Credit card keeps getting charged!

I am sick of this too. 3 charges in the last few days. I have not used this account for 3 months and all of a sudden I am being charged.  No live chat...no way to contact them for refund.  This is not good and not professional. Very very unhappy.

Your account shows that you were charged $10 for an automatic top up of your Skpye Credit twice on 09/04/14 and once on 09/01/14. Your call pattern doesn't appear to justify these charges nor has the credit apparently been credited to your account.  We may have a bug. If any charges have been mistakenly debited to you by Skype you will be refunded. This has always been Skype policy. Make sure your automatic credit top up is turned off. I'll escalate this issue and advise. Thanks for raising it.

    Is this a debit card that you buy at the store in preset amounts such as $25 or $50? If so, the card will not work in the store. You have to buy one of the prepaid refillable debit cards such as Greendot or American Express Serve cards.     You can certainly turn off auto-renewal for your subscription, so that you're not automatically charged when you subscription expires.
    Log in to Adobe.com using your Adobe ID and password.
    Click Manage Account.
    Find your subscription under Plans & Products, and click Manage.
    Turn off Auto-Renewal.

    I had the same error when trying to update my apps on my ipod touch. I tried to input my security code numerous times to no avail. I also made sure my billing address was the same as what my bank had on file. To fix the issue I went into iTunes, logged onto the iTunes store, went to account settings and reviewed my recent purchases. Turned out that I had made a recent purchase and didn't have enough money left on my credit card to pay for it at the time. I paid off the credit card, and then input my security code once more and now it works fine. I've heard that some debit or pay as you go credit cards require a minimum balance, so make sure you have at least that amount in your account.

    If it's a credit card then is it registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ? If it is then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes support and see if they know why it's being declined : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management

    You've checked the purchase history on your account, as per the page that you posted from, does anything show ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.
    If nothing shows on your account, and you haven't got any auto-renewing subscriptions and you've only got the one account, then you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they know where the charges are coming from : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption. But if nothing shows on your account then you may also want to contact your card issuer.

    Would be problems with purchases, billing, and redemption option.  It's not 100% exact to your issue, but it will get you to the right department.
    Go here https://expresslane.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.do then select ITunes, then Store, then Purchases, Billing, and Redemption.  Then.. probably pick "My topic is not listed."
