Credit Purchase Payment Declined, Then Processed?

Hello,
A last week, i tried to purchase 5$ credit for my skype account but it constantly declined, and i gave up.
But day after that, i received email said that skype delivered 5$ credit to my account successfully. And i did not give it a much thought.
However, just now i tried to purchase app from an istore, they told there's a problem with my previous payment. So i checked my credit card balance, there was no amount of 5 $ deducted from my account however my skype credit balance gone up by 5 dollar.
Idon't understand it, and i contacted my bank and they said that 5$ transaction is declined several times, and never delivered.
It's just that Now i can't use my apple id, and i don't know if i can use my skype credit either.
If you tell me what to do i want to cancel this 5$ order!

How to process vendor credit card payment

I need so help understanding the proper way to process a credit card payment to a vendor. I know how to go into outgoing payments and enter the credit card in the payment means, but that does NOT create a payable invoice under my credit card vendor.
So for example I use my credit card to pay UPS in SAP. I then need to cut a check to pay my credit card vendor, but how does the invoice amount from UPS get transferred to my credit card vendor?

Seeking credit card payment processing advice

Hello!
My company has been doing ecommerce for years now using a
custom CF shopping cart to collect the customer’s data, then
we use CyberSource for the US and UK and a company called
Sogenactif (for France and a few others) to do the credit card
payment processing once the order has transferred to our internal
accounting system. We have subsidiary offices all over the world,
and supporting all of those currencies is quite a challenge. We
have sites in Euros, Swiss Franc, Swedish Krones, Nowegian Krones,
Yen, UK pounds, etc and setting up any more individual payment
processors is not only a pain but unscalable and downright unruly.
Does anyone know of a truly global payment processor? Does
anyone have any helpful advice?
Since we have a Merchant Account I’m not looking to use
a Third Party Processor like PayPal…

It's nothing personal against PayPal, I'm currently
investigating their PayFlow Gateway:

looks like a payment processor sans the customer interaction with
PayPal. Unfortunately I can't seem to find any specifications on
European currencies and communications with credit card banks.
Since we have a merchant account we only need a service to
authorize and bill users credit cards, no shopping basket, no
processing through the Service's own bank.
Has anybody used PayFlow gateway?

The biz process is:
The purchasing department users purchase goods/services using their corporate credit cards. They obtain a credit card voucher/receipt for the purchase made. The credit card co. turns in the credit card statements/files once in a month the Accounts Payable matches the receipts with the statements/files & makes the payments.

I assume that you are trying to use a debit card ? If it is then I don't think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method in all countries - from this page :
You may be able to use other payment types in your country, like debit and Maestro cards
which implies that they are not accepted in all countries, and there have been a number of posts about them being declined.
For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are. If it is then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes Support (these are user-to-user forums) and see if they know why it's being declined (but you might not be able to use a debit card) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management

Is the card registered to exactly the same name and address as you have on your iTunes account ? Asking for payment on App Store for free app then won't accept my card saying payment declined even tho there is money in my account and I have never had any problems in last with it

- Add a credit card or other payment method like redeeming an iTunes gift card.

It will be aconversation.
You will e-mail or express lane chat with them. They will answer you.
That is contact.
It sounds like you have not contacted them at all.

I have a doubt in generating Branch wise Trading account seperately for calculating Gross profit. Our client is using perpetual inventory method, but they required the trading account .
Under perpetual inventory method, how do we take the opening stock and closing stock value for a particular warehouse and how do we generate a report.
Is it possible to generate those kind of report in SAP B1 2007 B under perpetual inventory method.
