CRM 5.0 BP - Account Fact Sheet session pass to R/3 transaction iView

I am using CRM 5.0 business package in EP 7.0 and I am customizing the "Sales Representative" CRM role in Portal.
<b>Scenario:</b>
I navigate the 'Account Management - Overview' and select an account. Then I navigate to the 'Fact Sheet' link and I can automatically see the account selected earlier in the 'Fact Sheet Summary'.
I have created an R/3 transaction iView which brings up the 'Sales Summary' transaction (vc/2). The session information about the account is not getting passed automatically to the transaction like it happened with the other links. Is there a way to pass the customer number from the existing session automatically to this R/3 transaction?
Thanks,
Yasin

  • Open/Close chart button not working in Account Fact Sheet

    Hi,
    My requirement is like this:
    There are some standard assignment blocks like Contacts and custom assignment blocks like Sales order details in  Account Fact Sheet(AFS). There is one Open/Close chart button present at the top of each assignment block. When it is clicked, a pictorial representation of data in AFS is displayed.
    My question is where is the code written for this functionality. The tool bar based buttons defined in the implementation class of corresponding component like get_buttons, get_system_buttons etc are not at all defined Also there is no coding written in the HTML page of the view.
    Please let me know if anybody worked on this.

  • WEBUI Account Fact sheet

    Hi Gurus,
    I am working in CRM 2007 and in my current system, after identifying the account and confirming it; I am able to see the account fact sheet. I set the account fact sheet in such a way that it displays the installed bases, Complaints and Service Tickets.
    The issue is that in each cell, for example service ticket cell if I add column "Object ID" through Personalization, the Object ID is not pulling up and the column is empty. How to show the service ticket number in service ticket cell. I can see all others like description, employee responsible, due date. etc., but not the service ticket number (Object ID).
    Please advice.
    Thanks,
    Sharath.

    Hi Sharath,
    Please check once again that you are pulling the correct Object ID field in the result list. You can verify by looking into the technical properties of the field.
    If still it doesn't work, you can write your own code by pulling the value from the database and setting the property of the object id in the result value node of the fact sheet.
    I hope this helps.
    PLease revert back if you have more questions..
    Thanks

  • IBase in Account Fact Sheet

    Hello experts,
    I have a question concerning the account fact sheet:
    We want to show the IBASE of the customer in the Fact Sheet (BP_ACCOUNT_FS), so I went to the Workbench and added the IBASE Component Fact Sheet. Unfortunately the available fields don't contain information about the product ID.
    Within the Account Fact Sheet of the IC WebClient the section of the IBASE does contain information of the product ID.
    So is there a possibility to use the IBASE section of the ICCMP_AFS in the BP_ACCOUNT_FS?
    (Adding the ICCMP_IBASE0001 to BP_ACCOUNT_FS in Customizing and Workbench withour additional settings did not work).
    Thanks for your help in advance!

    Hi Aakshi,
    Please check in transaction SICF in the BW system that the required service is activated - note 1124553 will help with this.

  • CRM IC win (customizing view/fact sheet)

    Hi,
    I dont understand how to change the display of a info block into view
    Where i could change the display of a block?
    For exemple:
    if i add the block "Address" : Class "CL_CRM_CCKPT_IO_ADDRESS"
    Regards
    Julien

    Hi Julien
    I am offline to a CRM system right now, so I can't give you a cut'n'paste solution. I don't think they are good anyway.
    What you have to do is create your own info block class and then use configuration to include that in the Fact Sheet.
    Copy class CL_CRM_CCKPT_IO_ADDRESS to Z_CL_CRM_CCKPT_IO_ADDRESS (or some other Z name). Use SE24 or SE80.
    You can see that this class is a subclass, in the first screen. It has inherited particular methods from the superclass. It may also have a couple of it's own helper methods.
    I think one of them is called GET_REPORT or something like that. That's where each info block goes and gets all the data from this system or another and formats it into XML.
    The particular UI you are using then reformats that XML.
    Anyway, this is the method you need to adjust (as a minimum).
    The URL that you mention passes parameters into the info blocks. The first part of the code digs those parameters out.
    You can add your own BAPI calls or whatever here.
    Then you can fill the XML table with your own data. This is a bit tricky - it's hard to understand the way the XML table is built. It uses template files stored in tx SMW0.
    Once you have it compiling, configure it in to your fact sheet. I think you will have to add your new class to table CRM_CCKPT_CLASS - not sure if that is available via the IMG.
    You can build an info block with any data in it. I always find it easiest to find a similiar one in SE24 (by searching for CL_CRM_CCKPT_IO*) and copy that as a starting point.
    Good Luck.
    Dom

  • Extending Standard account Fact Sheet with Custom BO fields

    I have created one custom BO with 2 free text fields. The fields are embedded in the standard account screen in a new tab.
    The custom fields have to be available in the account summary fact sheet as well.
    BO Definition:
    [AlternativeKey] element AccountID: apCommonGDT:BusinessPartnerInternalID;
    node Note1[1,1]
      element ID:ID;
      [DependentObject(TextCollection)] node FIELD1;
    node Note2[1,1]
      element ID:ID;
      [DependentObject(TextCollection)] node FIELD2;
    Is it possible to extend the standard fact sheet with these custom BO fields ?

    Hello Surajit,
    If you need a field to store string of big length, you can use LANGUAGEINDEPENDENT_Text. Have you tried that already? This data type doesn't have any length restriction.
    Thanks & Regards,

  • Account Fact Sheet - Marketing Campaigns block

    Hello experts,
    I have created a custom fact sheet by copying fact sheet BP_ACCOUNT_FS. Also, I have added the inbound plug MKTGCAMPAIGNS (component is BP_FACTSHEET) into this fact sheet.
    Now when I try to view martketing campaigns data of a confirmed account in the fact sheet, the marketing campaigns block shows "No result found", although there are marketing campaigns associated to this account.
    Please let me know if whether any further configuration needs to be done to bring marketing campaigns data to the fact sheet.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
    the marketing campaigns block in fact sheet will not work. and it seems that this will not be corrected given a lot of difficulties.
    you might have to use 'Interaction History' assignment block to list the related campaigns and possible to navigate as a walkaround.

  • Account fact sheet, print version (PDF). Query regarding output blocks.

    I have looked at OSS Note 1066280 which explains exactly how to config the PDF fact sheet. However, on looking at the view or using the SPRO path I can see that there are currenty no settings in place at the moment. i.e. the view/SPRO is showing no data.
    However, when looking at the appropriate Smartform I can see blocks for:
    Opportunities
    Activities
    Interaction history
    Contact Person
    Relationship types
    Which all print out (display in PDF) okay, except there's also a Sales block in the Smartform which does not print. The logic/output conditions in the Smartform say PRINT_DATA-SALES_AREAS = 'X' and SALES_AREAS[] NE initial.  What controls whether this information prints, config-wise.
    Also, I need to add new blocks of data, which is probably going to be sourced from ERP, but config-wise can I control whether the PDF displays these newly created blocks in the same way as it does for the SAP standard?.
