Credit Card update issues

For the last month, I have been uable to update my credit card info on-line. I keep getting a an error message that the service is not available at
this time. When I call phone support, they take my name and Adobe ID info, tell me to hold on, then transfer me back to the main menu once I tell them I have a billing issue. Please advise!

Ok, so this is my story.
Tried to use web site to update information for several weeks - didn't work WEB SITE BROKEN
My billing period was approaching so I called support - took over an hour but they sent me to billing and they said they corrected it
Checked 24 hours later and the account information displayed on their web site was old and incorrect
My billing date came and I got a notice from Adobe that they charged my card for my monthly billing - they billed the correct updated card!!!
Returned to the web site to view my account information and it is still incorrect - WEB SITE IS STILL BROKEN but my account has been correctly charged and I still have an account....
Adobe web sites should be a showcase for their products. If a web site is compromised and broken and Adobe can't seem to get it fixed it doesn't say very good things about their products and supporting infrastructure.

    I have been trying to update my credit card details via Adobe.com but to no avail. There is NO LINK......no edit details ...nothing!! I sign in using the correct info and navigate to my products and services > scroll to my subscriptions and the only clickable text is 'manage'. So I go ahead and click away and it takes me to Subscription details where it tells me my photoshop/ Illustrator subscription is processing and in red text tells me to go update my credit card details as my card is expired. I would if I could and have tried  for the past few days. There is no 'edit billing' link to click. I have been on the phone with customer service for the woman to tell me 'try again in a few days there is nothing I can do.' I have sat on the online customer service for what seems like forever for it to keep popping up and telling me I have one person ahead of me and it may take 2mins and 47 sec to get to a service person. Longest 2mins 47sec I have ever experienced.
    Adobe all I want to do is update my card details so I can pay you money to use your unreal software...it cant be that hard can it???
    Please tell how me I can do this before my products cease to work!

  • Credit Card Update - Payment Confirmation?

    Due to the breach in security at Adobe my bank canceled my credit card and issued a new one.  I was waiting for the new one, when my Cloud account came due yesterrday.  I entered the new credit card info into my profile today.  Can someone contact me to let me know my payment was accepted?

    Okay, so.....is there someone who can tell me how to find out if Adobe will make another attempt to obtain payment for my Cloud account?
    I have not received a confirmation in my email that my credit card info was updated.
    Anybody out there?????

    I do NOT like using my credit card if I don't have to, and I went out of my way to go buy an Apple gift card, which I successfully redeemed into my Apple account. However, when I use the Apple "Cards" app, it will not let me use anything other than my credit card. I tried purchasing a card, hopefulling it would come out of my Apple store balance, but no such luck -- it came out of my credit card.
    Apple is becoming more like Microsoft every day.

    I have been trying since yesterday morning to change my credit card billing information on the Adobe site, but keep getting an error message that says try again later. So I decided to call in today. I have been on the phone for 3+ hours with Adobe cust service, and nobody can help me get my credit card updated!! I need to change this information before the next billing cycle hits on Nov 1st.  Please help ASAP. My frustration is through the roof on this.

    hi i have been trying to sort this problem out for the last month. I have updated my billing information and seen that $1 has come out of my new credit card to verify the card. There is money on the card too. I still keep getting an error of the product expiring & this is stressing me out as I am in Australia and there is no way for me to contact adobe as it is in america. I sat online waiting for someone to help me via chat yesterday for 20 mins, finally got through and explained my situation and they said they will transfer me to another department via chat, and the other department never turned up. I am so frustrated, can you please help me?

    I don't know if this will help or not.  I've been having a similar problem for a while.  After multiple attempts to update information directly on the Adobe site, I finally got my  license to renew just now after signing out of the Creative Cloud client on my computer, then signing back in.  It's not the first time I've tried that, it's the first time it actually worked.

  • After credit card update my Photoshop subscription won't work

    I updated my credit card details after my card expired to reactivate my subscription to Photoshop CS6. This went through fine and I was given the message that my subscription had been reactivated. However when I try to launch Photoshop the Application Manager says I need to renew my subscription. When I go online to 'My Subscriptions' my Photoshop subscription is listed as being active.
    I have spoken to several online representatives on the chat after being passed about several times over the period of an hour. The last person I spoke to said I need to wait 5-6 hours for it to become active. I have now waited for 8.5 hours and am struggling with what to do next as I really need Photoshop to be back up and running so I can get on with my work.
    I did read something on another thread about having to wait 72 hours. I sincerly hope this is not the case.

    I have the exact same story from the expired credit card to being passed around online for 1.5h with the representatives to being told that I need to wait 24h! Can I ask - did you get your issue resolved and do you have any advice on how to activate the subsciption?

  • Credit Card Payment issue in Firefox

    Hi All,
    We have implemented, SAPu2019s Business package for ISA 5.0 SP14 connecting to ECC 6.0.
    And have implemented online payment options for various types of credit cards.
    The credit card data and validity gets validated via 3rd party system which authenticate the card details and the control comes back to ISA application, in this process if the card is not registered for secure code authentication then the card payments is successful, but if the card is registered for secure code (3D secure) then firefox is not able to redirect the page correctly and the screen becomes blank with no option to go forward or backward.
    When this credit card option is tried in Internet explorer, the payment is successfully for any type of card supported by our application. The screen correctly redirects to the security page and then to the 3rd party URL and at the end the control comes back to our application fine.
    We are using JSP page to perform this action. This form is hidden from the customer, the action for this form is specified as the u201Cthird party Urlu201D so that the contents of the form are posted to that URL.  The target is specifed as the name of the iFrame so that the authentication step is displayed within the iFrame.  The contents of the form are the AuthReq, a free-format merchant descriptor
    and the Term Url that the issuing bank should re-direct the customer to.  In this case the Term URL specified in another jsp valid.jsp page, which is a page that displays no content to the customer, and so displays in the iFrame as blank for a second, and then posts
    the AuthRes back to this page, when the actual index jsp then reloads and processes it.
    I would like to understand, whether there is different way to handle hidden form or ifrmaes for Internet explorer and firefox.

    Does anyone know why I'm constantly prompted to update my credit card info prior to almost every purchase on iTunes?  This is very frustrating and has led me to purchase my movies on Amazon and put off purchases of new apps.

    You do not have to remove anything in order to use your balance.
    It will use the balance first.

    HOW TO FIX "INVALID SECURITY CODE" PROBLEM:
    Since apple's "customer support" consists of a whole bunch of ******** derelicts who blame you or your credit card company for this message, I had to take it upon myself to figure out a way around the problem.  All you have to do is change your billing information in iTunes from your credit card to PayPal.
    I was getting this same ridiculous "invalid security code" message when I knew I had entered it correctly!
    It's funny, because PayPal recognized it as a valid account and security code, and now all my apps finally work again.
    Open iTunes
    Go to the Store
    On the right, click on "Account"
    Next to "Payment Type", click "Edit"
    Click the PayPal logo and either enter your existing PayPal account info or create a new one (as I did)
    I'm not a fan of PayPal, therefore I never had one.  I created one really quickly and even used the same account that mysteriously stopped working.  (AND WITH NO PROBLEMS... THANKS, APPLE)
    I really hope this helps anyone with this same problem as it is really frustrating when somebody **cough cough apple** tells you that you're doing something wrong when you know you're not, and takes no liability whatsoever when the error is on their behalf.

  • Credit card Payment issue - Customer was not charged

    This one is a strange one...Please help me
    Invoice # 15025278 was created yesterday for $96.39.  Amex cc info was on the order, so charge should have processed automatically.  As of yesterday, only $90.98 charged and cleared leaving a balance of $5.41 still open.  My understanding from when we asked why invoices get split into 2 or 3 charge transactions sometimes is that the pre-auth $ amount doesnu2019t match the invoice $ amount, so the system charges the original pre-auth $ amount and then has to get another pre-auth for the remaining balance before it gets charged separately.
    The problem here is that the system has not charged the balance.  In fact Iu2019ve never seen this before, but if you look up the invoice on VA03, it doesnu2019t say u201Cclearedu201D, it says u201Cpartly clearedu201D.  should I just charge the balance manually to clear?

    Procedure
    To divide the amount between different cards:
    1. Set this indicator.
    2. Choose Enter.
    3. Enter a maximum amount to be billed to the card.
    The system  will take this maximum amount into account when creating billing documents from the sales order.
