Critic error 1603

Question

Hi all
I tried to install the latest version of Skype today.
During installation process, it always pops up a message "Could not open key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE32\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\Feature Control\FEATURE_MAXCONNECTIONSPERSERVER. Vertify you have suffient access to that key, or contact your support personnel"
Then the installation process failed and another message pops up with an error code:1603
older version i remove witch Revo uninstaller pro scan and delete all files (in all try to uninstall witch windows uninstaller always error 1603) and so i dont have older skype now but i cannot install the latest version

Try this  Lessmsi  method:

Be aware that if you want to install the currently latest 7.3.0.101 version, then you should use SkypeSetup_7.3.0.101.msi file in order to extract Skype.exe and Login.cab files.
SkypeSetup_7.2.0.103.msi file can be downloaded using this link:
http://download.skype.com/msi/SkypeSetup_7.3.0.101.msi
Don't run this installer, but only use the downloaded SkypeSetup_7.3.0.101.msi file to extract the Skype.exe and Login.cab files.
