CRM 7.0 - BP Notes - Protect

Hi
In CRM 7.0, when we maintain notes against a BP. Once saved we would like it such that an audit history is recorded and that the note cannot be modified or deleted. Same logic which already exists in Call Centre for Activities and Service Tickets, etc.
Is it possible to achieve this will standard config.

We are entering our Sales orders in CRM which are gtting replicated to SAP R3,In the credit card scenario ,In some sales orders entered in CRM,where the Credit card numer has been entered,In some cases,the card numer is not appearing in R3 Sales order either in the overview screen or Payment card tab,due to ehich most of the times these cards fail authorization .
Kindly let me know as to what could be the reasons as to why the card numer seen in CRM is not appearing in SAP R3,sales order?

I have downloaded the latest version and I still get a message tha I still need to download because my version is not protected

I am not sure what you want here - I opened Firefox and it had an Urgent symbol and message that my version of Firefox was not protected and that I should download new version - I downloaded the new version and then restarted my computer and I am still getting the same message every time I open Firefox

The update doesn't seem to have been successful. Your More system details list list shows a Firefox 3.5.19 version.
Download the full version and uninstall the currently installed version.
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.

Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere in the [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox Firefox Profile Folder] and won't be affected by a reinstall, but make sure that you do not select to remove personal data if you uninstall Firefox.

Changes made to the order in SAP CRM 7.0 is not transferring into ECC6.0

Could you please provide me the solution for the below concern?
When the changes are made in SAP CRM order ,the synchronization is not taking place i.e., those changes are not replicating into ECC6.0 and the other way round is working fine(from ECC6.0 to CRM)The order is not editable in CRM and giving the message as "Document is being distributed; changes are not possible" and BDOC status as " After qRFC step (intermediate state)" and in the in bound queue (SMQ1) and it is showing as "running" after a while it is clearing but the BDOC and the orders messages are still the same.
Would appreciate for the quick solution.

CRM sales order is not saved in CRM but in ECC

Hi,
I am new CRM area and will not some hints on where to check.
When the the Sales orders are successfully created in CRM, they are replicated to R/3 but the sales orders are not saved in CRMD_ORDERADM_H table of the CRM system.
Also, I dont know see any details of the sales order in the interaction record document flow.
Can you please help me with any hints on where to check to fix this issue..

In CRM you can have two scenarios for ERP Sales Order.
1. ERP Sales offer and Sales order, using the CRM User Interface to create directly the ERP Sales Documents with LORD interface. The document is only saved in ERP. I believe this the scenario you are using.
2. CRM Sales offer and Sales order, the document is saved both CRM and ERP. The documents are replicated via Middleware.
In both scenarios the interaction record should add the document in the doc. flow, it's probably a missing customizing in the interaction record.

OAM: Deny On Not Protected, oc4j_soa is not starting correctly

I have protected our soa suite with Oracle Access Manager, the webgate is protecting everything because "Deny On Not Protected" is enabled. I made an policy for all the default resources in the application server:

Authentication Scheme Anonymous Authentication
But when we try to start the oc4j_soa container the BPEL processes are not shown in the BPELConsole. When we disable the
<LocationMatch "/*">
AuthType Oblix
require valid-user
</LocationMatch>
in the httpd.conf the oc4j_soa container is starting without any problems.
Is there any way to see what is blocked by the webgate? I put the access server logging on debug but I cannot find the problem.

Because you purchased some of the songs when they were sold as DRM ( protected ) - pre itunes plus, and you bought some of the songs when they were sold as non-drm - itunes plus.

Yes my particular issue is not like yours. However, there have been many other laptop users experiencing similar problem to yours after 3.10 kernel. Mostly it seems to be bumblebee users that experience your problem with the blank screen. We do know that nvidia have yet to make their official drivers work with kernel 3.10 and up. The drivers in the Arch repository have been patched to work with 3.10. From what I have seen, this also only seem to be affecting laptops with newer nvidia gpu's. I fear there is not much to do with this problem until nvidia give official 3.10 kernel support.
My suggestion would be to stick with 3.9.9 kernel and the drivers that work with it, and don't upgrade those packages until nvidia has addressed these issues. If you have a look at the nvidia forums you will see quite a number of topics mentioning black screen when starting x on 3.10 kernel, and also a thread for the system dying. Reading some of the threads there may help you keep up to date on whether or not the issue seem to be solved.

SQL in CRM OD prompt is not working as it works in OBIEE

I was earlier OBIEE developer, recently started working on CRM On Demand Application. I tried writting SQL script in CRM On Demand Report PROMPT same as I used to write in OBIEE. Below is the sql statement
Subject Area Used: "Service Request History"
SQL Statement: SELECT CASE WHEN 1=0 THEN Account."Account Name" ELSE 'ORACLE' END FROM "Service Request History"
Output (Error): State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. [nQSError: 27004] Unresolved table: "Service Request History". (HY000)
However, same kind of SQL used to work in OBIEE,
Subject Area: "Service Request History"
SQL Statement: SELECT CASE WHEN 1=0 THEN Account."Account Name" ELSE 'ORACLE' END FROM "Service Request History"
Output: ORACLE
Please let me know why CRM On Demand is not giving output same as it comes in OBIEE and if possible solution to the problem.

DPM2012 Sp1 not protecting jpg or tif files

I am using DPM2012 to protect several file servers in my domain. I noticed today that DPM is not protecting any .jpg or .tif files. I checked the protection group and have no exceptions. What could be causing this behavior? Thanks in advance for your help.

No errors in logs, it does however protect tif files and all others. BTW I do not have any exceptions defined in my protection group. The machine in question (protected server) is running Windows 2003 Storage Server R2.

Hello I has prepared for testing of course 1Z0-051, but how I saw on Pearson Vue site for this exam is classed as Not-Protected exam, what that mean, that I can try to pass exam from the home without going to the some test center?
And also that will not be the problem, for my next exam which i want to prepare is Protected and should be examine from any of the test centers

Essentially for Oracle Certifcation Program Purposes:
A Proctored exam msut be taken at a Pearson VUE Testing under the supervision/camera etc.
A non proctered exam may be taken online without such stringent supervision. ( It may also be taken at a test center as well if one chooses).

IPC have Sales Pricing Engine, Pricing Configuration engine and TTE which helps to maintain the similar R3 pricing settings. As you are aware pricing in R3 is determined by Sales area, Cupp, DPP, so IPC is capable of determining the Pricing using same R3 standard procedure. T
This is not available in CRM, so CRM needs IPC to undertake the determine pricing/ calculate the pricing of the products.

Protected pages not protected...

Hello,
I use Sun Java System Application Server Platform Edition 9.0 Update 1 Patch 1 and NetBeans 5.5.
I have tried to protect some pages like it is explained in the page http://testwww.netbeans.org/kb/articles/security-webapps.html but the protected pages are not protected at all: no form is displayed to ask me the name and the password of the user and the protected pages are displayed. I have certainly made a basic error but I cannot find it.
Please, can you help me?

If you're using Windows Vista, then SJAS simply ignores security constraints under the current version. There's an easy test. If you install the server and ask it not to remember your admin password, but request it from you each time, does the admin utility actually do so? If so...
Go get the latest Glassfish distribution and use it. Bit more of a pain, no windows service, but it works.

Did you have Find My iPhone turned on on the device?
If so, go to https://www.icloud.com/ and go to Find My iPhone. Click on the iPod, and even if it is no online, set it to Lost Mode. You can lock it and put a message on it. Once it comes back online, it will be locked.
