Credit Card billed and charged twice for a Single ...
Dear All,
I bought skype credit (Calling India 120min/month, 3 months subscrption) over the internet on my credit card and have been charged twice but only recieved a single credit to my account.
This happened first in Mar'14, and i just ignored.
When this happed again in Jun'14, I contacted my Bank and they said to contact skype but as there is not a phone number I am here. I use Skype to keep in touch with family overseas and to not have credit is tough. Now this Sep'14 again i have been charged twice for the same subscription.
I want all these amounts to be refunded, immediately.
I have tried everything possible except to email Bill Gates.
Now this community is the only resort please Help...

<Personal Information Edited by Host>It is possible that you accidentally double clicked the order in some way, some how processing it twice. Clearly you don't need two copies of the same magazine and it is unlikely Apple will not refund you.
On the receipt there should be a section asking you to report a problem. I suggest you do just that and the matter will be resolved.

Charged twice for Slider Lock to be upgraded to paid version but application not downloaded
I was on BB Applications and decided to buy the paid version of the slider lock, I used my credit card to buy this application, now my credit card has been charged twice for this application and all I have got is an error message stating that there was an internal error and so I should try again later, I have already tried twice, each time you try, your credit card gets charged and you get the error message.The support website for slider lock is : www.getempower.com and it is a product by Ajani Infotech Private Ltd , and so i tried contacting them and sent them e-mails but all in vain it seems as I did not get any response from anywhere and also even after being charged twice for the same application, did not get anything from the company. Can someone please forward this matter to the concerned authorities and can i get the paid version and also refund for the money charged in access?

From paid to free because of the credit card billing problem?

It told me that my Creative Cloud membership has been transitioned from paid to free because of the credit card billing problem.
However, I have checked my credit card bill and found that already charged me for the Photography Program.

Why am i being charged twice for 11.04 and 11.46 when I did not purchase those songs, I used an itunes card 25$ and I still have 0.04 cents left?

My credit card has been charged for book, however my purchase history shows no record of the transaction and I have not received the book. The online problem reporting system does not have options to report this incident. Who can I call?
Would be problems with purchases, billing, and redemption option. It's not 100% exact to your issue, but it will get you to the right department.

HT4009 Candy Crush "Lives" for 0.99 and my credit card bill says $6.93.

If you are in the US then you would also need to add on your state's sales tax, so the actul charge might be a little bit over $0.99. can anyone please tell me how the **** am I suppose to take care an issue on line or my cell phone if no one at the apple store or what ever if all u do is keep getting a machine, my issue is that i bought $50.00 dollar itunes card and then i went to the apple store to redeem my card at witch time i had $50.00 on my account. so i go to itunes to download some music on itunes so i buy the album Blackstreet/ another level For $ 8.65 and was asked for my credit card infor and was charged the same amount of $ 8.65 toi my card.how can I go about getting that money back on my card?

BUT, when I check my credit card bill, I found that there two consumer records:

So what was the second $100 paid for?did you receive a gift card for $100.?
if so the way they charge it is to give a credit for the gift card price (-$100) and then bill you separate for the gift card, if you do the numbers you will see it totals the correct amount for educational pricing.

-100 for the gift card
total $999. Plus tax
you bill will show the amount for the computer minus the $100 = total $899. Plus tax
and
$100 for the gift card for an over all total of $999. Plus tax
of corse if you want the real total for your bill you will need to add in the mouse
