Credit Card Hold Even Though Transaction Could Not Be Completed

I just tried ordering one of the Lenovo Laptops (U530) through the online store, and when I checked out as a guest and tried paying I got an error message saying that the transaction cannot be processed.
However, on my credit card account the charge is showing up, and I have no order number or anything from Lenovo saying that the order was placed.
The card I was using was issued by a bank outside of the United States, but has a US billing and shipping address on file with the issuing bank.
Can anyone give me some advie to get this matter resolved?
Ideally I would like to get the laptop shipped to me, but if that is not possible I would settle for the hold on my card being removed and I will have to look elsewhere for a suitable laptop.

My suggestion is for you to contact Lenovo Customer Support to report the issue and inquire how to go about resolving it. Perhaps they have a way of tracking your possible order or confirming that it did not go through.
