Credits not sent to credit card
Purchases are traansmitted immediately to the credit card, but credits are withheld or delayed, so far by 3 days and counting.

It is quite frustrating when funds are removed from cards immediately for purchases, but then it seems to take forever for refunds and credits to post to accounts! Typically, refunds and credits take 3-5 business days to appear on your end once processed, although this time frame may vary depending on your financial institution. If you aren't seeing the credit on your end in a couple of days, I would encourage you to reach out to us and your financial institution.

If you have funds in your paypal account balance then IF you want to withdraw those funds then click on "withdraw funds" below that balance and you can send it to your bank account.....you can't withdraw to a card.

If you are just visiting Singapore, then leave the account as it is. If you have moved there, then view your account using the iTunes app on a Mac or PC and change the country/region to your current location and address. If you do not have a bank card, you can fund your account using iTunes gift cards if available in Singapore.

I can purchase apps on that account but it will not allow me to gift an app from an ipad or via the itunes store (on the computer). Do I need to have a credit card on the account to be able to do that?You can only gift via a credit card - you can only use your account's balance for buying content for yourself.

Is the card registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ?
