  • CRM 5.0 E-Commerce B2B Internet Sales Pricing Not Working

We have configured a demo of B2B Internet Sales using SAP Best Practices Building Blocks (C14) along with other CRM building blocks. Pricing in CRM through CIC Web client is working properly. In Internet Sales, no pricing appears in the catalog or in the shopping basket. In the shopping basket the message "Pricing Document Could Not Be Created" appears. No additional information appears to be available in the ISA application.
When the order is saved after ignoring the pricing message, it is shown in CRM (CIC) with an error message "Pricing Document Currency Missing". Entering the currency "USD" through CIC causes pricing to appear. So this looks like some type of configuration issue where the ISA application is not finding the currency.
    Any ideas would be appreciated.
    --Will.

    Thanks Srinivas,
Another member on my team found that we needed.
    1. The Sales Order Transaction (ISBB) for Internet Sales was configured to use the wrong pricing procedure. It should have been "ISA Coll Show (Bskt)".
    2. In the Sold-to business partner, the Sales Area Data needed to have the Sales Organization and Distribution Channel 02 with a blank Division.
CIC uses the same Sales Area data but with a Division specified. This is still somewhat confusing to me.

  • User mapping for the B2B Internet Sales on the Portal environment

    Dear All,
We implement a B2B Internet Sales scenario and we use a SAP CRM 4 system as also a SAP Enterprise Portal 6. The problem we have is the following.
On the portal environment we maintain the SAP CRM as system and we have maintained the user mapping between the portal and the CRM users. The portal users have access on standard SAP transaction like for example the BP, etc. We try to give also access using the SSO functionality on the B2B Internet Sales and the problem on this case is that the Portal user have no the same mapping because on the B2B web site the system uses different user ids. For example I logon on the SAP CRM system with user iq000001 but on the B2B Internet Sales I logon with the user-id 45311.
Does anyone an idea how I can solve this problem ?
      Thanks in advance

    Dear Tiest,
Thanks for your reply. So, your answer is correct because when I maintain an internet user for example I use the BP transaction (Business Partner Management) and when I choose the Internet User role then I maintain all the relevant data (user name, alias, etc). The system as you know, automatically creates also an SAP user.
About your alternative way to create the users using the XCM user administration tool, I have no idea how I will manage the process. Do you have any documentation about that ?
      Thanks in advance

  • CRM Survey in B2C Internet Sales Application

We have CRM 2007 and are live with B2C Internet Sales Application (ISA). Now we want to make Customer Surveys accessible via B2C ISA.
For security reasons, we do not want our B2C Internet Customers to have access to the CRM system. Therefore the BSP option is ruled out. I have seen some blogs on how to enhance security for BSP option but that is also not approved in our organization so BSP option is totally ruled out.
    SAP help documenation mentions following:
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm70/helpdata/en/ee/eaf995082649c6a594511e1f48672d/frameset.htm
    Internet Scenarios
Since Internet users cannot be allowed access to the CRM system for security reasons, surveys have to be made accessible in a different way. You can do this by downloading the required HTML survey to your PC. From here, you can:
Copy the HTML survey into any Web site
Send the HTML survey attached to an e-mail
    Internet Scenarios
In Internet scenarios, results can be returned by the following methods:
    Mailto
In this case, a mail client, for example, Microsoft Outlook, needs to be set up in advance on the client machine. Survey results are sent to a CRM Server Mail User, that is, a u201Cmachineu201D user. From here, the results are routed to the CRM system for further processing.
    http(s)
    Note
The http(s) case is recommended, because the user does not have to have a personal e-mail account. Here, the survey results are first sent to a Survey Mailer. The Survey Mailer receives the http request and then mails the results to the CRM Server Mail User, where they can be processed. The Survey Mailer needs to be set up by the administrator at the customer.
For presenting the Survey on ISA, we would like to take the option of Copy the HTML survey into any Web site as suggested in SAP help and would like to get back the results as per SAP help recommendation of https(s) above.
    We need guidance on follwing
    1. How to download and then copy the HTML surveys into any website (ISA)
    2. Detailed steps that are needed for gettting back the survey results.
By the way...we do understand the survey functionality and have been successful in testing the BSP option so we are not looking for general information.
    Thanks
    Vijay

    Hello Vijay,
Could you please share the information on solution steps used as per the requirement??
I'm working on the similar one.
Your earliest response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Vijay.

  • CRM e-Commerce -  Need internet sales for Pharma

    Hello All,
My pharma company is in need of an online ordering system.  We use SAP ECC 6.0 currently and need more information
on how CRM for internet sales can be used with external customers for placing pharma orders.
    Any information is appreciated.
    Thank you,
    LCP

With ECC 6.0 you can implement E-Commerce (Internet Sales) with ERP and create a new ordering channel for your customers. The orders will be created directly in the ECC 6.0 system. This is the quickest path to the customer.
Optionally, you can have CRM and there are more scenarios involving CRM and ECC. However, the new erpcrmstandard scenario lets one use CRM catalog, yet create orders directly in ERP, thus avoiding any complex pricing conversion to Java in CRM.
Since erpcrmstandard uses the configuration and pricing in ECC 6.0, and since there is no need to download the complex pricing in CRM, you can explore if that can help you.

  • Internet Sales Customer Password Encryption

We're running Internet Sales 5.0 which is connected to SAP ECC 6.0.  We're in the process of outsourcing our B2c website and would like to export a customer list (the easy part) with passwords.  The passwords are obviously encrypted so we've got a couple of questions, is there anywhere (table) the passwords are store unencrypted?  If not, is there a way to decrypt them.
We're currently looking in table BAPIUSW01 which gives us the Internet Sales User Number and a column named Hashcode for Encryption.
Any help would be much appreciated!
    Thanks,
    PZ

    Passwords are stored encrypted.
No way to decrypt the passwords.
As a process of outsourcing, you can ask all your customers to change their passwords when they visit the site after the change of hands and control. You can run a campaign and get to the attention of the registered customers.

  • CRM 5.0 - B2C Internet Sales  - Ggeneral questions on web frontend

    Hi
We are in the very early stages of putting in B2C and B2B in the company.
( just putting pen to paper for blueprinting )
Currently our B2C is done via third party software and not integrated with SAP.
The marketing dept can easily switch over images on the home page of the shop ( eg free shipping in Dec,  10% of certain products, etc etc )
We have 2 questions that we are struggling to get an answer.
1/ Does the SAP shop have a simple mechanism for marketing to change the
promotion images on the front page.   Or will we need IT do control this?
There are normally at least 6 promotional images on at any one time.
( Sometimes a promotion image may only last 1 day )
2/ Let's say we have one image  600x100 pixels. with three seperate
promotions, or links to the brand sites -  ( left, middle and right )
Can the Sap shop handle multiple URL links within an image?
Thanks in advance - and points always rewarded.
    Scott

    Hi ,
The one solution I can propose for changing the promo images on front page is by keeping a static page with your product links and upload in some location of the server without a deployment. You have to add some javacodes that can pick the static page for displaying on the place of home page.
Other solution is that, you should keep a particular category itself with promo images to display on the home page and the homepage to be modified to call this category.
    regards,
    Tony

I've created a sandbox for testing internet sales before we get our hans on CRM 5.

I did an ordinary web as installation and the added the Java packages and the CRM system.
I have not activated the integrated ITS and I have not done anything with the ICM.
What have I done wrong? Is it that I haven't done anything with the ICM?
    Thanks!

  • CRM Internet Sales B2B connectivity woth SAP SRM using OCI

    Dear all,
we are trying to connect a CRM Internet Sales B2B with a apartner's SAP SRM procurement process. Reading several forum and articles I found that the url to be used by the SRM part is :
    http://orestes:50000/b2b/b2b/init.do?shop=b2b%20shop&forward=ocireceive&OKCODE=ADDI&TARGET=_top&FORCETARGET=yes&CALLER=CTLG&~HOOK_URL=
when however hitting this URL we get a system error :
The requested forward <b>ocireceive</b> is not defined on the action <b>com.sap.isa.isacore.action.b2b.StartApplicationAction</b>.
    Any ideas?
do we need to setup anything else in CRM e-commerce in order for this to work??
    Thanks.

Shouldn't that be ocireceive.do instead of ocireceive ?

  • Jco connection error while calling Custom FM in CRM Internet Sales Application

    Hi ,
I am trying to do some customisation in the CRM ISA 4.0 development component.
Have followed the steps given in the Development and Extension Guide and tutorial PDF
Steps done for Custom RFC Call
    1.       Create RFCs
    2.       Edit file backendobject-config.xml in folder project_root\b2b_z\WEB-INF\xcm\customer\modification:-
    3.       BackendBusinessObject Jco -
    4.       BusinessObject -
    5.       Edit file bom-config.xml in folder project_root\b2b_z\WEB-INF\xcm\customer\modification
    6.       BusinessObjectManager BoM
    7.       BackendAware-
    8.       config.xml - to add custom actions
    9.       Action  creation
    10.     Page : Order_change.jsp.
The backend is the CRM system while making a call to the CRM system the connection to the CRM system is not working .
Similar to what is given in the tutorial the  getDefaultJCoConnection() is used .
But gettting null at the JCO connection.
    JCO.Function func = getDefaultJCoConnection().getJCoFunction(‘CRM_ISA_SHOP_GETLIST’);
This is how my custom FM is being called.
Can someone help me with what may be the possible reason for this call failure.
While debugging and checking it shows null pointer exception in the JCo connection .
    Thanks
    Chinju

    Hi Hamendra,
When the code debugging was done in Java then we got just the NullPointerException for the JCo.
    In the nwa log shows
where BackendBusinessObjectBaseSAP is the standard Java Class in the ISA
    Error at
    com.sap.isa.core.eai.sp.jco.BackendBusinessObjectBaseSAP.getDefaultJCoConnection(BackendBusinessObjectBaseSAP.java:46)
    Thanks

  • Deploy error on SAP J2EE (CRM/Internet Sales)

We are using Internet Sales for CRM 4.0 on SAPJ2EE 6.20 SP24.
When deploying the application I get a strange error message saying:
    WARNING 1 - Error can't load Servlet com.sapmarkets.isa.core.ActionServlet :
    java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sap/util/monitor/jarm/sat/ISatCheck
I don't understand why I get this. The application cannot be run since I get the same error when trying to access the webpage (//localhost:80/b2b/b2b_prot/init.do). I have tried to register all relevant libraries using the changelib and changeref commands.
    Anyone have any suggestions!?
    Best Regards
    Andreas

    Hi,
You seems to be right about the build tool.
Now when I try to access the application it gives the following error message:
java.lang.Exception: No XCM application configuration has been passed and there is no default XCM application configuration defined. Check XCM configuration
But when I enter the XCM configuration http://localhost/b2b_***/admin/xcm/init.do
(with correct user and password) I cannot change anything.
Under Start->Options I cannot change paths. I cannot change any settings under Application Configurations under neither SAP nor Customer.
    Is there some setting missing?
    Best Regards
    /Andreas

  • R/3 Internet sales (b2b.ear)

    Hello Guys,
I am new to R/3 internet sales scenario and would appreciate your feedback.
Can we use the same b2b.ear (used in CRM internet sales) to implement R/3 internet sales scenario?
    Thanks,
    Shubhangi

Technically yes, you can. You have to create a customer application scenario using corresponding SAP Application scenario that is based on the R/3 Internet Sales scenario. You can use one of the following scenarios:
    <li>r3standard - Standard scenario
    <li>r3standardpi - Standard scenario with Plug-In
    <li>r3ocistandardpi - OCI catalog and plug-in
    <li>r3standardtrex - with TREX catalog
    <li>r3standardpitrex - with TREX and plug-in
See OSS notes 622049 and 671893 for details.
