I opened a new Skype account, with no MSN connection, and would like to have the 3.64 euro credit from previous account transferred into it. I did a Search am sure I am the only one on Skype with my name so there should be no problem identifying me - long story about previous Windows XP computer blowing motherboard and am now in process of setting up Windows 8.1 - during which I experienced so much frustration trying to get into my old Skype account I simply gave up on that... would also like to have my Contacts transferred if that is possible. Skype credit, subscriptions, and features cannot be transferred from one account to another, so I would recommend trying again to recover access to your first Skype account by contacting Skype Customer Service directly. The key, of course, is passing the account verification steps:

Either ask the iTunes Store staff to put the entire balance back onto the card, or your father to pay you an amount equal to the credit he won't need.

You can't. You cannot transfer credit from one account to another, or purchases from one account to another. Apple has made no provisions for this and does not permit it.

TAX SUMMARY REPORT: Credit from previous months

Dear experts, I have a problem in the Tax Summary Report. In this report there is a wrong value in the fiel "credit from previous months". The correct value is "0" but in the report I find another value.
I print the report of the previous months and there is the same problem (wrong value of credit from previous months)

You can't, an account's balance can't be transferred to another account, and it can't be used to gift content or an amount (gifting can only be done from a credit card).

Email Disappeared from Previous Account

I just upgraded from Snow Leopard to Mavericks on my MacBook Pro. Everything went fine except for some missing email in the Mail app. Email from my current provider is still present as are the "on my Mac" folders that I had created to save and organize emails. What is missing are in box and sent emails that were sent or received when I had a previous internet provider (Charter cable, I now have ATT Uverse). My Charter account has been deactivated so these in box messages no longer reside on a server that I have access to. So it seems that for some reason, the Mail app got rid of these old Charter emails during the upgrade from Snow Leopard to Mavericks. My ATT Uverse in box and sent emails are all still present.
Any thoughts on getting back the missing emails that were sent and received when I was using Charter?

I have changed things within the prefs, but never experienced mail being deleted. What exactly did you do? Under the mailbox pull down menu, there are commands, Delete and Rename, and it's quite obvious what they do, but I don't see anywhere within my mail account prefs to alter the account in a way that will delete all it's mail.
If you are not able to choose "import mailboxes", and then select those from within your Mail folder (which resides within your Users folder), then I'd have to say you'll need to retrieve those messages from an archive...if you have backed them up recently.
...last question; did you check the trash within the Mail app?

Your credit or debit card credentials must be associated with the same country where you reside.
"Although you can browse the iTunes Store in any country without being signed in, you can only purchase content from the iTunes Store for your own country. This is enforced via the billing address associated with your credit card or other payment method that you use with the iTunes Store, rather than your actual geographic location."

Billing policy is the same for both the iTunes and Mac App Stores.
Apps purchased from one country cannot be used in another.

You cannot currently gift Mac App Store apps. You can send someone who has an account in the same country's Mac App Store as you have an iTunes electronic gift certificate sufficient to the cover the cost of the app.
