My credit card will be expired in July 2013 and I have a new card and it will be expired in July 2018. Do you needed update it?

    You have been provided credit for 15 days on March 3rd, 2014. I would request you to update the card deatils by then as the next billing date is Mar 18, 2014.

  • Renewing Credit Card for US number Subscription

    I have researched the Skype Community for answers to my issue and have not been able to resolve anything.  I have spent over 1 hour with a Skype consultant and the issue of renewing the details of my credit card remain unresolved.  I cannot add another credit card.  I DO NOT WANT TO BUY SKYPE CREDIT.  I thought when I purchased my Skype Premium subscription that I would not (or rarely) need credit - it would mostly be covered by my subscription.  I just want to renew my subscription for my Skype US number.  I have spent more than 6 hours in total trying to do this and I just go round in circles.  Can anyone help!

    How can i renew my iMatch subscription from one of the 3 $25 gift cards i recently redeemed into my iTunes account, rather than having a credit card on file?  That is how I originally paid for it, and since it just expired it is not letting me renew it.  Any help is appreciated..

    Why are SO many people asking this question, and no one is answering? Why does no one at Apple ever answer these "support" discussions? It's just millions of people upset for various reasons (such as broken off buttons on the iPhone 4S that my poor mother has experienced, among thousands and thousands of others with ZERO help from Apple). And the only people who do find help here, get it from others who find workarounds without Apple's help.
    I also have the same question as above, (and the thousands of others do as well - do a quick Google search or just look at all the similar posts to the right).  I've tried to call Apple, and I keep getting re-directed to their website. I search their website, and no answer is provided. PLEASE RESPOND Apple. Geez louise. For such a profitable company, they sure don't help their customers very well. I have so many Apple products, I can't even count.

    Ok.  The only other things that come to mind is to ensure that the name on the card matches what you entered in iTunes, and that your street address matches.  If it isn't those things, I got nothing.

    I'm part of the almost 3 million persons who had their credit card number gone in this hacking action of ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD.
    My bank called me to tell me that they will cancel my credit card and renew with 150 Euros of fees due to ADOBE lack of security !!
    I called adobe in order to have a discount on the price to cover my fees and I had a simple response "No, we will no do anything !".
    Imagine, your give your money to your bank. They are rubbered and they tell you "No, it's gone, it's not our fault, you will never see your money back !!".
