Credit pending since December - how do I get this resolved??

On December 16, 2014 a billing error was found and in order to resolve it a customer service rep re-rated the data portion of my bill. Because the credit was over the rep's limit it had to be approved by a supervisor. That credit has been sitting in that supervisor's queue since December, and still hasn't been approved or appeared on my bill. And because I've paid the amount due, minus the pending credit these last three months (at the urging of customer service reps) I've incurred a late fee every month.
This is the second attempt to get help using this forum. I also called customer service on March 7 (my third call about this issue) and spent a half hour with a rep who **promised** she'd get a supervisor to call me back the same day. Guess what? Two and a half days later and no call or text from Verizon.
Whatever happened to First Call Resolution? Very dissapointed in VZW customer service. Isn't there ONE supervisor there willing to take the hit and issue this credit?

Well you can't fix it without entering a credit card now - or without creating a new Apple ID. If you did not want to use a credit card with your Apple ID, there is a very specific way that you have to create the account. If you don't or didn't follow those steps exactly, you have no choice now but to enter a credit card - or create a new Apple ID without the credit card.
If you create a new Apple ID, you will also need another email address since you have already associated your current email address to the ID that needs a credit card. You also have to sign out of your ID in Settings>iTunes and App Stores before you can create anothe Apple ID.

Run the cleaner, reinstall.
Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
And don't bother with running any updates unless you really need them or they fix a critical issue relevant to your workflow.

Verizon Customer Service? How can I get this resolved?

I sent this note this morning for help and posted on Facebook. I have tried customer service, any other way to get someone's attention to help me get this resolved.
I am hoping you could help me out. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 10 years and have not been late on my bill (it is set up as automatic deduct). I have my account set-up to receive text messages regarding my minutes usage to ensure I do not go over. For two months May-June, June-July) I did receive any text messages letting me know that I was over my minutes or that I was even at 50%, 75% or 100% usage. This was validated by customer service that I did not receive the messages. As result I was over my minutes which translated to a large bill (that I cannot afford to pay). If I would have known that I was over or getting close I would have increased my plan. Up to this point I NEVER had a problem with the text messaging so I didn't know that there was an issue. I have called customer service countless times to help me and they keep telling me that the text messaging service is a "courtsey" but when I looked online and "my" verizon NO WHERE does it say this. It states that this a way to manage your account. I have been told on three occasions that I will receive a call back from a supervisor and that did not occur. I was told a ticket would be open for IT to look into why I did not receive the messages, that never happened. I was also told this would be escalated to the disputes correspondence team but that never happened either. I deserve a full-credit of all the overage charges as if the service that I had set up worked these would not have occurred. I would take full accountability if this was my fault but it wasn't. Can you please help me by contacting me and crediting the full charges of the overage minutes. Thank you, Jill

Last itunes purchased had several tracts that were cut off before the end of the song. How do I get this resolved without repurchase?

The last time I purhased iTunes several tracts from several albums have songs that get cut off. I would like to get this fixed without having to rebuy. Has anyone experienced this & is there a fix for this?

You cannot merge apple id's. remember that before creating any new ones in the future.
You have two choices. Live with it, or repurchase the apps under the id you intend to keep using.

If you had your bank refuse the charge as fraudulent, the iTunes Store probably blocked your credit card as stolen. Go here:

Back in 02/2012 I was charged twice for "Kingdoms at War" , 200 Nobility points, A thinking Ape. I didn't order this. I have changed my password twice. I just updated my account info to use ITunes for downloading music and a charge for $39.98 was taken from my account for this again. In researching this, it appears that "Kingdoms at War" is a free app. . . so someone must have accessed my account to purchase gold. . . or ITunes erred. How do I get this resolved? I would like to use ITunes without being forced to pay this $39.98.
