Credit Card Settlement - EPA-Files

Hi everyone,
as part of the settlement-process between the aquiring bank and our customer (= dealer) he needs to process EPA-files.
Does anyone of you know whether ByD is able to process EPA Fils? Is there a standard process to proceed this scenario?
If yes, what is the process and how must the system be configured?
If not, does anyone have experiences concerning this topic or can anyone even describe a work-around? (My idea is to import the content of the EPA-File as a bank statement. Could this be a useful idea?).

Jim,
The Settlement Batch number is maintained by SAP - you don't need to manually adjust the number. However, if you need to for some reason you can find it in table FEBKEY.
The field FEBKEY-KUKEY is the next batch number and the field FEBKEY-TNAME will be 'CCARD'. The batch number is determined during the settlement program run in FORM GET_BATCH_NO (program RFCCSSTT) when function module GET_SHORTKEY_FOR_FEBKO is called.

Interface for credit card settlement between Bank, Company n Employee

Hi Experts,
I am facing a situation, where in we need to develop a new interface for credit card settlement. The scenario is as follows. The company gives a corporate credit card to the employee who has gone on travel. The employee makes some official and a few personal expenses on that card. The bank processes the payments and sends the bill to the company for payment. The company pays the bill and then gets into recovery from the employee for the personla expenses that he has incurred.
Now we need to automate this with SAP travle management and would appreciate if you could help me out.
Do we have a standard interface for the same?

This is a common process in Travel mgmt.
1. The Bank provides the Card transaction file daily and it will be placed in the application server, from where the daily file interface pgm uploads the transations in employees buffer.
2. employee uses the buffer transactions while creating expense report and using itemize button he will mention the personal expenses made using company credit card
3. while posting, appropriate entries are made i.e, Expense accounts are credited, credit card clearing account is debited, and personal expenses as well are debited.
Please mention the card company and the file format in which they provide the file.if it is Amex format files or CCD format files, we can use the standard interfaces available, otherwise you need to go for new interface development

Credit Card settlement FCC1 fails, no records in table BSIS

Dear experts,
I'm implementing credit card integration with a new web shop, and got stuck with FI configuration, probably since I'm brand new to FI...
Okay, this is what happens... When I select payment by invoice, sales order gets created fine, and the invoice is created from the sales order instantaneously. Financial documents etc. all fine.
Now when I select payment by credit card, the sales order gets created fine as well, after the credit card has been authorized. The invoice however does not get created. Warning message: "The item is not relevant for billing".
Okay, this might or might not be the standard process. Either the invoice should be created instantly (in which case billing config is incorrect) or the invoice should be created after credit card settlement (in which case there's some other FI config not right).
So my first question I hope someone can answer me here: When is the billing supposed to happen? Before or after the settlement? If it's before settlement, why does it say then that the item is not relevant, whereas, if I pay by invoice, it is relevant?
For my second question, let's assume, invoicing is supposed to happen after settlement.
If I execute the settlement process in transaction FCC1, the message I get is: FY033 "No items to be settled found"
Digging some deeper, I found the cause for the message in table BSIS, where the items for settlement are supposed to be stored. However, they're plainly not in that table. So my second question I hope to get some insight for: How do I configure the flow so that after credit card authentication the items are ready for settlement?

Why do I need a credit card number on file to download free apps?

I've had this itunes account for several years. The last CC that I had on file for making purchases has been lost (and reported as such). So, obviously my payment information regarding that card is no longer valid and I can no longer make purchases. Understandable.
I am, however, still waiting for a new card to be sent to me before I can go in an update the information.
What is boggling me is that when I attempt to download updates or other free applications, itunes (on my phone) keeps asking me to sign in and provide payment information (which I do not have). It will not let me download any free apps or updates without it.
1. Why?
2. How do people who use gift cards or paypal use this function on their iphone/itouch? (or, really anyone who either doesn't have a CC or doesn't want to use it). There's GOT to be a way when I see other people walking around with their iphones/itouches dl'ing free apps just presumably without a linked credit card on their account. Right?
I know all I really need to do is wait for my card and update my info when it gets here, but there are some pretty important updates that I kind of need now.

You can create an App store account without a credit card, however that won't help you with updating your previous purchases. Apps are DRM protected, and tied to the account that was used to originally purchase them. There is no way to overcome this DRM protection or transfer them to another account(Itunes support can if you contact them). If you want to create an App store account without a credit card, follow the directions here, but bear in mind the DRM protection mentioned. If you use this account to download free apps, you will have to use this same account for all future updates:

On your iPad you can set Settings > General > Restrictions > Require Password to 'Immediately', and you can also turn-off in-app purchases via the Reestrictions screen.

I Want to change the credit card I have on file with my Apple ID , where do I go to change it? I have looked under settings and manage my Apple account.

On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link. On your iPhone tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account - that should also give you a payments link on your account's page.

HT1918 How do I delete credit card information on file? There is no "None" button on payment information page.

I'm trying to delete credit card information on the account and only have my son use itunes gift card, but I do not see a "None" button as payment options either on his phone or when I log onto account on the computer.

brand and file format for:
- USBank / Visa
- Barclays Bank / Visa
I see in the Paymetric Onboarding form the type USBC and VCF4, not sure if these are the correct ones we need to use and we are asking for your advise.

I have tried changing my address to be more specific, but nothing works. I know my credit card number is correct and that the security code is valid. I do not know how to resolve the situation. I am trying to set up a family sharing with a new iMac and other Mac pro computer and other apple products. When I click to manage account and the add a member, I am told to verify the user by entering the security code from the credit card. The card listed is an old one and has since been changed. I updated the info on my apple account, but it is not getting to the iCloud for the family sharing. The number shown is the old card. When I enter a code it says invalid. How long does it take for the info to udate to all systems?

Happy Holidays! The resource below explains how to edit the credit card information for the Apple ID account that you want to use for Family Sharing. Once you've made the changes, I would suggest you sign out of your iTunes Store on all of your devices, and then restart them. The changes should take place quickly. There is a link to the iTunes Store support below if you need more help.

Click to open your account in iTunes. (You might need to sign in with your Apple ID.)
Alternatively, you can:
Open iTunes.
Click iTunes Store.
Click Sign In and enter your Apple ID.
Click your Apple ID and select Account Info.
From the Account Information page, click Edit to the right of Payment Type.
You can see the payment methods that the iTunes Store accepts in the Payment Type section. If you want to remove the payment method, select None in the Payment Type section. See what to do if None isn't showing or you can't select it.

Family Sharing
