Credit block following availabilty check for released order

Inisights are appreciated.
We create a sales order for 100 items. We only have 50 in stock. The order gets blocked by credit since the customer is over limit. The order is released.
Stock is increased to cover the order. An availability check is executed in the order to confirm the items. No other changes are made to the order. The credit value of the order is unchanged. However the order is blocked again in credit.
This is a problem for us. Any suggestions on how to rectify this scenario are appreciated.

Hello,
As you said the customer is over limit, after you release the order and do avialability check again, the order will again get blocked because of credit check. The system is behaving correctly as per standard SAP.
Check the credit limit of the customer and the credit availed in FD32. If you want to deliver the order, you will need to release the credit block again.

  • MM:Release Strategy for Release Order again Approved Contract

    Hi,
Release strategy for Release Order is required or not against approved contrat??
As fas as I know once the contract is approved, release order is not required to approve again.
This is the standard setting from SAP or We need to do some setting for this??
In my support project I have studied the release procedure and found that, same release strategy and release Group has been used for Purchase Order and Contract.
Please let me know if anyone have faced this rquirement  or I have to go for Z development for this requirement.
    Thanks you.

    Hi Lalita,
Thank you for your quick suggestion.
yes definitely the release stratergy and release group should be set up separately but here both are same
that is the reason this is  picking of the same release procedure again evenif the contract is approved.
we have following release characterstic for the release procedure.
    1) Purchasing Group
    2)Total Net Order Value
    3)Order Type
    4)Purchase Organisation
    5)Material Group.
I think for the above characterstic we must a separater value for PO and Contract but Currently all are merge
    in this only
But Can you tell me "Release Order should be subjected to release procedure" this is correct or not .
If yes then what is the base for this, I mean is it working on the concept that " If do relevent
release characterstic value is found then no release procedure and this is treated as autorelease in sap"
    Thanks you.

    Hi Arunachalam,
You can configure WM staging settings in Production Scheduling Profile (OPKP)
You need to update WM Request field and the available options are:
No creation of transfer requirements on order release
X   Only creation of transfer requirements on release
1   Transfer requirement and transfer order on release
Hope this will solve your problem.
    Please check and Revert.

  • How to intercept the Adobe Flash plugin block by firefox checking for vulnerabilities?

The trouble is the grey block, that asking to update Adobe Flash because the version is vulnerability. If the block of Flash object is smaller, then 100px height - there is an empty space, but not gray block with talking about version. I need to intercept the moment using JavaScript, when Firefox checking the version of plugin to make changes in my HTML code to make a GIF, but not flash.
How to intercept the Adobe Flash plugin block by Firefox checking for vulnerabilities from JavaScript code?

hello, i don't think that this would be possible (but i'm not sure). what you could do is try to sniff the version of flash that is installed & the firefox useragent and just assume that old versions of the plugin will be blocked in this combination.
if you need more help about that, i'd recommend posting in a forum that is more specialized & knowledgeable in web development like http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=25, since we here on the firefox support forums are primarily focused on support for end-users...

    Hi,
User Exits For Availability Check are given below:-
The user exits named here are planned for projects that are to be carried out in agreement with SAP development as they may only be used in consultation with SAP.
USEREXIT_PLANT_SELECTION in program RV03VFZZ is an exception to this rule (see below).
    User exits in program FV45VFZZ
    USEREXIT_ADD_FIELD_TO_HEADER
    USEREXIT_ADD_FIELD_TO_LINE
    User exits in program FV45VFZY
    USEREXIT_DELIVERY_GROUPS
    USEREXIT_MVERF_INIT
    USEREXIT_QUOTA_KEY_VALUE
    User exits in program RV03VFZZ
    USEREXIT_AVAILABILITY_IN
    USEREXIT_AVAILABILITY_OUT
    USEREXIT_DARA_REFRESH
    USEREXIT_PLANT_SELECTION
This user exit is used to adjust the flow during plant transfer. A list of permitted plants, where this material is created, is determined and checked in the standard R/3 delivery. A dialog box appears where you can select the plants. The user exits allow you to modify the plant table so that plant selection takes place in advance for every flagged selection and a dialog box becomes unnecessary.

  • Repeat credit checking for released sales orders

    Hi,
We are implementing FSCM Credit management in our project. In our system, when the sales order is created, the credit check will happen and the failed orders will go to VKM1. Till the order is released, any change to that order will trigger the credit checking process.
But once the credit block is released in VKM1, Credit checking is triggering only for
    Quantity change
    Adding new line items
Credit checking is not triggering for any other changes to the SO like deleting the line item changing the payment terms etc..
I would like to know if there is any control in FSCM Credit management to repeat the credit checking process for the released sales orders.
Appreciate any help in this regard.
    Thanks
    Prabhakar

    Hi Prabhakar,
Navigate to Financial Supply Chain Management--> Credit Management--> Integration with sales and distribution-->define automatic credit control.
Over there you need to check critical fields check box for this to happen. Hope this helps

  • Does Simple Credit Limit Check Include Checking for Open Orders

    Hi all,
I have this issue here where I have configured the system to use simple credit limit check with error message. I did not use the standard/common automatic credit limit check since user insist on a pop-up warning and that the order could not be saved. But, I realized that it does not take open orders into account too although I have set the risk categories. Is it true and what solution is there for this issue then.
Thank you for all your help in inputs.
    Regards,
    Yvonne

    Hi,
Please follow the below configuration settings for Simple credit check process.
Simple credit check: In simple credit check the system compares the credit exposure with payers credit limit. The
credit exposure results from the total of the net document value and the value of the open items.
We can set the following system responses at when the credit limit has been reached.
    A u2013Warning message
    B u2013 Error message
    C u2013 Delivery block
    Specify in VOV8  Credit limit [C]

  • Static Credit Limit Check for Sales Orders - Net Value vs Credit Value

We are testing order credit check and we have run into a problem with the Static Credit Limit Check.  The Static Credit Limit Check is set to use both Order and Delivery Values.  SAP uses the values in S066 and S067 to determine what values it uses to check against the credit limit.  Standard SAP uses the confirmed quantity times the credit price to get the order values - this is the credit value.
So the problem is, once an order is released it is set up so it does not go back on credit hold, so anything which is not confirmed (but could be) it a potential credit value which is unaccounted for in the credit exposure and the customer can go over the credit limit.
Additionally, we run AFS and have items which are rejected with a J0 rejection code (unconfirmed) which have the potential of being confirmed and shipped and we want to include these items in the value of the order which is being checked against the credit limit (along with the deliveries, invoices and receivables).
    Here is a quick example.
Customer has a credit limit of $100 (no deliveries, invoices or receivables - to keep it simple)
Order 1 is placed with a credit value of $50.00 but a potential value of $100 (the other half is J0) - this passes the credit check since $50.00 is less than the limit.
Order 2 is placed for $50.00 and has a credit value of $50.  This also gets approved.
At this point, the credit limit used is 100% (based on standard SAP)
Then Order1 backorder is confirmed and the new credit value is now $100.  This order now puts the customer over their limit and if the order had been released would not go back on credit hold and therefore the customer is not over their credit limit by 50%.
What I want is for Order1 to be credit checked for the $100 not the $50 so the exposure is correct.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how we could use the Net Value of the order to perform the static credit check?  And any thoughts on how to determine the correct credit exposure (open order value plus items which are J0, plus deliveries, plus invoices, plus receivables)?
I am thinking about a Z table to track the adjusted values on the orders and then use one of the customer checks to do a static credit check with the adjusted value.  And for the exposure, use the adjusted value to recalculate the values in F.35 to show a more accurate view of the credit exposure.
Does anyone have an easier way to do this?  Any advice is appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Suzanne

    Hi Suzzane,
In the scenario that you have provided, in the first order items worth 50$ are rejected. Hence standard SAP will not take this into account as this item is rejected. Two solutions can be provided here:
    1) The line item can have a delivery block instead of  a reason for rejection. This way the 50$ will get accounted. However, if this is against customer norms as this will appear in the order acknowledgment, this cannot be used.
    2) User exit can be used where a credit check can be triggered once the document value changes, even though the document has a released status.
    Hope this helps.
    Thanks,
    Vinu
