Credit Card Miss charge - please remove !

I started an account at the end of november, and was charged my 99c per month, plus tax, and recieved a reciept.  Now, my credit card has been charged $16.94, but, i did not order anything, I did not recieve a reciept, and it is not logged in my forms central history account.  Hence, I think this may be a fraud.   Please Please Please have someone remove this charge or at the very least, tell me what it is, so I can determine if I even want the product.

The "99 cents" is only for one month as a way to test out the paid version of FormsCentral.  After the first month the rate is $14.99/mo plus taxes.  It sounds to me like the second month was billed and that is the charge that you see.  The "Trial" is now Free for one month instead of 99 cents but the wording is the same:
The FormsCentral free 30-Day trial gives you the option to try the Basic plan features without being charged for the first month. This offer is for North American customers only.  Simply add to cart and enter a credit card to set up your account. After you place your order you will have 30 days to use FormsCentral. At the end of the 30 day trial period your card will automatically be charged the standard subscription rate of $14.99/month USD, unless you cancel your subscription before the end of your trial period (subscriptions cancelled after standard billing has commenced may be eligible for a full or partial refund).  To change or cancel your subscriptions, sign in to your My Adobe account and  select the subscription you want to change or cancel. Under Subscription Info, turn the Auto-renewal setting to ‘Off’. You can continue to use the online service until the end  of the billing cycle.

    Adobe Reader is a FREE program, so you would not enter a credit card
    If you have a subscription to a PAID program, removing your credit card information would cause that program to stop working when you stop paying for your subscription

    Linda.. if you have not done so, contact your credit card company so they can monitor your account.

    I have tried to contact bellshare but still no answer.
    I have previously bought bebuzz 4 on mobihand and since i cannot pay an updrade I bought bebuzz 5 from app world.
    When i clicked purchase i got this error "There is a problem with your credit card authorization. Please try again or visit blackberry.com/appworld/support for more information. (Error ID: 10000)"
    But 2.99$ were charged on my credit card. My bank cannot cancel the order unless them a cancellation email was sent from the buyer.

    To create an Apple ID without a credit or debit card, there is a specific series of steps that have to be processed in order to allow the payment to be set as none on creation of the account.
    Creating an iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, and Mac App Store account without a credit card

    If the specific steps have not been processed, a credit or debit card will be required to complete the setup of the account.
    However, it can be removed and payment method changed to none as long as there is not an outstanding balance.  At this point an iTunes gift card can be used as form of payment.

    I just renewed my unlimited world subscription. But for some reason, Skype subscribed me twice, meaning my one account has two same subscriptions, and my credit card was charged twice.     It seems to take up to a couple of days for the upgrade to take hold, at least that's the experience of some users.  Give it 24 hours before contacting apple.

    And yet to download the app you clicked on a button that told you that the app would be 790 rupees for you.
    The iLife apps and the iWork apps are only free when you qualify to get them free. And when you get them free the buy button to download them says free. When the buy button has a price on it, that is how much you will pay for the app.

    What process did your daughter use, there is a specific format to redeem an iTunes gift card. The gift card must be redeemed using the Redeem link in the Quick Links on the right side of the iTunes Store in iTunes on a computer or the Redeem button at the bottom of both the iTunes and App Store apps in iOS. Redeeming the gift card then applies the value of the card as an available credit to the user's iTunes account. The credit is used first before any bank card also stored in the account. If the purchases use the entire credit and there is an additional balance due, it will be charged to any bank card stored in the account.

    My credit card is charged and itunes cards are drained without being used. Is there a way to view all purchases. I would like to compare this to my credit card charges. I don't think any of our Itunes cards paid for purchases any purchases. With this information I plan to file a complaint with the North Carolina Attorney General's office.     I don't think that debit cards are still accepted as a valid payment method - they are not listed on this page and there have been a number of posts recently about them being declined. You could try contacting iTunes support but I don't think that you will be able to use it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
    If you don't have a credit card then are iTunes gift cards available in your country ? They are not available in all countries and they are country-specific (they can only be used in their country of issue), so you won't be able to use those from another country.
