Credits missing! Balance shows $0

Hello,
I should have over $13 in canadian funds credit in my account....but it shows zero
I purchased the credit in early Feb 2012 but had to install the skype apllication on my new Windows 7 PC and now I have no credit showing up, please advise as what is going on?

From things you are saying, such as "shared folder" and having both machines on, it doesn't sound to me like you truly moved the whole iTunes collection.

do not confuse moving your whole folder and library with moving just media files as in

Quick answer if you let iTunes manage your music: Copy the entire iTunes folder (and in doing so all its subfolders and files) intact to the other drive. Start iTunes with the option key held down and guide it to the new location of the library.

Gl balance showing wrongly in Fs10n

Dear all,
We are using 6.0 version. I got one issue from my client in which one of GL balance open amount showing wrongly
The gl account open balance showing 8500/- but when we double click on that it showing 7200/-.we did not carry forword the balace to 2008.
I have carry forwarded the gl balance again to 2007.But its showing wrongly.can any one help me to solve this one

Hi,
You should c/f the balances to year 2008 (the current year being used) using FAGLGVTR - Balance Carryforward (New) . Unless you C/f balances the said problem will remain.This should solve your problem.

I had a three dollar balance on iTunes and added 25 dollars to the existing balance when I redeemed the 25 dollar card my balance showed a balance of 25 dollars what happened to the 3 dollars I had left before?

Generaly, if you have an iTunes card and a valid credit card, you have the option of charging your purchases to eiher one or the other? By default, it goes to your iTunes card, but you can override that.

Debtors Balance showing Negative instead of zeero

HI,
You can use report FPG2 to check what went wrong but I suggest you use this report post consulting SAP.
There could be different reasons e.g. wrong coding for Y program written for offline payment upload, Improper use of clarification G/L, Etc.
Depending on cases you might want to run FPT1 (consult SAP first) to see whether FIKEY are matches in totality with header to line items.

Some missing tv shows in the iCloud downloads

I purchased several episodes of TV shows in the last few years, but only some of them are coming up in my purchased itunes icloud list. I checked and itunes still sells these shows, so not sure, and I am almost positive I bought them under this apple ID, but not 100%

I am have the exact same issue. For example, in support of jmcilree's post above I am missing all of season 1 of Breaking Bad, all of season 2, 3. and 4 are fine. There are about 5 other shows randomly misisng a few episodes.
I contacted iTunes customer support 3 seperate times, explained in detail on 10 seperate emails with screen shots and order numbers. Each response was from a new customer support person with the exact same response: "We are going to reset the purchase for download, but this is the last time." Each time I respond with "That is not the problem...(then detailes of the problem)," and then it starts all over again.
I went the apple store and called apple tv support, both time with in seconds they understood and said "wow, that IS weird, I have no idea."
The purcahses are not hidden.
The missing purchases ARE availble on the iTunes store.
I have the files on my computer, and I spent hours looking up the order number.
I started trying to get support on this issue because I thought it was a wierd glitch and wanted to report it because I genuinly like apple products and services. At this point, I am now completely ****** and severly dissapointed at the level of customer service, because of the time I spent explaining the issue as though a child could easily see the problem.
To me it seems, they are not allowed to publically admit to glitches in there products and are instructed to give you the run around.
This issue is limited (to my knowledge) to only shows purchased before the introduction of the iCloud service, and is therefor just a glitch in porting in previously purchased items. New purchases have worked 100% of the time as intended.
At this point the solution seems to be, refund TV show purchase credits for the missing 24 episodes, and let me rebuy them. I tried to do this, but further proof the issue...all my purchases have been reset for download...therefore I can't rebuy the missing episode...yet they don't all show up in the purchased tab. I can't clear my download queue becasue there is littearlly over 2,000 tv shows waiting to download, and I can't fit them all on my drive...THUS the reason I really want this service to work.
If some apple employee reads this, I would love to speak to someone who will actually speak to me, anyone.

HT1918 I can not use my itune gift card even though there is a balance showing on my computer, it keeps wanting to go to credit card

I entered in itune gift card and used it once,, it shows a balance on screen, but every time I go to purchase something it just goes to my credit card with no option to use credits. Anyone know what to do?

Vendor balance shows discrepancy between S_ALR_87012082 and FAGLB03.

Dear expert,
These 2 reports currently shows discrepancy in balance.
I came to know S_ALR_87012082 report ( vendor balance in local currnecy) has more vendor records than FAGLB03.
Namely, some of vendors are not displaying in FAGLB03 but showing S_ALR_87012082 .
Could you inspire me why this problem arised and how to fix it?
Is it related to balance carry forward something?
where should i doubt?

If you do not see balance carryforward amounts in FAGBL03 are you using all vendor Recon accounts?

AP Trial Balance shows invoices already paid

I need your help on this please...
There are invoices which were already paid in full that appears in our AP Trial Balance and the amount shown is equal to the invoice's withholding tax line.
Example:
Invoice Workbench---
Invoice Number: 123
Invoice Date: 06-FEB-2012
Invoice Header Amount: 1,170.00
Invoice Lines: Item amount of 1,170.00, Withholding tax of -10.45
Amount Paid: 1,159.55
Amount Remaining: 0

This could be a data corruption for which we have a generic data fix. I recommend that you run the data fix master script from note 1360390.1. The resulting file will show any known generic data fixes that you should apply, such as the following:
1370096.1: R12 Generic Data Fix (GDF) Patch for PAY HAS INCORRECT ACCTG IF RELATED INVOICE IS FULLY PAID AND HAVING PAY AWT

"This window only" option missing from Show View Options

Hi,
When trying to create a background image for a disk image for distribution, the radio button for "This window only" is missing. I read instructions on the web on how to set the background image, make the file invisible in the Terminal. It will work on the 10.6 system that created it, but will not show on another computer. (Mac OS does not matter)
I eventually had to do this on an old system with Tiger 10.4 . There when looking at View Options, the radio button is there labeled 'This window only' . I created the disk image and voila' it will keep the background image for any other computer.
So my question is - Is there a keyboard combination to set this? This option is missing in 10.5 and 10.6 . This is really frustrating.

I'm experiencing the same problem. However, I don't think it's defaulting to an arbitrary colour. Rather, it seems to be defaulting to the exact opposite colour (than whatever colour was selected) in the spectrum.
For example, if I set the background colour of a folder to red, it instead defaults to green (and vice versa). This is consistent for all opposing colours.

Different balance showing in open items of foreign customer

hi,
there is a problem with balance shown as open items (billing documents) of customers in foreign currency the open item list shown diff amt in INR while FBL5N shows the diff amt. what can be possible reasons for it., is the exchange rates at taken from ob08, as far as my knowledge the it picks the rate from sales order or bill document as per customisations.

Balances showing in stock Account even stock is zero

HI,
When i have run tcode FAGLL03 and enter Stock G/L Account with company code X000, profit center Y000, Selected All Items-Posting date, than it is showing balances in the entered G/L Account of Rs. 40000, Even Stock in relevant Plant/Profit center Y000 is zero.
To know about details i run FAGLB03 with Stock G/L Account of Year 2009, than come to know there is Balances of Rs. 40000 which carry forward to FY 2010.
Now due to closing we want to make Stock G/L Account Zero. Please suggest how is this possible.

In Sub-Contracting you need to do Transfer posting first using MB1B. Here you will issue your goods to vendor, but no accounting document gets generated
Then your stock balance using t-code MMBE. It will show that stock with vendor the subcontacted material
At the time of Good Receipt from Subcontractor. following accounting entery gets generted

Difference in GL account balance & Balance showing in Trial Balance

Hi,
Actually we found that in balance of a Gl account in FBL3N and balance in FS10N as well as in F.08 ( Trial Balance ) not matched with each other.
Can anybody suggest how can it be possible.
I have checked there are two documents which are affecting the Gl account balance in FBL3N but not affecting the same in Trial Balance due that there are diffference in Amount showing in Trial Balance and Amount showing in Gl account.
Pls suggest the reason.

Hi Sandeep,
After running the T/Code F.08 i.e. for Trial Balance if there is a difference then run the T/Code F.03 - GL Account Summary. This report will show you the GL's because of which there is a difference in the Trial balance.
Also if you find particular GL who is showing the differences in the Line Items" (i.e. FBL3N report) and in GL Balance (May be FS10N - Master Data) then see the Master data of that GL in T/Code - FS00 - to find out the changes done in that GL . One of the change could be "Line Item Display". If we disselect this option then transactions get posted but will not get reflected in FBL3N (Line item display) . Final Amount (of FBL3N) will not match with the GL Balance (FS10N or Master Record)
We are also facing same problem. Finding the solution (ABAP Program) to identify the entries made in between the disselection & again selection of "Line Item Display".

I've redeemed my iTunes Card. Balance shows right amount but keeps asking for verification and card number

i've just redeemed a $50 iTunes card. Credit shown on account is correct but when i try to make purchases it asks for my user name and password even tho i'm already signed in and it sends me back to the redeem page. please help!

The amount is already credited to your account. Purchase something and it will use this balance.

Missing tv shows in cloud

I just updated to the newest version of iTunes and now hundreds of old episodes that were in the cloud are missing. I went to system preferences and made sure that the "show items in cloud" was selected and it is. I went into my account in the iTunes store and went to "view hidden purchases" but those purchases don't show up. Help!
