Hi every one,
My client requirement is after creating the sale order delivery is blocked and we need to release the sale order through VKM3 it is standard process but my requirement
suppose Sale order Quantity is 100 PC and delivery is done 40 PC ( we release the sale order ) for the next time if i try to create a delivery for the same sale order system wont allow to create a delvery again system will ask to release the sale order how it shows for the firth time
please guide me how to solve the issue because i dont whether it is possible in standard SAP or not otherwise we need to use any userexits if yes guide me

Hi Anu,
As per my understanding, you want have credit evaluation done every time when when order is partially delivered.
If this is correct then you can have a value assigned for the field number of days in the released documents are still unchecked section of OVA8 screen. For example if credit is released for the order xxxx today and number of days field has 1 then if you try to deliver the order tomorrow,then system blocks the order for credit. Below is the SAP help of the field.
Credit check: Number of days without check
Specifies the number of days after which a changed document must be re-checked for credit.
Use
This function is used for checking documents that have already been released by a credit representative, but that have subsequently been changed. The system does NOT carry out another credit check if the following conditions are met:
The value of the changed order is not greater than the value already approved for credit (inclusive of the deviation factor), AND
The current date is not greater than the original release date plus the number of days specified here.

Have u posted the down payment through special G/L indicator only and what are the posting keys used.
Check the credit control area in the Down payment document .
The last option you can do below
Kindly cancel the down payamnet document and generate the fresh down payment request and check the same
Run the report RFDKLI20.
Once again check the below prerequisites for credit management to work in Sales and Distribution:
1.Assign credit control area to company code
2.Maintain the credit limit in FD32 with details of risk category and the credit limit value
3.Do the settings in OVA8 -automatic credit control area with combination of Credit control area/Risk category /credit group.
4.Assign the credit groups to the sales and delivery document types.
5.Maintain the Subtotal 'A' in the pricing procedure against which value the sytem should check the credit
6.Maintain the rel for credit in t code OBXr for down payment amount top be considered in Credit limit

How To Do Configuration For Credit Management
Credit and risk management takes place in the credit control area. According to your corporate requirements, you can implement credit management that is centralized, decentralized, or somewhere in between.
An organizational unit that represents the area where customer credit is awarded and monitored. This organizational unit can either be a single or several company codes, if credit control is performed across several company codes. One credit control area contains credit control information for each customer.
For example, if your credit management is centralized, you can define one credit control area for all of your company codes.
If, on the other hand, your credit policy requires decentralized credit management, you can define credit control areas for each company code or each group of company codes.
Credit limits and credit exposure are managed at both credit control area and customer level. You set up credit control areas and other data related to credit management in Customizing for Financial Accounting. The implementation guide is under Enterprise Structure -> Definition or Assignment -> Financial Accounting and then Maintain credit control area. You assign customers to specific credit control areas and specify the appropriate credit limits in the customer master record.
Settings for determining the credit control area of a document. The settings of items 1 - 4 are taken into account according to their priority. The credit control area found is stored in field VBAK-KKBER.

In the pricing procedure used for pricing, subtotal "A" must be entered in a line for
determining the credit value (mark the pricing procedure and doubleclick on "Control").
Usually, the net value plus taxes is used. This way the system is determined to use this
subtotal for credit pricing. The credit price is stored in field VBAP-CMPRE and used for
update and credit check.
You can find the used pricing procedure of the order under "Item -> Condition -> Analysis".

Update group is defined /assigned in Credit Control Area Defination (path:IMG>ENTERPRISE STRUCTURE>DEFINITION>FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING>DEFINE CREDIT CONTROL AREA).
Whatever is defined for this field here gets reflected in the OVA8 screen.
There are 3 types of update groups:
1) update 000012 - open order on time axis, delivery and billing doc value. It means during automatic credit check the system compares the customer's credit limit to the total of open orders as well as the deliveries and billing doc value
2. update 000015 - open deliveries and billing doc value. It means during automatic credit check the system compares the customer's credit limit to the total of open deliveries as well as the billing doc value
3. update 000018 - open delivery for sales orders, billing doc value.

Credit Management requirement for cash business
Hi Gurus,
Actually my client business is a cash business, there is no credit concept for the customers.
My requirement is when i create a sales order, system should check the credit balance of the customer(Business receives the payment through cheque and entry is made in f.28 transaction) and should compare with the current document value and if it exceeds, then system should through the error.
And if any open sale orders exists for this customer, system should even consider those values while credit check is happening.
And the exceptions for this requirement is
1.Credit check option should be there only for specific case of customers i,e based on account group of customers.
2.There are very few customers(around 5) where they give credit.
Pls guide me, early resposes woould be highly appreaciable.

you can consider using the payment guarantee scenario in credit management. the customer advance payment could be treated sort of as a financial document or payment card.
as for the selective application of credit controls based on customer group, i believe you do this be configuring risk categories and assigning them to the appropriate credit account master data.

Guys i have the b/m requirement w.r.t. credit management.
i am very confused on the same.
-.The credit period of 45 days from the date of placing the order(i.e sales order) will be admissible to the customers of the company.
-. Customer will be required to issue a post-dated cheque on the due date of payment for 95% value of the order.
& The order will be taken for production by the plant only after post dated cheque for 95% value of the order has been received by the branch and confirmed to Head Office.
-.The balance amount against the supplies received by the BP against the purchase order shall be payable after the receipt of the goods by him. This outstanding amount shall be a part of credit limit.
-.At no given time the total credit exposure (including the value of post dated cheque) against BP shall exceed 50% of the invoice value to him in preceding 90 days. In case the business partner has already utilized the credit limit agreed for him, the supplies will be made against cash payment only.
-.If any payment is received from BP in less than 45 days, he shall be entitled for credit note @ 1.5% per month.
CAN ANYBODY HELP ME TO MAP THE SCENARIO IN SAP ON THE SAME.

For credit period of 45 days. configure payment terms.
SAP does not have a solution for post dated cheques. However you can use F-49 - Noted Items for post dated cheques.At the end of due date, use F-28 - incoming payments.

In case of cash payment, you can use F-28 or F110, you have to use cash GL Account.

has an addon module for SAP like OptiSuite - Exports,imports,excise,forms etc , handlying Letter of credit seperately.

How can I include a Credit Mgmt Case Folder URL in a workflow notification?
I have a requirement to add a URL to a workflow notification, which is easy enough. The issue I am having is that I am not able to create a URL that successfully opens the Credit Management Case Folder that is specified in the worflow notification.
I am only able to get the URL to launch the following successfully: http://<ce:0000>/OA_HTML/RF.jsp?function_id=16351&resp_id=23916&resp_appl_id=222&security_group_id=0&lang_code=US

I created a woflow attribute of type URL.

I then added the following line to add the URL attribute to the HTML message body.

When using the link above I don't get any error message. However when I try to change the URL to a specific case folder URL (Note this URL should change depending on the Case Folder # provided in the notification message.):

The credit can be given division wise.But you have mentioned plant also.I am not able to understand your requirement correctly.If I have understood it correctly then the credit limit has to be given division wise only and it has no relation with plant, then it can be given in the following way.
a) Assuming that there are 3 divisions 10,20 and 30, define 3 credit control area 1000.2000 and 3000
b) In OVFL, make sure you assign the sales area of exclusive of division 10 to cr.control area 1000,sales area of exclusive of division 20 to cr.control area 2000 and sales area of exclusive of division 30 to cr.control area 3000 so that when you give the credit limit in FD32 for a credit control area it is for a particular division only.Thereby, you can restrict.

A query may have some limitations. Data inconsistency / transport issues and so on. Definitely as a workaround solution you could try to prepare a query. Take the ABAPper help.
As a long term solution, develop a new Z report. There could available standard reports, which can be copied and modified easily.

SD Credit Mgmt: RVKRED06 Function
Program RVKRED06 was executed in the background (Check blocked credit documents).
The Overall status of credit checks (VBUK-CMGST) was changed in a standard order from 'B' (Credit check was executed, document not OK) to 'A' (Credit check was executed, document OK). In the order display, Credit status is now u2018Approvedu2019 and Overall blkd status is now u2018Not blockedu2019. This looks like the orderu2019s credit check was released.
However, no entry for this order was created in table VEPVG (Delivery Due Index).
What is the actual function of RVKRED06?
A background job, SAPMV50S (delivery create program), was executed after this to create the delivery. Since no entry was created for the order in VEPVG, no delivery was created.
Transaction VKM3 (transaction to release credit check at the sales order level) was then used on a similar order where the Overall status of credit checks (VBUK-CMGST) is 'B'. This transaction changed the status to u2018Du2019 (Document released by credit representative) and an entry for the order was created in table VEPVG.
I researched on RVKRED06 to look for possible program error but did not find any.
I looked at the code for VKM3 (program RVKRED04) and it calls function module u2018SD_ORDER_CREDIT_RELEASEu2019 while RVKRED06 does not.
I also created a sales order which passed the credit checks to compare results. Order created has Overall status of credit checks (VBUK-CMGST) of u2018A' and an entry for the order was created in table VEPVG.
Thanks.In the process of checking documents blocked for credit reasons, it looks like it released the credit check of the order, that is, the Overall status of credit checks (VBUK-CMGST) was updated from 'B' to 'A'.
Is this part of the function of RVKRED06? If that is the case, then probably there is a program error because it does not create an entry for the order in table VEPVG? -

1) Update group 000012:
If we assign this update group for credit control area then the documents are updated like below:
a) Sales orders: it increases open order value from delivery relevant schedule lines.
b) Delivery document: it reduces open order values and increases open delivery value
c) Billing documents: it reduces open delivery value and increases open billing document value.
d) Financial accounting document: it reduces open billing document value and increases open items.
2) Update group 000015:
a) Delivery document: it increases open delivery value and in increases open billing document value.
b) Financial accounting document: it reduces open billing document value and increases open items.
3) Update group 000018:
a) Sales orders: it increases open delivery value
b) Billing document: it reduces open delivery value and increases open billing document value
c) Financial accounting document: reduces open billing document value and increases open items
If system unable to update the document with specified update group then it will go to next possible update group.
Ex: if we assign update group 000012, which is in delivery document reduces open order value and increases open delivery value. If in the sales order some items are not relevant for delivery then system automatically determines update group 000018

I want to perform credit check of customer at POS . Sales will happen at POS , and if the credit limit exceeds the Limit Assigned an error message to be shown.
I know how it can be done in normal Order to Cash process , but how do i assign it in POS level.
REgardsthe solution depends on your POS system landscape. is it SAP POS or 3rd party POS?
if it's 3rd party POS and,
if your POS is offline, then you must send the data related to credit limit to POS. if it's online, then you can check the credit limit by calling a BAPI from POS.
finally, it's necessary to have your POS vendor develop the popup message.
