name as my ID.
But If I attach thru Store Business document and display it thru attachment list, Creator name is blank. But client want to see the creator name also in the display.
Any one has idea about this? I am not able to understand whether it is capturing my ID or not when I attach thru Store business document.

I had a look at this weblog. This is if I have to implement the functionality from Background.
But I am attaching a document by using Storebusiness document link in the GOS toobar via frontend.
This is late archiving.
At this point of time if I display the attachments, it is not showing the creator name for the documents attached via the link "Store Business document" . But if I attach through "create attachment" it is displaying the creator name.
I am wondering why it is not taking creator name, did I miss any configuration part?

I am fetchching the PO creator name in EKKO table .Now my question is if the PO is created by automatic creation from PR settings(PR subject to release procedure), then will the creator name field in EKKO table have any values?

Creator Name Missing

Dear Friends
I attach document to a Purchase requisition by Assign and store method in SAP Archive link.
The document is linked to PR properly through GOS>Attachment List.
But I am not able to see the creators name in hit list when I see list of document linked through services for object.
Can you please guide me if I have missed any configuration.

a) You can use the Function module - FM "BBP_PDH_WFL_OBJECT_VIEW_GET" to get the reqd details.You can pass the Workitem ID and get the SC details.

b) Also, You can call the function Module BBP_PDH_WFL_APPROVAL_SIMULATE . Fill IV_OBJECT_TYPE with 'BUS2121', IV_OBJECT_ID with SC number, keep IV_OBJ_CHANGED empty.

c) For getting the approval date,you will have to use the FM "BBP_PDH_WFL_PARAM_APPLET_FILL2".There you get all the witem details.

a) Using the table CRMD_ORDERADM_H, give the shopping cart number there for object type - BUS2121, and get the shopping cart creator name.
b) using transaction - BBP_PD, give the shopping cart number for object type - BUS2121, and get the shopping cart created by person name from there.
c) Also, you can use the SRM Function module - BBP_PD_SC_GETDETAIL --> give shopping cart number as input ---> in the output result --> go throough header table for shopping cart creator name

PO creator name display in SAP

Hi Experts,
We are using SRM 4.0 classic scenario which is connected to SAP R/3 version 4.7C. Whenever we create PO's from SRM, the me23n display of the PO shows the PO name created by USERID of the user instead of the full name of the user.
Where does the details in the ME23N for the PO display come from? Is it from the EKPO table ( creator ID ) ?
I would like to see the requestor full name instead of the user id.
Please let me know the various possibilities of achieving the result.

Support Messages' Creator Name Which Comes From Satallite

The problem is, the system does not copy the user name who reports a Support Desk message (Notification creator) into the Support Desk message creator tables or change log information tables.. The problem is exactly about OSS note 805517, but it is just mentioned about BP. Although BP is ok, when user create support message, the system writes RFC user for message creater. Any idea?

Hi,
It is becos of the login details you have provided while creating your RFC connection. You have provided the standard RFC user logon credentials to be used.
Change that to "Current User". In this way, the creator will be the user who is actually raising the issue.
But pls make sure that you have same userid in both SolMan and satellite systems and also you have appropriate BPs created in the SolMan system.

Missing "creator name" and "created time" on attachment list in ordrer

When printing an order (in VA01, 02, 03) with storage mode: archive only, and then display the document in "Displ.Originals", the creator and creation time are blank (in Attachment list pop-up).
How to complete these fields?

Here is a step-by-step of what I did (using Adobe Acrobat 9.5.1):
Open PDF document in Acrobat
Select Forms -> Add or Edit Fields
Add two text fields: one called "Today" for the date and one called "Printer" for the printer name
Close the form editing
Select Advanced -> Document Processing -> Set Document Actions...
Then select Document Will Print and Edit
Paste the following code:

this.getField("Printer").value = pp.printerName;
Save your PDF
Enjoy!
The date and printer name field will be automatically updated when you print the document!

Property Name : Row's height Excel

Hello Every body,
I'm using OLE objects to get data from SAP to an Excel file. I have a question concerning the height of the row.
The diplayed celle should be like :
               Line1
               Line2
               Line3
               Line4
But when I display the cell only the first sentence is displayed and the other sentences are invisible. I should change the row's height manually to display the whole text.
Can you please provide to me the property name that will help me to change the row's height?

Don't use an editor is the only real answer.
Use a regular renderer with states, it's the only way I've found to get some good control over what's going on while "editing".
Be warned it's not nearly as quick as using regular editors.

Creator Name Purchase Requisition

one i've created a ShC the Purchase Requisition was born on Back-End system.
Into PR's item detail, in the folder Contact Person there is the field "Created by". I'd like to how if there is a way to change the system user "SRMREMOTE" with the name of real Shopping Cart creator.

For example, if i wish to take out the list of all the POs in a company code with the PO creator's name, but I don't know the names beforehand.

Allow edit only user's rows, not someone else's

Hello
as you know the option make Form and Report brings a report editable. Is there any way using that option to modify the report to make it non editable?
OR
more interesting, that only the user can edit his own row, not the rows of others. That is, there will be different users logging in separately and each willl be adding a row. is there a way one can edit only his row while he has no access to someone elses ?

maybe there is smarter way to make it, but I used to do it using CASE statement and javascript. I don't have working code, but that's the idea:
1. In your report you have column with creator name - you use it in your SQL CASE statement like:
SELECT some_columns, CASE created_by
WHEN :APP_USER THEN '<a href="#" onclick="goToEditMode('||report_id||')">EDIT</a>'
ELSE '-'
END
"EDIT" FROM your_tableNow if current user has created specified record, edit link appears in EDIT column.
2. You must add hidden field (P_HIDDEN) to know which row has been selected to edit and javascript function that submits the page:

</script>3. Last thing is to create branch that takes you to EDIT page when 'EDIT' request is sent by javascript function. Don't forget to set P_HIDDEN value to edit page in order to know which record is edited.

You were right.....
using:
SQL> EXEC DBMS_STATS.gather_schema_stats(ownname => 'SCOTT');
the optimizer does follow the 'waited' access path....for the 'PUBLIC' records.....
It seems that using the analyze table statement does not permit to gather all the necessary statistics.....(that's why it is depreciated)...!!!!
