Credit card won't process with PO Box
I received an email sayinng my card details were not up to date. I went to my account management area - checked the card. The authorisation code was missing so I put that in however the system will not let me save it because it keeps flagging PO Box in the address. But that is the billing address! I had no problem with this billing address last month - I do not know what to do.

Your card was not "charged". Apple requested a charge hold approval. They must submit an actual charge to the holding bank/institution within a set period (usually 5 business days) and if they don't the hold will roll off. For free apps, they won't submit the actual charge, and the hold will roll off. This is why you see so many people complaiing about not being able to "purchase" free apps, because the hold approval for $1.00 is rejected by their credit card company, either due to expired card, incorrect CVV, or no available credit.

I have been using the same debit/credit card for my iTunes account since I opened it. It would not allow me to make purchases yesterday, saying that my card had been declined. Nothing is wrong with my card (I have used it at other places), and I have double and triple checked the information. Does anyone know if iTunes no longer allows the use of debit/credit cards to make purchases?
In reading a former reply the replier stated "Make sure you enter the code exactly as it is on your card". Meaning the 3 digit number on the back of your card not the pass code you enter into an ATM or when making a point of sale purchase in a store. The security code refers to the number on the back of your card not the pass code you use when making a purchase.
After making this change my account was set up with no problem. -

I am currently trying to upgrade my trial subscription to an educational subscription. I live and work in Indonesia (currently), but when I go to pay - the only options for the billing address are in this particular region of the world (Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia etc.).
I only have an Australian credit card with the billing address listed there. How do I pay using that particular card?

Unfortunately, this particular link is very US-centric, and doesn't really help someone in Indonesia. Is it really only possible for me to contact a 1-800 number in the states in order to get assistance on how to purchase a Creative Cloud Membership? Not blaming you, just wondering why there is not some email address that I can contact to get specific help? As I am still trying to purchase Creative Cloud - does Adobe really not want my business?

My credit card has been used with Skype but I have...
My credit card has been used for a Skype transaction that I have no knowledge of.
The credit card which has been used is in no way assocaited with this Skype account or any other and never has been.
For some strange reason, this seems to be the only way to report fraudulent activity from Skype, even though I am not a customer.
Is this board post the only way to contact Skype about this matter?Ethan83:

How To Do Configuration For Credit Management
Credit and risk management takes place in the credit control area. According to your corporate requirements, you can implement credit management that is centralized, decentralized, or somewhere in between.
An organizational unit that represents the area where customer credit is awarded and monitored. This organizational unit can either be a single or several company codes, if credit control is performed across several company codes. One credit control area contains credit control information for each customer.
For example, if your credit management is centralized, you can define one credit control area for all of your company codes.
If, on the other hand, your credit policy requires decentralized credit management, you can define credit control areas for each company code or each group of company codes.
Credit limits and credit exposure are managed at both credit control area and customer level. You set up credit control areas and other data related to credit management in Customizing for Financial Accounting. The implementation guide is under Enterprise Structure -> Definition or Assignment -> Financial Accounting and then Maintain credit control area. You assign customers to specific credit control areas and specify the appropriate credit limits in the customer master record.
Settings for determining the credit control area of a document. The settings of items 1 - 4 are taken into account according to their priority. The credit control area found is stored in field VBAK-KKBER.

You can find the used pricing procedure of the order under "Item -> Condition -> Analysis".

Thanks, HaileyProblem Resolved - it is a font issue. Apparently Acrobat can't handle particular fonts and it is best to stick with a very small slection of fonts - Arial, Helvetica, Times Roman.
I haven't test a lot of fonts. If I do, I'll post there results here.

why will my credit card not prosses with the security code I am entering? I have already called the card company.

If you are getting a message about the card's security code then is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorisations have the correct information on file.

When I updated to iso7 my credit card information for my iTunes account is no longer valid. Tried to update my credit card information and it will not allow my current and valid credit card to be used and will not accept any of my other valid credit cards to be used.

My credit card won't be accepted
Every time I try to register my credit card it keeps saying it can't be accepted. When I go to expresslane.apple.com I get no help what so ever.

Afterall, I am able to use my French credit card for any number of foreign merchants (wherever their websites
are 'geographically' based : all over Europe, the US and probably elsewhere as well).

Integrating Credit Card Payments using Paypal (with IPN)

Has any one managed to successfully integrate and use paypal payments into a live application express website??
I've managed to get paypal payments working and I can return back to my application specifying the return url. However, I would like it to be more secure by using Paypal's IPN. Has anyone implemented this in application express? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
If you have got a live application express website that accepts credit card payments, could you please let me know how you managed it?? It doesn't have to be via paypal.

Everytime I enter in my card informations it gives me an error
"your credit card information does not match your bank's records. Please enter a U.S. credit card and matching billing address."

I woke up this morning to find my account has been disabled! When the account was reset I found that there was a $20 iTunes gift card purchased using a credit card that I do not own and my zip code changed. Has anyone else had this issue/hack?
Do you ever click on links to redirect you to another page? Do you navigate via Pop up? Sometimes doing that redirects, or just installs software without your knowledeg or permission. Sometimes a site is spoofed and you aren't even where you wanted to be, and have no idea:
