Credit Card Hold Even Though Transaction Could Not Be Completed
I just tried ordering one of the Lenovo Laptops (U530) through the online store, and when I checked out as a guest and tried paying I got an error message saying that the transaction cannot be processed.
However, on my credit card account the charge is showing up, and I have no order number or anything from Lenovo saying that the order was placed.
The card I was using was issued by a bank outside of the United States, but has a US billing and shipping address on file with the issuing bank.
Can anyone give me some advie to get this matter resolved?
Ideally I would like to get the laptop shipped to me, but if that is not possible I would settle for the hold on my card being removed and I will have to look elsewhere for a suitable laptop.

My suggestion is for you to contact Lenovo Customer Support to report the issue and inquire how to go about resolving it. Perhaps they have a way of tracking your possible order or confirming that it did not go through. Sounds like you might have an Apple Store Gift Card instead of an iTunes Gift Card.
You can use your Apple Store Gift Card at the Apple Online Store or Apple Retail Store. iTunes Gift Card or iTunes gift certificates are for for purchases on the iTunes Store, iBooks, App Store, and Mac App Store.

Whenever I go to download an app from the apple site I am asked to verify my credit card details especially when the app is free.

ITunes has charged credit card £100 even though voucher used to pay - help!
I downloaded a load of albums from iTunes this morning and the cost was being deducted from a £100 voucher that was applied to my account as I downloaded. Halfway through though our computer crashed and when I logged back on it said that the £100 voucher was still there. I checked our bank account and it's charged the £100 to our bank account, pushing us over our overdraft.
I've emailed iTunes to try to get this sorted but it says that we'll have to wait 48 hours for a reply. Does anyone know if there's any way of getting this resolved sooner?Look, I understand I still need a card attached to the account. The problem is, it won't accept my card because I only have 87 cents in my bank account right now.
If I had known there would be so much trouble with the iTunes card, I would have just put the cash in my bank account in the morning instead of buying an iTunes card (I didn't expect the banks to be open on Thanksgiving of course).
Apple will only accept cards that have a balance. The balance is so small in my account that it won't accept it as a valid card.
I'm going to have to contact Apple anyway to reset the security questions. That's obvious. Your answers were not exactly helpful. You didn't tell me anything I don't already know, but thanks for trying to be helpful. -
When I go to purchase my song I don't get the option to use the balance that i have on itune card, it only gives me the option to use my credit card

Addionally you should get an information in the order (if you save the order) why the credit limit is not fullfilled.
