We are creating an P&A - Price Avialability transaction in CIC0. In item details view, we are not able to view the Item Detail Schedule Lines tab.
Can you help me out how we can bring up the Item Detail Schedule Lines tab.

Yes, in general alerts, interactive scripts, navlinks, and other items need to be recreated in when moving from CRM 2005 (or lower) to CRM 2006s/CRM 2007 or higher. In the case of the alerts, the old XML based alerts (used in CRM 4.0) and the newer IMG configuration based alerts (CRM 5.0) are both replaced by a new BSP-based tool called the Alert Editor -- which is available in the IC Manager busines role. The new alerts use the new target ID navigation concept, which is part of the reason the old alerts don't work anymore (for alerts which contain navigation links).

Problem with CIC0 transaction OK codes
Hi Experts,
We are using CIC0 transaction in CRM 3.1 system. As you know there is a button "Reset all fields" ( the one with a crooked arrow sign ) which is used to reset all the fields before entering the next business partner. This button is not working consistently. In my system, I am getting an OK CODE of "%_GC 117 1" when I click this button. But, when the actual user ( who is in a geographically different location ) clicks this button, he gets an OK CODE of "CSEARCH_DELETE". As a reslut I am not able to provide some functionality the user asked for. I checked the SAP GUI version, Patch Level, OS Version, and IE version and settings. There is no difference in these between my PC and user's PC. What could be the problem ? Is it due to some problem with BSP ? Please advise.

Sameej T.K.OK CODE? Hmmmm... are you sure that BSP even in sight of transaction CICO, the one with the crooked behaviour? No ideas. This does not sound like BSP.
But if you feel like experimenting, check whether it is language dependent (EN vs DE). This is just wild shot over my shoulder as I exit stage right. -
Several clients in CRM PCUI. Problems reusing the same iView for ValueHelp

We are implementing a new scenario with PCUI (based on Case Management) and using the client number 400.
The problem is that this is the second scenario because there is an already customized scenario using client 200 of the CRM server and the same EP.
These are the symptoms:
a) Launching the application from the SAP_GUI (like a CRM BSP Application) the main screen and the value helps (pop-up windows) are working correctly.
b) Launching the application from a newly create BSP iView, the main screen appears correctly; but the pop-up windows are not working. These are the issues i have seen:
1.- The system object with the system alias SAP_CRM points to client 200.
2.- The iView that is called when the value help is clicked has the value SAP_CRM as the system alias. And it is accessing client 200 even thought the URL parameter sap-client=400 is passed to it.
I tried a workaround copying standard iView located in:
pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/specialist/com.sap.pct.crm/com.sap.pct.crm.roles/com.sap.pct.crm.core.defaultservices/com.sap.pct.crm.core.valuehelp
to another location in Portal Content and changing the parameter system alias to SAP_CRM_400 (which is a correct system object pointing to client 400). But i don't know how to configure the search to use this iview instead of the standard one.
Can anyone help me with this workaround or with other solution to this problem?

Consumer Contact's Web Service CRM On Demand: Problem to do an operation!

I'm trying to consume a Web service offered by CRM On Demand, namely it is the Contact object.
The steps I followed were:
1) Download the file .wsdl associated with contact from CRM On Demand
2) Generate Proxy web service from JDeveloper 10g (version: 10.1.3)
3) Configure the client to consume the resource and to do, for example, the contact’s insertion.
I can make a login and a logout on the Web Service correctly, but when I try to do an insertion I can’t do it.

CRM-BW replication problem.
Hi friends,
I have edited existing Standard CRM extractor with all requried steps in CRM Dev system
Later i have activated in RSA6 in CRM Dev system and pressed Data source Transport button and further saved in CRM Dev system.
Later in BW Dev system i have created new Infosource relevent to this extractor, but It is showing old CRM extratcor without any changes.
Please let me know how can we make all new changes replication to BW Dev system.
I have also, performed replication in BW using RSA1 and also using a programe but No use.
Is i am missing any step after RSA6 in CRM?

If the one order Infosources are activated then the mapping of the Datasource fields TERR_GUID and PATH_GUID are assigned to the same infoobject 0CRM_TR. Therefore, activation of the infosource causes an error.

In order to have this functionality available, please re-activate the datasource in the OLTP (CRM system) and replicate the datasource in the BW systems
The correction is the following:
The Datasource had the fields Territory Guid and Path Guid. The path guid should be marked as Field hidden in BW.
Or in other words in the datasource maintenance in the transaction BWA1, for the extract structure tab, the field PATH_GUID should have the value for Selection as 'A'.

hi all,
We are creating/Updating CRM products as a background job. When we update the products, we dont see the changes immediately in the WebUI. These changes are immediately visible in SAPGUI.
If we close and open the browser we will be able to see the changes we have made from background.
Is it a caching issue? How to resolve this problem?

I think the issue is because the page is not refreshed hence fresh data transfer does not happen with the backend. So the new results are not included in the search result. Check if you can manually refresh the search result to every time make a backend call and get the results.
You can also opt for refreshing of the page as well.

Dear all,
I hope someone knows the solution of my problem.
We are implementing a Leasing solution. It includes CRM, R/3. Normally if a Leasing contract is created in CRM, it will transferred to R/3 automaticllay and prpcessed by LAE (Leasing Accounting Engine) automatically.
but now we face the following problem. When we create a leasing contract in CRM, it is transferred to R/3 automatically. (we can find it in LAE_CRM_HEADER, LAE_CRM_ITEMS table). But the contract is not processed by LAE automatically. We have used transaction FILATEST, we can process the contract. But if we go back to CRM and want to do some change process, a error occurs that the contract is still processing by LAE.
Is there some LAE expert who can tell me where may the error?

thanks for your response. But the problem of us is even the status of the contract is 9, in CRM, we can not process it. We get always the eorror that the contract is processing by LAE. Do you know where CRM check the status?

I am facing one problem from past 3 days. in my SAP CRM System one user can not see search results in CRP100 Inbox Search. CRM - Inbox search shows "no results found" when other users doing the same search get 17 pages of results.
Please give me the desirable solution for my problem.

In inbox search criteria, please clear all the search fields. Also check the Quick Search fields too. If still its not coming then it is a authorization issue. Check with your security consultant.
You also can check it from ST01 transaction. It is same as ST05 SQL trace.

Fulltext search in web UI for CRM 7.0 - problem with language
Dear CRM gurus.
We have already set the fulltext searcing using TREX server. But when we want to search business activities or opportunities under the Czech language login, the system shows no results. But when I log in in the English, the system works! Where can I set anythink to solve this problem. Does anybody know?

CRM Package installation problem

I am trying to install SAPKB70010 (SAP_BASIS) software component on CRM 5.0 system. During installation SPAM got aborted and I have deleted this package from PAT01, PAT03 tables and tried to reinstall it from scratch. This time i am getting weird problem. When I try to run SP_MANAGER t-code ( special support package manager for CRM), i am getting "Package is unknown." and when continued, "Internal error of SPAM check". have you guys ever come across this problem. Please help me to resolve this issue.

Though this works technically in few cases (depending on spam phase), this is not the correct way to fix this problem. You can raise customer message with SAP for this problem.

CRM EXTRACTOR 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_I PROBLEM

I'm using 0crm_srv_process_i datasource . While I'm trying to extracting data from CRM to BW (for some dates or some data selections) I found all data showing under one Sales Group in BW,So I checked in RSA3 in CRM than I found all data showing under one Sales Group ,so that effects problem while extraction in BW also. I checked my mappings in BW , it running fine so no problem in my BW.
Please help me to resolve this issue.
Note: My delta was running fine. Daily I'm getting correct data.

This looks like a midlewear type of problem.
first try to process the Idoc.
IDocs stuck? Go to where it's stuck and run BD87. Find the stuck one, and "Process" it.
That'll get it through.
Alternatively, check the TRFC monitor via SM58 to see if it's stuck there and need
"Execute LUW".
If this does not help try you basis admin for more help.

I am also having a problem with datasource 0CRM_SALES_ACT_1 - when I do a full load, it works, but when I try to do a Delta load, it does not bring across any data. In transaction RSA7 on the CRM source system, the entry looks like this:

Met problem about CIC0 "Agent login failure".

I met some problem when I access to t-code "CIC0".
After I selected to Login to Queue, the error occured "Failed to login to queue". Then I click "Continue" botton, The other error occured "The function could not be executed because of authorization error"
So I compared authorization with other user, It's the same. Do you have any solution, please suggest me.

I could replicate all the products from R/3 to CRM system except one product.
I checked that product in R/3 there that is available but it is not available in CRM system.

Things you need to do
i. See if there are any BDocs stuck in the SMWO1 for the product in question. if none then do the below
i. Create an explicit download request for this product. Go to TCODE R3AR2. Give a name starting with Z ; Adapter object would be MATERIAL. Then click on request detail and enter the following
Table name : MARA
Field name : MATNR
incl/exl - INclusive deined set/array
option - Equality (=Low)
Low = Enter your product number that you want to download from R/3.
SAVE
ii. Go to tcode R3AR4 and enter the object created in previous step. Enter source site and target site.
SELECT EXECUTE.
Now see if the product is downloaded or not. If not, check BDocs and queues.
