Credit available but apps debited from my bank account

I have a balance on my account in the application store. If I buy from I tunes it takes it off the credit balance, but when I buy from the app store it goes off my bank account even though there are funds available?  How can I stop this?

Have you changed countries somewhere in this process?  That would explain it if you did.
If not, are you buying apps using some non-standard practice (for example, are you "gifting" the apps to someone else)?
If you just buy the apps for yourself, and have not changed countries of iTunes or App Stores, and are signed in correctly at Settings > iTunes & App Stores, it should work fine.

    Purchased 2 years of service last year (desktop, not just for the iOS). Shortly after signing up and paying, my account was terminated stating there was no paymen. I was treated like a criminal, required to jump through a million hoops - then service as turned back on.
    Few months later - service was terminated again, sighting I was spamming on the account. Nope, never spammed...and no bots or viruses spamming. Few days later they turned on the account.
    Two week ago I contact support via chat. Representative was the most rude I've ever encountered, with insults to allogations. He terminated my account, stating 'there was a mistake' and I my account should not have been active. Now I'm being treated like a criminal and 2 weeks and nothing has been resolved. They appear to be unable to access the payment details to do the research.
    For anyone considreing using Astrill services please keep the following in mind:
    Service will be slow. You will find yourself having to constantly change servers.
    Many websites (IE CraigsList) ban the Astrill IPs.
    Many website force you through hoops... so extra captchas for instance for Google to search.
    Support beyond the 'download latest version' and 'clear cache' is hard to get.
    Expect the familiar off-shore support models we have grown to love and cherish over the years.
    Keep your payment record at your fingertips because you never know when you'll be called upon to prove yourself over and over.
    Though the VPN service is slow and clunky, it is the business practices and customer treatment that has me here writing to warn all of you to know what to expect before providing payment. I was 'ok' w/the service, it worked... but havea real problem w/how they treat everyone.

    I'm not sure that I fully understand you.
    1. ?? Do you mean that you attempted to add a second Subscription? There is no record of that in your account.
    2. Your account shows that you have only one Subscription - a monthly India 800 minutes recurring which started on 08/15/2014. These renew automatically. Did you attempt to  override the automatic process manually? If you didn't and if you have canceled the Subscription you won't be charged with any further recurring payments. Cancellation will take effect on 09/15/2014 and you can usa it until then.

    It's listed in the store as 170. What shows on your email receipt and/or on your purchase history : if you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it, if you click on that link your purchases should be listed with the most recent above the list.
    And did you add or change the credit card details on your iTunes account when making the purchase ? If you have then each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.

  • I purchased for my pc the monthly download for CC and Lightroom.The fee has been deducted from my bank account.  CC downloaded (but only as a 30 day trial), but Lightroom didn't.

    I purchased the monthly download offer for Photoshop and Lightroom  The first installment has been taken from my bank account, but no Lightroom has been downloaded.  I managed to get a 'free 30 day trial' for the photoshop!.  How do I contact Adobe about this.  Any help

    To your question, yes I did follow the process listed in Install and Update apps.  I have a Creative Cloud ID. 
    I had previously trialled the Lightroom and thought that this was preventing Lightroom from downloading, so I uninstalled it, then tried again to download it.  I thought this was working, but at the end of the download, the message said that the trial had expired and I needed to buy.
    I also cannot understand why the CC has downloaded as a free 30 day trial instead of the year I signed up for..Hoping you can help.  Cheers

    You can't log into any site and see your account's balance. You can log into your account on your iPad via Settings > iTunes & App Store - on my iOS devices my balance shows at the bottom of, for example, the Featured tab in the App Store app under my account id (or you can view your account via Settings > iTunes & App Stores and it should show on the screen that you are taken to). You may not see anything if your account's balance is zero.
    Not sure what you mean by relationship iTunes has to products. You can buy music, films, TV shows, audiobooks via the iTunes app on your iPad, and apps via the App Store app - what you buy will be tied to your iTunes account.

    It sounds like you have a couple of purchases that you didnt make. I would check in your purchased history to verify these were purchased with your Apple ID with the following article:
